Situated in Sarasota, this lovely house for R 4,414 per night is a great choice for your next break. Come enjoy our 3 bedroom/3 bath home located one block from the bay on a quiet, friendly street in the Indian Beach neighborhood between downtown Sarasota and the Ringling complex. Our home features a large, very well appointed kitchen, a beautiful, contemporary-style look in the furniture and décor, as well as a screened patio for dining and lounging with a water feature and protection from bugs. The very private, beautiful backyard also includes luscious, mature landscaping, a grilling area, and a pool with poolside lounging and lots of sun. Inside in addition to the open kitchen/dining/living area, there is a laundry room (with a washer, dryer, ironing board, iron, and cleaning supplies), a sitting area, some work-out supplies, and an office area in the spare room (for those working remotely) with Internet and WiFi, a sitting area off the kitchen, as well as the three bedrooms and the three bathrooms. The house includes two TVs (one 50" in the living room and one 43" in the master bedroom), Internet , and WiFi service. The master bedroom wing includes a king-size bed, a sitting area, its own 43" TV, a large private bath with double sinks, a walk-in shower, a walk-in closet w/ a safe, a separate toilet room with a door, and double doors opening directly out to the pool and pool-side lounging. The queen bedroom includes its own private bath with a shower and a small desk area. The twin bedroom features two twin beds. Both guest rooms open onto the screened patio through French doors, allowing for lovely, airy ventilation and protection from bugs. The third bathroom is shared by the twin bedroom and guests to the home and includes a tub/shower set up. All bed linens and towels are provided. Internet, WiFi, water, cable TV, and electricity are included along with pool, lawn/landscaping, and pest control maintenance services. There is weekly pick up of trash and recycling at the curb, and many supplies to get you started. Rentals are Saturday to Saturday, and the minimum stay is one week due to zoning laws. Stays of four or more weeks will receive a 10% discount. We think you’ll love your time here. Seeing is believing!

The house was absolutely stunning, well-organized and well-situated. It was literally minutes to all shopping amenities. A ten minute drive to St. Armand's and 20 minutes Siesta Keys. The house itself was very spacious, well-decorated and provided a great vacation vibe. Janet was always quick to reply if there were any questions throughout the process. I highly recommend the property.

The Happy House is so homey, clean, comfortable and downright lovely! It is close to everything--three miles from the airport and also within just a few miles of all the Sarasota sites: the Selby botanical gardens, the Ringling museum, the Marietta Museum of Whimsy, the Mote aquarium, Sarasota Jungle Gardens and Smugglers Cove mini golf. It also is close to so many lovely Sarasota restaurants. Just can't be beat!

We just returned to Canada (Quebec) after spending four truly enjoyable weeks at this wonderful house. We were three couples and all felt immediately at home with the spacious accommodation, well-stocked with all the amenities you could imagine for preparing and serving meals. The pool and beautiful backyard were very well appreciated, especially after a day of golfing, long walks or bicycling. The nearby beaches and attractions/museums/shopping were much appreciated. Also, the paintings/art throughout the house were incredible. We especially loved the layout of the house … there was always a quiet corner to read or catch up with news from home and family FaceTime!

This cottage is exceptional! Spotless and comfortable. Well-stocked kitchen with all the necessary basics. Whimsical and charming. The outside areas serve as a private sanctuary for renters. Would definitely recommend to others.

We had a fantastic week celebrating my daughter's graduation from Ringling College of Art and Design and the accommodations were top-notch. Your house is comfortably and beautifully decorated (amazing artwork throughout) and the lush landscaping is spectacular. I felt like we had our own mini-Selby Gardens. We walked the neighborhood every day and relaxed by the pool as well. Your attention to detail as well as your thoughtfulness was so appreciated. Pure delight. This home is a short stroll to sunset over the bay, close to the Ringling, and mere minutes to both downtown Sarasota or Lido Key. Meticulously and attractively appointed, with a beautiful pool surrounded by a gorgeous garden. Kudos!

This property is everything it promised to be! It was perfectly described! The owner was so helpful prior to arriving and answering all of our questions. This was a huge help considering how far we travel and knowing certain things were there saved us from having to pack it. We look forward to returning! :)

This house was everything we could have hoped for and more! Janet and the house manager Jodie were exceptional hosts with great communication. The two of them helped me coordinate a birthday surprise for my Mom’s 50th birthday by decorating the house prior to our arrival. The extra time and communication to pull that off was not expected from them, but very appreciated! We were about 12 mins from St. Armands Key and Lido Beach which ended up being our favorite places to go everyday! Especially the Daiquiri Deck! We spent a couple of days enjoying the house and cooking, grilling, and non-stop swimming. The kitchen provided everything we needed and more! Our favorite part of the house was the pool area! It’s surrounded by some of the most beautiful landscaping and vegetation we have ever seen, as well as some other house guest aka the lizards! We would have spent all of our time outside in the backyard, except when Florida provided the inevitable rain showers/storms. Unfortunately there were not many outdoor sitting options to sit and watch the rain as everything was pretty open even the cage area. Nevertheless, we would pick this house for our very our paradise every time!

We enjoyed the stay, but thought that we would be closer to public beach access. The five minute walk was to the bay, not an actual beach. Beautiful property in nice neighborhood.

The property was beyond amazing!! It had everything you would need for a week at the beach, it was comfortable, beautifully decorated, the pool was used each day, was taken care of......top to bottom. We will stay there every time we visit Sarasota. It was close to restaurants, Siesta Key and Lido Beach and grocery stores. The neighborhood was beautiful, with just a 1 minute walk to the bay to watch the sunrise each night. And the owner was just incredible! Thanks so much for lending us your home for the week, we will see you again!

We stayed at the Indian Beach Sapphire Shores house to be close to our daughter who was graduating from Ringling College of Art and Design. It was very convenient to the college, just a short walk or couple minute drive. It also was a short walk to the Sarasota Bay and Indian Beach as well. The house is in a safe, clean and quiet neighborhood. The condition of the house is impeccable. Everything is clean, well cared for and well stocked with everything you will need. We very much enjoyed the outdoor sitting area and the pool. Internet speed was good for streaming content and doing some work. Janet, the property owner, was great to work with, informative, and quick to respond to questions. Overall, it was an excellent stay. We would definitely recommend the house.

This house is more beautiful than described. The decor, art, comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen and beautiful outdoors is amazing. I love the tranquil pool and garden. This is definitely a 5 star plus! It is also a fabulous location. The neighborhood is so quiet and just a block away you can sit and look out over the bay and enjoy beautiful sunsets. There are many stores close by and just a short drive to many of the beautiful beaches. My family and I will definitely be returning to this happy home!

The house was perfect for our vacation! It is spacious and clean, the kitchen is incredibly well equipped and the pool was just perfect for our kids. Its location to downtown Sarasota, the Ringling Museum and to beautiful beaches was also amazing! I can't recommend this house highly enough!

I've stayed at several vrbo properties but have never took the time to write a review until now. We loved this house, it was very spacious, great kitchen, nice setting area and office, huge master bath, beautiful artwork. Great care was used to furnish and decorate the house. The outside area was really nice as well, large dining room table, cozy sitting area plus a pool and lounging area. The location was great, just north of downtown and 2 short blocks to the bay for sunset watching. Both the owners and local manager were very quick to respond to our rather minor inquiries about the TV and wifi password. You can't go wrong with this listing!!
