CONDO DESCRIPTION: This wonderful condominium is in the BEST location you could possibly wish for! Located right in the Embarcadero (Morro Bay’s bayside commercial area), this vacation rental gives you the best of all worlds. When you walk out of this small complex you will have many restaurants, bars and shops available to choose from – all within a few minutes’ walk! But when you are in the condo, you will experience the quietness of the bay with only the occasional barking seal breaking the silence. The views are absolutely amazing and entertaining! Watch the sailboats bob up and down; see the kayakers glide through the water; observe the seals and otters and shorebirds as they play in their natural habitat. You won’t want to leave the deck! From the complex you will have access to a dock and a waterside walkway (future). The good news is that there are 3 condos available, all offering the same wonderful amenities, so if one is booked, don’t worry! You can reserve one of the other ones! This unit is on the upper lever and you have a shared garage to park in right outside the unit (please note garage clearance of 6’, not all vehicles will fit in the garage, additional parking on the street). From the patio, you will have amazing views as you grill up dinner on the Weber barbeque grill and watch the sunset. Condo Features: -Furnished with high quality, comfortable beds and furniture. -Kitchen has a full-size refrigerator and oven with everything you need to prepare a meal -Living room with gas fireplaces built into the wall, adding ambiance as well as warmth for your comfort. -The bedroom has a king-size bed, a large flat-screen TV and plenty of closet space. -Living room also has a large TV and a comfortable sleeper sofa that makes into a queen-size bed. -Full bathroom has a large step in shower -There is also a half bathroom NO SMOKING ALLOWED IN THIS UNIT. PETS CONSIDERED. MUST COMPLY WITH PET POLICY. 1 Dog under 40lbs allowed in this unit. Primary Renter must be at least 21 years of age, per city ordinance Reservation arrivals on Christmas Day may not be accepted. Beach-N-Bay Getaways welcomes service animals recognized by the ADA (American Disabilities Act). In advance of a visit to any of our properties with a service animal, Management must be notified and once screened written approval will be issued. Unapproved animals on any of our properties are a violation of our contract and grounds for eviction. This property is managed by Beach-N-Bay Getaways, a company that manages only premium vacation properties. We take pride in the high level of cleanliness and maintenance that you will find in all of our homes. Our homes are finely furnished and decorated and offer many amenities such as fine linens, comfortable beds, well-equipped kitchens and all necessary consumable supplies. The Morro Bay area offers so many outdoor activities – biking, hiking, surfing, kayaking, exploring the ocean tide pools and much more. There are also many cultural programs offered through Cal Poly and the local artist groups in the area. And if you are a connoisseur of wine, you don’t want to miss wine tasting in the Paso Robles and San Luis Obispo wine regions. Be sure to check the local publications so you can participate in a few of the many festivals and special events that happen in the area. Once you vacation here, you will want to come back! We loved our quick getaway. The location is perfect. We enjoyed the sunsets from the porch every evening and loved the view in the morning. The bed was super comfortable and the condo was very clean with the amenities you need. We’ll be back for sure.

Such an amazing stay with amazing views! The place was super clean, besides the bird poop on the balcony but can’t really help that staying at a beach! So, No complaints here! Would love to come back

This property is amazing . I have stayed here before only downstairs in the handicap apartment.
It is fully ready for your stay , everything is there from pots and pans to outdoor seating. The bed was the most comfortable.
My only regrets are I thought I was booking directly with BEACH and BAY and somehow VBRO got in there and charge you a LOT more.

Management team answered our questions quickly and pleasantly. She even gave us great restaurant tips. Tha condo was clean and had everything you needed and then some. Didn’t move the car for 3 days, just walked everywhere. The ambiance was warm and the deck views and sunsets were fantastic. We had our old pup with us and tile floors and deck out back relieved our tensions of a possible accident. We loved it and will be back!

Just finished 3 nights at La Roche and were completely satisfied! Perfect location on the water downtown Morro Bay near all the shops and restaurants/bars. Unit 2 was very clean and well kept. We didnt cook but kitchen was fully stocked with anything we would need if we did. Refrigerator was cold and fireplace was warm. The ceiling fan in the bedroom was noisy screeching noise if on any setting above low but low kept the air moving enough. Will definitely stay again!

We loved the location of the property. Awoke to otters eating in the water just off of our patio every morning and enjoyed amazing sunsets. Everything was walkable in town. Although our truck did not meet the low ceiling limits for the garage, parking was very easy and close on the side street. The apartment was very clean and well stocked with almost everything you would need. Initial communication with the property manager was tense and almost made us change our minds about the rental. I asked a simple question, by email, about security of my personal information ( they required a very long contract and personal information outside of VRBO) and a very rude and condescending response was sent back. The follow up communications went much better. The BBQ was unusable prior to our arrival and we were notified, so we made other plans. The only complaint I have is that the refrigerator does not keep food or drinks cold. The management company may know about the issue because the refrigerator has a large sign on it not to increase the temperature otherwise a few will be assessed. We were hoping to by some fish at the local market but decided against it since we could not guarantee it would be cold enough in the refrigerator.
Overall this was a great place to stay and we would highly recommend it.

Great property…excellent location within walking distance of shops and restaurants, amazing view, well stocked kitchen (although we didn’t cook), very clean, very quiet location, and super comfy bed. It was the perfect anniversary escape and we look forward to returning!

We loved this location, right in the hustle of downtown Morro Bay -- there are great restaurants, coffee places and fun shops just steps away. But once you get inside you'll find a quiet, spotless retreat where everything you could need has been thought of and is at hand.
Somehow I overlooked that there are two bathrooms, which was great, even with just 3 of us in my family. There is a laundry room right outside if needed. And of course the view -- it is even better than it looks in the pictures. I usually prefer rentals that are individually owner-managed rather than by a rental company, but this one felt personally taken care of. There is even a great binder of recommendations for local activities. Overall, this spot is a wonderful choice on the Central Coast!

This property is perfectly situated to give you quick access to all the water sport rental places (we did canoeing and kayaking) but also peacefully perfect for sitting on the private patio sipping a cocktail and enjoying the sunset behind Morro Rock. It was everything we wanted for this trip!

Clean and modern condo directly on bay. Walking distance to everything on the waterfront and well located for hiking in Central CA.

Great little spot with excellent views. Clean and has most of the basic things you might need. Note: bring your own ice. I wouldn’t stay here with more than 4 people as it’s small, but little patio was a good spot for 3 people to eat crab fresh off the boat at sunset. Two bathrooms is a nice touch and parking across the street for a second car is convenient.

Exactly as advertised
We arrived just in time for picture perfect sunset and enjoyed every moment of our stay from then on. Comfortable and clean, and a wonderful location both for views and walking to shops and restaurants. We will be back!

The view was amazing & the weather was perfect. The condo was very Nice & roomie. We had problems with the fridge keeping anything cold & the freezer not keep ice cream frozen. The back door was very difficult to open & lock. The floor could have been cleaner, I ruined a new pair of fuzzy socks from the condo floor.
You should also disclose the amount of stairs up to the condo !

Terrific location...right on the harbor! Our first night was exactly as depicted in the photo...we sat on the deck watching the boats go by; sun shining; with Morro Rock in the distance! Easy walking distance to all the restaurants and stores along the harbor! Highly recommend!
