This bright and cheery condo has a cute, private balcony for enjoying outside time and partial beach views! Come enjoy your St Pete Beach get-away! Just cross a few parking spaces and you are on majestic St Pete Beach enjoying the sand between your toes! The kitchen has pots, pans and all kitchens essentials to enjoy your vacation. This property offers a heated pool with plenty of seating for guests. You can chat it up with neighbors or relax and keep to yourself and read a book. Distance from Beach: Please see picture with Friendly Native Condos circled to gauge distance. Beach is located across the parking spaces from Condo and over the dunes (boardwalk): 125 feet +/- to the beach 300 +/- feet to the water. Units 100-400 are around the pool, Units 500-800 are around the shuffleboard Court. This is Condo 806, shuffleboard side/backside. Central heat and air. Electronic lock for flexible/late check-ins A close walk to great restaurants, beach bars, shops, or enjoy the sunsets on the beach. Wi-fi, cable, linens & towels are included. There is a BBQ area on site as well as bike racks. Many guests do not bring a car, however 1 parking pass is included, if needed! Sorry, no pets allowed per HOA. Strongly enforced. Coffee machine & toaster included in unit Hairdryer & iron included HOUSEKEEPING/TOWELS: Bed linens and bath towels,etc are included. We offer 1 towel/linen exchange per stay. ($10 for each additional exchange.) Unfortunately, there are no laundry facilities onsite and routine housekeeping services are not included with this vacation rental. See you at the beach! Our recent stay at this condo left us disappointed. While it is in a prime location, within feet of a wonderful beach, the living conditions were far from acceptable, and we feel compelled to warn others about the sub-standard state of this rental. From the moment we stepped foot inside the unit, it became painfully clear that the hosts had neglected to provide a safe and sanitary environment. The most glaring issue was the presence of visible mold in several areas, most notably in the bathroom. With the visible mold came the musky smell. It was evident that this was not a recent development but a long-standing problem that the hosts had chosen to ignore. With a deep clean and some upgrades, this condo would be a wonderful option as it's in a great location.

Awful location. We canceled a week before after realizing we were charged double for ridiculous fees. Got charged the cleaning fee even though we never stayed. Didn’t get to go to my uncles funeral. Awful person.

Great location, property manager was awesome. Close to the beach and restaurants. Needs updated but still a fantastic place to stay. I fell in love with St. Petersburg and couldn’t have had better weather. If ever that way again I will most definitely stay.

Omygoodness, we loved the condo so much. It was in a perfect location for the beach trip we wanted. Win Dixie delivered groceries and we went to the Reef to eat out. Priceless time.

We have rented in the same building before and it was a different unit and very nice. This unit was comfortable enough but there was mold in the soap dish in the shower and on the shower curtain. Stains in the carpet. Overall a great place and couldn’t be a better location. Priced reasonably but could have been cleaner. Landlord is accommodating and very nice and I would stay again but I share this to be helpful.

Our rental property was okay for what we needed. It was clean, but pull out couch is not for adults. Very close to the beautiful beach. This property is open to different levels of class and culture.....hence group around pool smoking and swearing....my mom wanted to leave pool area.....pool was nice and clean though. A woman in rental next door to us was reaching her climax at three in the afternoon....turned the sound up on the program I was watching.....other than these couple of items our stay was fine. Probably will try other properties.

I felt the property was probably pretty good in the 1970s -80s . It needs attention and updating . The shower head is plugged with calcium debris and only after flushing and soaking was I able to get it to flow somewhat properly. No ice maker and deck approximately 2’ x 3’. It was clean and very close to the beach .

The condo was tired. Shower head need be replaced. Taps in the tub could easily removed, cleaned and reinstalled.

Property is an older complex of multiple buildings. Very well maintained. Many snowbirds staying long term for winter months. Ocean view from side balcony. Directly across street from beach. Excellent location. Not a resort by any means but more of a residential complex. Very clean and well equipped. Walked to restaurants, shops, and fun spots. Beach out front has a full service restaurant! Would recommend this 1bedroom 1 bath unit!

The location was perfect, right across from the beach. The pool was great, after a day at the beach. Great eats within walking distance. Roger was very accommodating and friendly! A great host!
