My cousins and I as well as some family friends met up here for a reunion. The home is incredibly spacious. The kitchens & butler's pantry were stocked so amazingly well! Nancy was very helpful and always made sure we were seen to immediately. There were a couple small disappointments that I think others should be aware of, but didn't diminish our stay, so I still gave it 5 stars. It shows the master suite with a king and 2 singles. The two singles are just mattresses, not beds so we did have to have some folks on mattresses on the ground & we put kids there so it wasn't a big deal. Also, we rented the boat that is available and when we got there found out we couldn't be out on the water after dusk because they had removed the lights. While I do understand (apparently people were getting lost on the lake at night or damaging the boat), we do know how to operate a boat and navigate and had planned on using the boat at night for fireworks and fishing. Like I said, these things were pretty minor, but if you have specific plans for using the boat after dark or if you have adults that would be unhappy with a mattress on the floor for a bed they should just be known. Overall, still a great stay.

What an amazing house! We have 7 kids, their spouses, and 9 grandkids and this house was perfect for us. So clean, large property, and right on the lake. Even better than the pictures! Thanks for an amazing week and we would definitely stay here again!

We were very comfortable, with plenty of space for everyone! Nobody was underfoot of anyone. The property manager Nancy, was very helpful and a phone call away, if we needed her. Ms. Nancy was fantastic, by the time our stay was over - we wanted to adopt her as our aunt and pack her up with us😀 Ashley was very nice and accommodating as well. From the onset of our communication with Ashley right after we booked, to Ms. Nancy greeting us and being the best host EVER - our stay was AMAZING! We have absolutely no complaints at all - only compliments. It was 11 of us and we had a Christian Retreat at the property (we are very particular - and found that everything was up to par and very clean). Not only that, the atmosphere is so inviting and warm. The pictures absolutely does it no justice - YOU MUST see it in person. I have probably planned over 500 events - this has been one of the best experiences I’ve had thus far dealing with management/hosts/etc. . Don’t look for another property, Millie’s Getaway is the perfect place to create memories- they’ve thought of everything. It’s spacious enough for everyone to not feel crowded, not to mention the gorgeous view. I literally did about 49 or more hours researching places - read all the reviews, looked at all the pics - Search no more - THIS IS THE ONE!!!

The kitchens were a chef’s dream—and we have plenty of them in the family!😃 Nancy was extremely responsive, and with a couple of visits, we enjoyed her friendship too!

This home was beautiful and great for the 18 family members who stayed there. I loved how each bedroom has its own bathroom! There is a giant table where we could all sit down together for meals and plenty of couch space for hanging out together. The lake is beautiful and great for boating, swimming, and fishing. Yes, we caught some fish! I would recommend more attention to the details such as cleaning the coffee makers & replacing the filters often. That was pretty gross so we removed it and used bottle water in the Keureg for our stay. The oven was apparently not cleaned previously so when we turned it on the house filled with smoke. We had to open the doors and air out the house even though it was hot/muggy outside. Overall, I would say this was a very nice home and a great location on the water.

We held a multi family get together for a weekend and had a blast! The rooms were great and there is a gorgeous and spacious living room where we could all hang out. We rented the pontoon boat and kayaks for a day for a reasonable price. Will come back again!

The house is outstanding. The yard is gorgeous, The dock is perfect. This is a spot of dreams with everything that is included. Would recommend to everyone and hope to go back soon this summer.

Great place, really secluded. 30min away from the crowds. We loved the place perfect for a quiet getaway. Only but is that the wifi is really slow and that the owner sent a msg after we rented the place that we were unable to use streaming services. You would think that with the big cost you are paying it would be included... or at least put it in the description

Traveled to this property mid August. Had amazing hot weather! The pictures online didn't do justice...the house was HUGE!!! Accommodated 17 of us perfectly with so much room! The grounds and home were very clean upon arrival. We brought our kayaks, paddle board and boat with! The boat launch was close and there was so much room on the propertie's dock! The location was perfect for us as there was not a lot of boat traffic on the lake. We were able to feel safe paddling across the lake to the cliffs. We would definitely come back! We stayed 5 nights and wish we could have stayed longer! Property manager lived close and was super helpful!

We thoroughly enjoyed the property. Very clean and had everything we needed. We had 4 families and had plenty of room. The property manager, Nancy, was very attentive checking in to see if we needed anything. The only issue we had was the dock needs to be maintained better. Specifically the boat slips did not have cleats & the jet ski dock was out of service Highly recommend otherwise and would return.

This home is exactly as described. We had six couples and there was plenty of space and privacy for all. Morning coffee on the deck with the view of the lake and sun coming up is priceless. When we decided to rent the pontoon a call to Nancy and she came immediately and was so awesome to work. Sitting around the fire pit on the beech at night was also a bonus with plenty of wood supplied. All six couples gave this fabulous place a five star rating and you would to if you decide to book this beautiful home to vacation.

This property is well maintained and suited the needs of our large family very well! The manager was very helpful in taking care of anything we needed! Highly recommended!
