This spacious, updated first floor 2 bedroom, 2 bath oceanview condo (~1000 square feet) has a close proximity to the beach. This updated unit can sleep 8-10 people comfortably. There are two assigned parking spaces and additional free parking on the street adjacent to the unit on both 38th and 39th street. Listen to the waves crash and smell the salty air as soon as you open the balcony door from the living room. The very large balcony is only steps to the beach and offers a breathtaking ocean view where you can relax with your morning coffee or evening drinks. Spend a week enjoying the beach in this peaceful family friendly atmosphere. Diamond Beach Unit 116 is a side unit in an ocean front building. Conveniently located off 39th Street, it is directly across the street from the O.C. Convention Center. This unit is within walking distance (less than 10 blocks) to the boardwalk, shopping and many restaurants/bars including: Seacrets, Macky's, Barn 34, Mother’s Cantina, 45th Street Taphouse, Shotti’s Point, Higgins Crab House South, On the Bay Seafood, Rita's, Dough Roller, Anthony's Sub Shop, Satellite Café, Jolly Roger Amusement/Water Park and the famous Coconuts Beach Bar and Grill to name a few. Minimum age rental limitation of 25 years of age. Security Deposit required. No smoking. No pets. AMENITIES: The kitchen has been completely renovated with a high-end granite, backsplash and newly re-finished grey cabinets. The master bedroom has one double bed and a twin daybed with a twin trundle with new mattresses that sleeps 4 people. The master bedroom has its own private bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen and double bed with new mattresses that sleeps 4 people. Both bathrooms were completely renovated and have a full bathtub/shower with granite vanities and new toilets. The living and dining room are newly furnished and decorated. Sofa was recently purchased and is a queen size sleeper. The sleeper sofa mattress has been upgraded to memory foam for additional comfort. Stove/oven and refrigerator were recently replaced as well. The sliding door to the balcony allows for expansive views of the ocean. There is a large flat screen in the living room. The kitchen is fully equipped with newer silverware, cookware, dishes, glasses and other kitchen accessories including Keurig, microwave, garbage disposal, coffee maker, toaster and blender. Central air conditioning and heat, additional fans for extra comfort, iron and ironing board and vacuum. WHAT TO BRING: towels, sheets and pillowcases, soap/laundry detergent and paper products. Bedding consists of 2 queen, 2 doubles and 2 singles. A linen company can be recommended and provided if the guest decided they would prefer to have towels and sheets delivered to the condo upon arrival. This would be set up and paid for by the guest. **NOTE: Must be 25 years of age or older to rent this condo. Will NOT rent to High School Seniors.

We go every year for a girls weekend on St.Patricks day parade fun. The condo was perfect for us. Plenty of room, clean, nice view, close to beach and 2 passes for parking which is such a plus. We'll be back.

With this unit what you see is what you get. Everything is upgraded and is very nice. 1st for unit a couple feet off the ground with minimal stairs. You can see the water but not the beach, which is ok and what is expected from a first floor unit. Regular coffee pot as well as a Keurig and everything was extremely clean.

Easy Check in/Check Out process. Kitchen is fully stocked for whatever your cooking needs are, just bring food. No parking issues and your right next to the beach so you don’t have to walk very far. Enough space for a big family that you won’t fill cramped. Can’t wait to reserve for next year!!

We stayed at the condo during the Starpower National Dance competition. We had 4 adults and 4 children in the condo. The condo was in the perfect location for us to walk back and forth from the convention center. We all had plenty of space. The condo was clean and looked exactly like the pictures. Chad was always responsive if we needed anything. Overall we had a great experience and will definitely be back.

I cannot say enough. Chad was attentive and accommodating! The rental was clean, spacious and bright with a fun beach decor/vibe. We could hear the waves crashing from the balcony and the neighbors were quiet and respectful. I will rent again! This is a winner, if you have any doubts, dont, this is the one.

The entire family had a great week staying at this unit. It was actually better than we expected. The views from the balcony and proximity to the beach made our stay all the better. The place is nicely updated and supplied with everything we needed. Chad was a great host and we plan to return next summer.

I really enjoyed my stay. The location is perfect and is walking distance to many restaurants and attractions. The condo was recently renovated and decorated beautifully. The bedrooms had brand new mattresses which were so comfortable. Chad was readily available to answer any questions that I had and was very helpful during the whole process. Being so close to the beach was convenient and my family loved sitting on the spacious balcony listening to the ocean. I will definitely be renting here again for my next trip to the beach.

The condo was the perfect size for our family, and could even have accommodated more people (we didn't use one of the beds at all). The entire place seemed recently renovated. Even the furniture and cookware seemed new. The location was great - right on the beach and walkable to a good variety of restaurants and shops. We will definitely be back!
