Nestled in Oak Island, this lovely house for R 8,900 per night is a great choice for your next vacation. Welcome to Paradise! Our 3 level home has 6 bedrooms and 6 full bathrooms, sleeps 16. There is a private pool (salt water), hot tub, steam room, outdoor shower, and golf cart (registered for complimentary public parking!) There are two kitchens, three master bedrooms with king beds and full bathrooms attached. Two additional bedrooms, 1 king and 1 queen bed and the sixth bedroom has two sets of bunk beds. Additionally, there is day bed with a trundle and a roll away bed. There are four decks running the length of the house with rocking chairs.; two of the decks overlook the pool. The game room has foosball and shuffleboard table.There are 7 large flat screen TV's with cable and high speed internet. Oak Island has a south facing beach with beautiful sunrise and sunsets. You can walk to the beach, take the golf cart or drive as there is ample free public parking. Oak Island, NC is a treasure with fishing, canoeing, kayaking, golf, tennis, mini golf , public boat docks, playground and many other amenities. Great for weddings, reunions, retreats*! *Events that exceed the number of people staying in the house will be charged a $1000 event fee.

With plenty of space, we (9 adults and 4 kids) enjoyed our stay. The size of the house allowed us to join together when we wanted to and allowed for personal quiet time as well. The heated pool, hot tub, golf cart, and shuffleboard table brought us together for some great times. The house, bedding and all were very clean and comfortable. You’re about 1 mile from the ocean, so you can walk or take the golf cart when you’re ready for beach fun.

Was very happy with the house. We all enjoyed the pool and hot tub after a day of playing golf. Met our host Larry and he was a great, very attentive when we had a question. We were a group of 8 guys and there was plenty of room for everyone. We will very likely return next fall for our golf trip. Do yourself a favor and come stay at wine and roses you won't regret it

We had grandma and grandpa and two separate families all together in this house! It was a fantastic time had by all. The main dining room was big enough for us all to eat together and we lounged together in the living room easily as well. First floor game room was a huge hit! Had a great time with pinball and foosball tournament and shuffle puck. We were in the pool and hot tub for the majority of the time! That pool was so warm it was wonderful! Went to the beach a handful of times. We had too many for the golf cart so we just drove instead of making trips back and forth. Right around the corner so no big deal. The owners responded immediately with anything we needed. Everything was clean and it looked like they recently did some floors and fresh paint so it looked great! We only ate out twice, ordered in once, ordered a lobster boil and cooked it at the house and did steaks one night and burgers and dogs on the grill the other night. Had everything we needed to dine in and cook. Definitely recommend this house and the kids were already trying to plan the next big family vacation. We had 11 yrs through 23 for the kids. The apartment downstairs was perfect for our 23 year old. Grandma and grandpa loved being in the middle of everything on the main level and it was so nice to have private rooms with bathrooms for all the adults and the kids spread out in the bunk house, queen room and the bed on the landing actually has a decent amount of space around it. Loved it!!

My family and I had such a great first trip to Oak Island! Wine & Roses was the perfect place for us. Having a pool and hot tube at the house was awesome. It was so easy to get to the beach, especially with the golf cart provide! We will definitely be coming back again.

The property was very accomodating for our large group. Would of liked to been closer to the ocean but the pool more than made up for it. We struggled some with the stairs but had them mastered by the end of the week. Would definitely consider staying there again.

Our group of eight friends really enjoyed Wine and Roses. There was a big table - so nice for meals and great conversations. The pool and hot tub were wonderful, and the beach was a short ride in the golf cart. Rose and Larry were good hosts who take great care to make the space warm and comfortable. We all highly recommend Wine and Roses.

Our ladies church group just returned home from a stay in this house and the concensus is to get this one next year as well! Even though it is a short little distance away from the ocean the heated pool and hot tub more than makes up for it! Not having to worry about towels and linens was also a relief, the kitchen was stocked with all we the cooking serving supplies needed, and mattresses were super comfortable. There was an issue with the upstairs air but Larry made an appearance to correct the issue as much as possible. Check in and out couldn't have been easier. Definitely recommend!

Everything was great except cleanliness. Coffee pots were filthy. Water left in and the water filter was gross. Infant crawled and within minutes knees and feet were black. Gas grill was nasty. Would be great place if it were clean.

We had a great week, the house slept 12 of us comfortably. The pool area is well equipped for seating, grilling, pool and hot tub. We spent most of our time there or at the beach, which was a little distance, but the golf cart made it an easy trip. The owner, Larry, was very accommodating, responded quickly and resolved our small problems in record time, he even brought us his crab pot and burner so us Marylanders could steam some crabs! I give our visit a 10!

Wine and Roses was a great home for our family's vacation. The homeowners were very responsive to any questions and made sure our stay was pleasant and enjoyable. The kids loved the pool, and the adults enjoyed the jacuzzi which felt great after a dip in the pool. The game room was an added bonus for the kids. With three master suites with king beds in the main house and another king size bed in the bottom apartment there was adequate space for each couple. The kids enjoyed the bunk beds in the bunk room, and we still had a queen size bed in another room so there was more than enough space for everyone! The beds were comfortable too! Golf cart was available to use for going over to the beach. Overall, I would highly recommend Wine and Roses for a large family!

Larry was wonderful with all communication and assisting me with any questions I had. Our weekend was great! The house had everything our group of 12 needed and plenty of room for everyone. The beds were very comfortable as well! The pool and hot tub were perfect. Definitely recommend this house if you are looking for a relaxing trip away!

Five couples stayed three nights to run the 5K and half marathon. House was PERFECT! Plenty of room, hot tub was great and game room was awesome, even for us adults. Den and eating area was big giving us lots of room to fellowship. Communication was great with homeowner. Will stay again if we get back to the area.

We very much enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home! Our party of 11 had plenty of room to spread out and everyone took advantage of the many amenities offered. Weather was warm for December so we spent a lot of time outside. The teens especially loved the heated pool and the golf cart. Wines and Roses is a beautiful place. Myself and family enjoyed being down at Oak Island to relax, and this spot has all of the space in the world. The kids had lots of entertainment, and all of the adults enjoyed the multiple balconies and the game room was a lot of fun as well! We hope we can come back to Wines and Roses again.

Our large family had plenty of room to spread out, having lots of bathrooms was a plus! The host was very responsive and could not have done more to make our stay perfect. Everyone found things to do, ways to amuse themselves while not crowding each other. Having the pool and hot tub was another bonus we all enjoyed. Kitchen had more appliances than we could use. This property will not disappoint!

We enjoyed our stay with very little complaints. Larry and Rose were easy to work with and very quick to respond to any questions or concerns. Pictures definitely make the house look more updated than it was. Easy instructions for arrival and departing. Multiple dead cockroaches were found in the house- many live ones around the pool area. Golf cart was very nice to have as it made for easy travel down to the beach. Very quiet neighborhood which was appreciated.
