Three minutes drive to Fallsview Indoor Water Park, Clifton Hill, Tourist Area, Casino's and Views of one of the most natural wonders of the world, The Spectacular World Famous Niagara Falls. Experience all that Niagara has to offer take in the breathtaking views from the tours of Maid of the Mist and Cave Of the Winds and feel the cool spray of the water. Executive Rooms These bright beautifully furnished and tastefully decorated two bedroom suites have been completely remodelled with Hardwood, Ceramic and Marble Floors. All Suites are self-contained with fully equipped Kitchens, Bathrooms including Towels and Linens. We also provide Free Cable, Internet and Parking. This reservation has a Firm cancellation policy - refunds will be issued up to 60 days prior to the check in date. A 100% refund is provided for travellers cancelling at least 60 days before check-in. A 50% refund is provided for travellers cancelling from 30 to 59 days before check-in. No refunds are provided for travellers cancelling less than 30 days prior to check-in. CanadaStays Booking Fees are refundable if you cancel within 48 hours of placing your booking request. Our house rules: no smoking, no parties or events, no pets.

We stayed for 4 nights and found everything to be very nice. Arrival/Check-in was smooth with a 1 hour call ahead to the owner before your arrival. The manager of the unit gave us a tour, some info. on the area, etc... she even had the place pre-cooled for us with the A/C units! The beds are very comfortable, as were the furnishings in the living room. (the chairs in the front room are a lot more comfortable than they look!). The TV worked fine, as did the WiFi with no issues. We didn't use the oven/stove, or the microwave, but the coffee maker and fridge worked well. As someone else mentioned, the water pressure in the bath/shower was very good. The A/C units worked well also. The location was very good, with small shops, restaurants/bars, etc... within easy walking distance. The area is very quiet, except for the live band nearby on Fri. night, but they didn't play too late. The bus stop for the Tourist Transportation System - WEGO is just 4 or so blocks down the road. BTW... WEGO is THE way to get around Niagara! $12.50 CAD for 48 consecutive hours of unlimited rides on the bus. The stops are at EVERY major attraction, and many others as well. Their schedule is very good as well, we never waited at any stop more than a few minutes for the next bus. Highly Recommend WEGO! All in all we would absolutely stay here again! The ONLY reason for the 1 star reduction in the rating was the stairs up to the unit (it's on the 2nd floor) - they are steep, and small (not much room to place your foot). Quite a workout for those with any leg/knee issues, or elderly. (One person in our party of 3 had double knee replacements, and found the stairs difficult.) Me, I'm just out of shape... :) We very much enjoyed our stay, and would certainly recommend this place to anyone interested!

This apartment was nicely located close to the falls, maybe a 7 minutes drive. The apartment was clean and the beds super comfy. The bathroom has a great shower and plenty of linens. My only disappointment was that there wasn’t much in the way of things to cook with. I would have liked to see some cooking spray basic spices, salt and pepper. They did have coffee which I really appreciated. All in all it was a great stay!!! We had so much fun.

I would only give this residence a 3 because the frying pans were in horrible condition with the Teflon coming off and basically were unusable. The other pots and pans need replacement as well. The WIFI password that was written down was incorrect whereby we couldn't access the WIFI for a day. The location was very convenient to dining establishments and bus transportation. There was plenty of parking on the lot.

The condo was clean, comfortable and in what seems to be an up and coming area of Queen St. If you want to avoid the chaos of chain places and have more of a local feel, it's a great lodging option with parking. Easy to walk to places and Taps on Queen Brewery was right nearby. No hassle at all with check in.

This place is fabulous, but renter BE AWARE...save double booking fees. (I unknowingly paid fees for two different sites.) Aside from that, this place is perfect! Clean, well-appointed and spacious...the pictures are very accurate. Arian met us when we told him we would arrive and showed us everything. The beds are comfortable, the linens plentiful and everything you would expect was available. The air conditioners cooled the place quickly and adequately when we arrived home at night. The apartment is in a quiet area with a few restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance, a quick 5 minute ride from the tourist area or an $8 USD Uber fee each way. In the other direction it is a beautiful ride to Niagara on the Lake and all the wineries without having to deal with the falls traffic on the way. Parking behind the building was convenient and the WiFi worked well. I would definitely recommend Arian's place!
