About this condo rental
Situated in Folly Beach, this attractive condo for R 8,247 per night is a great option for your next trip. Have fun watching Folly go by from the large private balcony; settle in with a drink on the cozy outdoor sofa and enjoy the sights and sounds of our beloved hippie surfer beach town we refer to as the “Edge of America” Inside each apartment you'll find luxurious furnishings, including a comfy leather queen size pull out sofa for added sleeping space, a flat screen TV and cool vintage artwork to play up our hipster vibe. The open floor plan invites use of the well equipped kitchen with custom cabinets, all new appliances and generous granite counter space, uniting the banquette and living area to make preparing meals and dining in enjoyable. The coffee maker takes ground coffee and has a cleanable filter, and a disposable paper filter can be used if desired. Both bedrooms have a king sized bed with quality linens, bedside furniture with adequate reading light, a flat-screen TV and custom furniture cabinetry. Outside, the live oaks and magnolias shade the back parking area reserved for you to park one vehicle. You'll be just a short walk away from Folly River Park and Folly Pier, where you can fish, crab, catch a meal or shag-dance with locals. Each apartment has a beach cart and two chairs available to use when you're ready to head to the beach. We are dog friendly! We have a one-time pet fee of $110 per dog for reservations up to three nights, and $150 per dog for reservations for four or more nights. The pet fee is added once your reservation is confirmed. This home is 900 Sq. Ft. We invite you to come enjoy our perfect beach town for a Folly good time! PLEASE NOTE THE LOCATION OF THIS APARTMENT IS ON THE 2ND FLOOR AND IS IN THE MIX OF COMMERCIAL CENTER STREET ACTIVITY, YOU WILL HEAR THE NOISE. There is not an elevator. There is a load/unload parking area beside the building. Reserved parking is one street behind the load and unload zone and is a 2-3 minute walk to the building. Accommodations were nice. Very well decorated and clean. However, there was one roll of toilet paper only one extra blanket and the appliances were very old and not working properly. It took four minutes to heat up a cup of coffee and it took 40 minutes to heat the oven to 350.

Excellent location! Right of center street walking distance to the beach ✅. Walking to bars restaurants ✅( there is even one below the unit).
Enjoyed being able to leave the cars and walk all weekend. Will 100% reach back out to stay again in the future.

Centrally and conveniently located to every thing in Folly, we really enjoyed the comfortable stay with a clean and updated apartment sized perfectly. The balcony was an extra bonus for mornings, wet afternoons and evenings, anytime this really added to the place! I can’t say enough about the delicately selected art and décor throughout the place, quite lovely. Last but not least…those of us who can appreciate the extra fan in a bathroom, really appreciate this. I’m getting one for my home! We will definitely return!

Absolutely love staying at the Hudson building location ! It’s Beautiful and conveniently placed in the heart of folly , we never need to drive . Bar downstairs what else can you ask for ?!

This condo was fabulous! The size was much larger than we expected, the decor was fun and interesting, there were so many "extras" and the location was perfect! We loved being above The Low Life ....yes, the music could be heard when sitting on the balcony (which we thought was great!) but when we went inside we never heard it. We went down to the Low Life a couple of times and found the owner and employees to be great people. So friendly! The beds were very comfortable, the A/C worked well and there were fans for the fan-loving family. My brother and his wife stayed down the road and saying what a deal we had with our awesome find. Our trip was to visit Charleston (which we did) but we spent most of our time in Folly! We would definitely love to come back. Thanks for such a vaca!

Awesome place in an fantastic location
This condo is located right in the heart of Folly Beach. The place is clean and has everything you would need for a party of 4-6. It is located right above a bar, which might not sound great, but the bar closes early (~11PM) and isn't that loud. Plus, when on vacation, how great is a bar that is less than a minute walk away and a great place to stop before you go back to your place at night. The place is super clean and has lots of the basics you'd need like kitchen ware, towels (for showering not the beach), and beach chairs and a beach cart that is plenty big to wheel everything you need to the beach. The beach is a straight shot out the back door and maybe a 10 minute walk to the start of the beach. The pier was still under construction (June 2022) but that didn't bother us. There's tons of restaurants and bars in the area that are all easily walking distance. The stay comes with a parking pass that was a little hard to navigate, but maybe I didn't read up well enough before getting there. There is construction in the building behind this place that makes it hard to drive up when we "checked in", but after that it wasn't a problem. Washer and dryer were great, large, and worked well. Also located next to a Circle K which was super convenient. You felt safe while there, both in the apartment and in the town. Only caution is to watch where you walk because people drive a little crazy especially with all the people walking around on tight sidewalks. We also forgot clothes in the dryer and they were kind enough to ship them back to us which we were super grateful for. All in all a great stay and we would stop here again if we stayed at Folly Beach in the future.

The bedrooms here are equipped with noise machines that drown any ambient noise from the bar/grill on the ground floor and the construction nearby. This was a perfect home base for exploring the island and was just a quick drive into Charleston for the day. The pace was clean, well equipped and comfortable. We loved the art choices! The one critique we’d leave would be the beds were firmer than our liking, but that’s such a subjective experience, I wouldn’t let it deter anyone booking this fabulous place.
One note to others considering staying here: if you’re the type to cook your own meals, bring your own salt/seasonings as there were none on-site, and if you wish to do laundry, grab some detergent from the convenience store Nextdoor.
We couldn’t figure out how to turn off the living room television… but we were admittedly having *quite* a good time celebrating my mom recently beating cancer and the task of turning off the TV may have just been beyond our brain capacity 😉

Great place to stay... very clean and nice... Location is great only a couple minutes walk to Folly Beach and there is a neat little park and pier to walk close by. Since it was close to Christmas the park and streets were decorated with lights which made for a great evening walk. Would not hesitate to stay again !!!

We really enjoyed our stay with you in Folly Beach! My friends and I thought it was the perfect location with very quick access to the beach, great parking situation, and an overall very cute rental.

Great parking, new, neat, clean. Love the patio. Could hear upstairs neighbors walking/banging around. Nice to have beach chairs, but would appreciate beach towels. Prop Mgmt very responsive. Bar music down the street might be an issue if I weren’t a night owl.

Amazing place in the perfect location! Walkable to EVERYTHING - downtown & beach. The little bar below was amazing; the noise did not bother us at all. Clean, comfortable, fun! We will be back.
