This deluxe oceanfront duplex is one of the most amazing properties in all of Myrtle Beach. The 4 bedroom, 3 bath house sleeps 10. The location is central to Family Kingdom Amusement Park, lots of shopping, dining, the Myrtle Beach Convention Center, the award-winning Broadway at the Beach, golf, tennis, and the Myrtle Beach Pelicans home stadium. For your entertainment there are The Carolina Opry, Alabama Theatre at Barefoot Landing, Pirates Voyage Dinner and Show (a Dolly Parton Theatre), Legends In Concert and Medieval Times Dinner & Tournament, There are 3 downstairs oceanfront bedrooms, two king and one queen-sized bed. Upstairs you'll find the 4th bedroom with a queen sized bed and with a private bath. There is a trundle bed in the downstairs south bedroom that can be made into 1 king bed. The owners live in a small apartment upstairs, but the entire downstairs and the 4th upstairs private bedroom and bath are entirely for the pleasure of our guests. This home features an oceanfront pool and spa for your family fun, as well as an outside shower. When you're ready to get out of the sun, relax on the oceanfront covered porch and plan to cook out on the patio, in an area we refer to as the “outdoor grilling area." It simply doesn't get any better than this! The laundry room is equipped not only with a full washer and dryer, but an additional refrigerator for storing those extras you want to have on hand.This is nearly the perfect location, right in the heart of Myrtle Beach's prestigious “Golden Mile.” The privacy and the view of the Atlantic Ocean are nothing short of spectacular! Grassy area is 28' x 73' * Non Smoking Home *Extra guests over 10 occupancy are $70.00 per person for the stay. *Air Conditioned *Dishwasher *Microwave *VCR *1 DVD Player *Large Screen TV in Living Area * TV's in All Bedrooms *WIFI *Outdoor Sprayer for foot and body rinse when you return from the beach. *Private Swimming Pool & Spa *Onsite Parking for 4 Vehicles *3 Hole Golf Putting Green *Gas Grill ***Just a few things to notate about the property... LINENS (bed sheets, bath towels, hand towels, washcloths, bath mats and kitchen towels) ARE NOT INCLUDED. LINEN PACKAGES ARE OFFERED AND CAN BE ORDERED WHEN YOU SIGN YOUR RENTAL AGREEMENT. Have to say this was one of my top vacations with some great sister! Property is located close to everything you could want to do. House is right on the beach with easy beach access!
I can't even say enough good things about Ms. Rudene, she was responsive to all of our needs, and so thankful she shared her beautiful home with us!

The owner was disrespectful once we arrived.
Did not have any privacy at all.
Interrupted us on multiple occasions for no reason. Will never book here again for the cost. Wasnt worth it

The location, the pool, and the living space was fabulous!
The owner who lives upstairs is very kind and helpful!
The house and the grounds around it are beautiful! There was spacious parking for our vehicles (2). To clarify, the beautiful balcony is off limits to guests but the back lower patio and pool area are spacious and very enjoyable. It's just a short walk across the dune to the beach. Would definitely stay here again! We didn't want to leave.

This was a wonderful vacation with my family - my parents and 5 teens. Easy check in and out. Staff and owner are very friendly. The location is superb with easy access to the beach, shops and entertainment. The pool hot tub a wonderful area to relax.

Great property!
We really enjoyed our stay here. Pool and hot tub were so relaxing. Then there's a short walk to the beach - it was just about our own private beach! Would definitely stay again. Property owner was very friendly and helpful.

We had the best time at Labuona Vita! Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay. There were a total of 9 of us staying here and it couldn't have been a more perfect fit for our family. The listing is incorrect on the bed count. There are actually 2 King beds, 2 Queen beds and a twin with a trundle (pullout) twin bed. There are 3 full bathrooms. One jack and Jill bathroom between the downstairs king and queen bedrooms. One attached to the king and twin bedroom and 1 upstairs beside the queen bedroom. The king beds are plush and lovely. The queen beds are very firm. My husband actually prefers a firm mattress, so it worked out for us. The home is older and has a small kitchen, but functions just fine and has everything you need. It was nice having the extra fridge in the laundry room. The best part of the house is the location! Only minutes from downtown Myrtle Beach, the skywheel and boardwalk! I can't say enough how nice it was to be oceanfront and have a pool and hot tub! Our teenagers and their friends LOVED that part and so did the adults! We also fit 2 big trucks and a car in the driveway just fine. There is a large dining table that fit our whole group as well, which was very nice to have at meal time. Yes, the home is older and could use some updating, but we didn't mind it a bit and the location and amenities much outweigh any cosmetic shortcomings. One downside to note is the upstairs queen bedroom doesn't have a working AC unit. There is a thermostat up there but it never worked the entire time of our stay. It did get very hot up there. We could have complained I suppose, but we didn't. Also, Miss Rudene was absolutely lovely. She said hello to us upon arrival and then left us alone the entirety of our stay. She let us know she was available if we needed her though. All in all, we absolutely LOVED our stay and most definitely would return again for future vacations! ❤

Nice clean home in a great location. The owner was very kind. We had an issue with the barbecue grill and she had it fixed right away. Home is a bit dated and needs some minor maintenance, but nothing major. We would stay here again :)

Couldn’t ask for a better location to the beach and restaurants. This house is far enough away from the busy hotspots and touristy locations of Myrtle Beach, but at the same time, not too far.
The host is a gem. Very much looked after anything we needed.
Only complaint is the pool was ice cold, but I knew that it was not heated before we rented. (Kids thought it was fine.)
We wil be back!!

Our hostess, who lives at the property, was most gracious and immediately addressed a couple issues we had. The house met all of our needs and the kids especially loved walking out the back door and jumping into the pool or hot tub. The beach was only a few steps and it was wide and sandy(my favorite place to be). The weather could not have been more perfect for our week! We all agreed as we left that we would defintely return!

Everything about our stay was top notch. The privacy, the proximity to all of our favorite attractions and the ease of traveling in the area was excellent. The owner of the property was sweet and accommodating. Greeted us on arrival and the last night thanked us for staying. Better than we could have imagined.

Great time had by all
We had a fantastic family/friend vacation. The location of this house is perfect! A little dated but very comfortable and it has everything you could possibly need. Rudene is wonderful - very sweet and attentive. We saw dolphins while on the beach, shelled every day, saw beautiful sunrises and sunsets!!! The kids really enjoyed having the ocean as well as the pool and hot tub. My husband appreciated the covered patio for some time out of the sun. We all enjoyed relaxing on the beach and by the pool. Excellent vacation, location and accomodations.

Our entire family enjoyed every minute of our vacation. The house, the pool and the proximity to the beach could not be better. The homeowner upstairs is a lovely person. Welcomed us warmly and respected our privacy.

Great location! Fantastic owner!
Our week in Myrtle Beach was just what we needed and wanted. With the beach a short walk away and the relaxing swimming pool and spa, it was a fun time for our family of 7 adults and 5 children. A few drawbacks was the outdated furniture and the fish didn't bite. But if you're looking for a relaxing stay, it's a perfect spot for a family get together.
