Nestled in The Villages, this attractive house for R 3,563 per night is a great option for your next trip. Thank you for considering our house for your vacation. We know how difficult this decision can be. Please look at our reviews. The maid service uses commercial grade disinfectant on all hard surfaces. We find that renting from Saturday to Saturday works best for our guests and maid service. The house is over 2300 square feet plus there is a screened in lanai with over 2000 square feet that gives extra living space. The first thing you will notice upon entering the house is the awesome view! This can be summed up by noting that The Villages developer added an additional $200,000 to the price for this prime lot. You will be very happy not having another house sitting 20 feet from your back patio as most houses do. Our pool is heated with solar panels which will keep the water temp above 82 if the sun is shining except from mid December to the end of January. We offer all the comforts of home including an ample supply of kitchen ware and bath towels. Our model has the largest kitchen of any designer home and the only house with 12 foot trayed ceilings to give a very spacious feeling. Plus the only one with 2 1/2 baths. We offer very comfortable furniture, and 2 HD LED TV's. We also offer a brand new gasoline powered golf cart with adjustable bucket seats and most importantly it has SEAT BELTS for your PROTECTION.!! Golf carts can go 22 MPH and I can not imagine driving one without seat belts and arm rests. There is also an enclosure which can be zipped up for protection if it rains. A basic golf cart rents for $190 per week but my golf cart is much more than a basic golf cart with just a bench seat. We have king mattress in the master bedroom, queen mattress in the 2nd bedroom and a full size in the 3rd bedroom. There are also dressers and closets for your use. The 2nd and 3rd bedroom share a Jack and Jill bathroom with a tub/shower. There is also a half bath close to the living room. The master bath has a walk in shower with no steps or doors which makes it very handicap accessible. The screened in pool area has a wet bar, refrigerator, and 2 over stuffed comfortable swivel/rockers with adjoining table to enjoy your coffee, wine or cocktails. In addition there is a large table in the shady protected area with 6 chairs for eating your meals outdoors. In addition to that there are several chairs and a lounge chair surrounding the pool. I choose this house for the ideal way it is oriented to the sun. The pool area gets sun but the protected area is shady so that you can get out of the sun if you desire. There is a gas grill for outdoor cooking. We provide maps of the Villages with locations of the golf courses and pools. In addition we provide a 3 ring binder which explains details of the house and The Villages. I am sure you will be very pleased with choosing my house for your vacation.

We enjoyed our stay in this house. Communication with host was very good and everything went quite smoothly. House was clean and well kept. Great golf course view. Very good location. Enjoyed learning about the Villages and all the activities there.

The house was very nicely appointed. It felt like a "home away from home". We appreciated the host providing pool towels, and various supplies like dishwasher soap, garbage bags etc. There was a slight problem with the dishwasher and the pool pump, but David was very responsive and helped get them resolved satisfactorily. Would definitely stay here again!

Pool had not been cleaned. We contacted the owner, he was having issues with the Pool Cleaning Company, they did come out two days before we left. The owner was very nice.

Great location and beautiful house! Loved being able to watch the golfers play from the lanai. My family and I got a lot of use out of the pool as the week we stayed was extremely hot. David was easy to communicate with and responded very quickly to our questions. We loved this property so much, we will be staying again!

Truly enjoyed our stay in the Villages. House was perfect - beautiful kitchen. Outdoor beer and wine fridge was a plus. Super nice, heated pool with an awesome view. Dave the owner is great to work with. Golf cart ran great. So close to Brownwood great music and cute shops. Highly recommend.

I visited The Villages with my senior mom (who is considering becoming a resident) and my husband. We all thoroughly enjoyed our time both in this lovely home and at The Villages. This house is truly on an amazing lot with a wonderful screened in swimming pool overlooking a stunning golf course view. We enjoyed eating our meals out on the lanai. Super easy access to Brownwood square. Home was clean and welcoming and made for a really pleasant stay Thanks again David for allowing us to feel at home in your great place!

Stayed most of January and all of February and a few days in March. Thoroughly enjoyed every day during my stay. I’ve stayed at this house before and everything is amazing. Good communication with owner even though it wasn’t necessary as everything went smooth and our stay was wonderful. Love the house location and private pool. We will continue to visit.

This home is so lovely, clean and spacious. The lanai is beautiful with incredible sunrises, comfortable seating and an extremely nice and well heated pool. The home has ample natural light, large kitchen and beautiful views of the golf course and large trees. Simply breathtaking! The primary bedroom is spacious and has a comfortable king size bed. The community is great for walking with a very short distance to Brownwood Square. The homeowner is easy to communicate with and happy to help. (I’m a luxury Realtor so I see multi million dollar homes everyday. This one is a cream puff.) We hope to return soon, thanks David!

If you are looking for a beautiful and clean home with a gorgeous view, this is it! David’s home is amazing. The house was well stocked and had everything we needed for our stay. The location is fantastic and the pool was wonderful! We weren’t sure how much we would use it since there were so many pools in the area, but having a private pool gave me the opportunity and confidence to teach myself to swim for the first time in 51 years! We will definitely stay here again! Thanks for sharing your home, David!

This was our second time renting Dave's gorgeous home. Everything was great as it was when we rented in 2018. While at the house, we spent most of our time at the cage enclosed pool and lanai. How great is it to sit outside and not have to worry about bugs or mosquitos. We're going to miss that a lot. It's really fun watching the golfers who can be very entertaining sometimes. We received daily visits from the Sand Hill Cranes that live across the fairway. The included golf cart is a real bonus. It's only a short ride to the Brownwood Town Square to see nightly entertainment and local restaurants. We plan on doing this again because we know we will not be disappointed.

Best Vacation Rental in 20 years!!

Our recent stay was the best vacation we have had in 20 years. We have been travelling to Florida for each of those years and this was far and above the best house and rental experience we have ever had. The house looked amazing in the pictures and it was truly better when we got there in person. It was beautifully decorated, had amazing amenities and the back deck area was the best we have ever seen. The house did not lack for anything, it was fully supplied with everything one might need and was perfect for relaxation and enjoying every second. The view from the pool area was breathtaking every morning, watching the sunrise, seeing the golfers drive by, rescuing the odd turtle – who could ask for anything more. The house was incredibly clean as well. David was an incredible host, very attentive and was quick to respond to any inquiries. The location was fantastic, very close to stores and entertainment. The golf cart was a bonus that was both fun and practical to get around the neighbourhood. Thank you David!

After being canceled on only days before our arrival, this vbro cane through. It offered a nice place for our family to swim, eat out and get to the beach in next to no time. We loved this home away from home.
