EXCELLENT LOCATION - only a 5 minute golf cart ride to Publix/Southern Trace Plaza and 15 minute golf cart drive to Sumtner and Spanish Springs Town Square, where there is FREE live entertainment every night! You'll have full access to all The Villages has to offer! The Space: Kitchen/Living/Dining: Open concept area with high ceilings and plenty of space for dining and entertaining, with two separate dining areas. Newly furnished living and dining room creates the perfect ambiance for relaxation after a long day on the golf course. Just off the living room, step onto the covered lanai and pool area with outdoor dining area. Master Bedroom: Over-sized master bedroom with king bed, TV and en-suite bathroom is located just off of the living room. Master bath includes double vanity, shower, separate toilet and very large walk-in closet. Guest Bedrooms: Located off the main entrance of the home, creating privacy from the Master Bedroom. The Living Room, Master Bedroom and one Guest Bedroom have TVs with Comcast cable. Free WiFi throughout the entire home. Guest Bedroom 1: Large guest bedroom with queen bed, TV, dresser and ample closet space. Guest Bedroom 2: Large guest bedroom with 2 twin beds, desk area and ample closet space. We were new to the Village's and wanted to experience as much as we could. This was a great home to do it from. We used the golf cart to go shows at the Savanah center and even got to see a Polo match while we were there. The house is clean and the pool was great.

House was beautiful , clean and roomy enjoyed our 7 day stay. Manager was available and on call if needed and returned our call promptly when we had a question. Would book again!

The only thing was I did not feel like it had been moped….. I had to smell trash in the garage every time I left and returned . There were a lot of stuff left by previous people ! Other than that it was great!

Enjoyed the stay. very nice house. pool a must for future rentals..perfect size. Loved the location...would not go south of 466. golf cart a requirement for any future stays. Will visit again next year.

We had a wonderful time. The home was lovely. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool as well!!! This was a new area of tThe Villages for us, but after a couple of days using the app and GOS, we had our bearings. We would definitely stay here again!!

Home was clean and spacious, and had everything we needed for our 2 week stay. The location of this home is perfect, 10min from the square and minutes from shops and restaurants . The only downfall is the noise from the traffic , which can be heard while in the pool area . Property manager always responded quickly to my questions. We would definitely rent again.

We love this property. This is the 3rd year we have stayed here and hope to again in the future. The home is well maintained, clean and has all the necessities. It's in a great location between Spanish Springs and Lake Sumpter Landing and is close to shopping. The owner is very responsive and helpful to any questions. We're already working on plans to booking next year.

Lovely place. The pool was fantastic. There was a lot of space in the home and it was clean and had all the things we needed. The property manager was very responsive throughout the stay for miscellaneous questions.

The house was very pretty and enjoyed the pool. There was, however, a musty smell and sticky garbage built up in the garage. We didn’t realize until we were ready to leave that the sliding door to the pool would not lock, which is a big drawback. If that is repaired we would stay again.

Two full trash cans full of trash were in the garage when we got there that never got emptied and stunk up the garage. We put ours out Thursday night per the instructions in the house.

Overall things were good. There were a few issues with areas not cleaned so we ran the sweeper and wiped counters and tables. It was not so a dip in the lovely pool was welcome.

Lack of care sums it up. Manager never responded. We arrived to stale air and a intense smell of garbage. Which we found was about 3 months of trash overflowing in the garage that no renter, cleaner, owner not manager bothered to ever put at the curb. Accompany that with stale threadbare sheets, a $30 Walmart college style comforter that barely fit the bed, thin towels, filthy bathroom with leftover soap residue and hair left in sinks and drains, old food in the fridge and cupboards, melted ice cream and popsicles in the freezer, kids toys all over the pool area which by the way is half the size of what the picture makes it appear. The pool is rusty along the walls and the birdcage is covered in green mold. No one has cared for this place for years. It's like they just bought it threw in a few finishing touches for pictures, chintzy everywhere else and threw it on here. There are no matching dishes, no paper towels, no laundry soap, a few garbage bags, once you find them, an old nasty sponge to wash dishes with which everyone else has used before you (hello, new unwrapped sponges are less than a buck) So much potential, so much disappointment. If you stay. The location is nice. There really is not as much noise as you would think. One neighbor is very nosy though. The house is large. The lanai is big and there is a lot of seating out there with a large oval table to eat at. I wish I could addore picture to help. I'd stay elsewhere

This home was better in person! We had everything we needed and the home was perfect! Our family loved the pool and the gulf cart. The location was great and so peaceful. We will be booking this home again!

Everything was wonderful!!! Pool was nice, rooms were spacious, LOVED the washer/dryer & laundry room!!! Very convenient to many places. Golf cart was fun!!! Will definitely be back next year!!!! Would love to have the same house. Definitely worth the money!!!!

This is the 2nd year we have stayed at this property. It's a great location, convenient to shopping and both Spanish Springs and Lake Sumpter Landing squares. It's well maintained and both the owner and the property manager are very responsive to questions. We're looking forward to staying at this property again in the future.

We had a wonderful stay visiting family in the Villages - the kids loved the pool, and we loved the space and location. Easy access to stores, shops and rec centers, all within a walkable neighborhood. The house is well kept, clean and has an excellent layout. The kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked with everything you’d need. The outdoor space was our favorite - the lanai is wonderful and the pool is clean and beautiful! We will definitely be back!
