We loved our stay here! It was clean and comfy. No complaints.
A suggestion: I wish there was a place to hang our wet towels.
One of the twin beds was broken, but my husband propped it up with some things from the garage, and it worked.
Thank you!

The townhome is beautiful and conveniently located. The layout worked well for our family of four for a long weekend. Beds were comfortable and towels, etc. were all good. Kitchen had nearly everything we needed for meals, although no coffee filters.
However, there were a several of challenges. First, the master shower head was broken and when I called at 6pm they said someone would come out tomorrow, so we had to line-up for showers the next morning. The cleaning crew missed a sock in one bedroom, a shirt in the master, and the towels were left wet in the washing machine. As others have mentioned, there seems to be an issue with lights. Most of the table lamps were burned out or missing bulbs. I did find a package of bulbs (incandescent) in the closet, so was able to replace some of them. The track lights above the kitchen bar did not work, and the light on the deck was intermittent. There is an electric BBQ on the deck, but it kept tripping the GFI outlet, so we ended up not using it. Depending on your vehicle's ground clearance, parking can be a challenge. The driveway in and out of the garage is quite steep. We had a minivan and it scraped at the top and bottom of the driveway, so we realized right away that we couldn't park in the garage. There are two spots adjacent to the unit, but they were usually occupied by the neighbor, so we ended up just parking out on the main road. Despite the challenges we had a nice stay.

Good location - plenty of room for us
This rental is a little tricky to find but once you do, it’s certainly easy to navigate around bozeman from it. It’s close to the interstate (but not too close), Costco, Target, etc.
The rental has plenty of space and we enjoyed being able to spread out. The master and addition queen bed were both comfortable. The twin room mattresses were like sleeping on camp mattresses according to our teenagers.
The AC couldn’t keep up with the heat (about mid 70s) but we were able to open windows at night and cool it down. With the windows open you should be aware there is a train that comes by somewhere (there are no tracks nearby) that blows its horn around 2am. I slept thru it but the teenagers heard it each night.
The house was well equipped with spices, plastic bags, etc. maybe a few more garbage bags would have been helpful. They give you a limited amount for your stay and a couple more coffee filters (again exact amount for days of stay).
The kitchen could use a bit of organizing and a good top to bottom scrubbing. However we were able to work through whatever problems we encountered.
Driveway into the garage is STEAP! not sure how to navigate it in winter or with a low sedan. We had an SUV but I’m sure it’s been tested and if no ones mentioned it for winter stays - it’s probable not a problem.
Over all a good stay for us. There was a little confusion regarding a ceiling fan- we had them on high the entire time to try to circulate air and one spun loose after we left. We’re still working With management regarding that but they've been good to work with. Might I suggest a few standing fans in the front two bedrooms also? It would help with air circulation and the ceiling fans wouldn’t need to run in high.

Great location. Well equiped.
Watch your step at base of entry stairs. The concrete steps are deceptive.
Garbage bin was nearly full when we arrived... bummer.
Take a walk along the cattail trail..

Great place to stay
This was a great place. Very easy to get to, and a quick drive to great places downtown. Very easy to get back onto the highway for Big Sky and Bridger.
I'd stay here again anytime.

Well stocked, easy access, lovely rental
This is a beautiful condo and we enjoyed our stay this June-July, 2018. When reading these types of reviews, I appreciate pros and cons of a property, so this is ours:
Pros: condo is new! It is beautifully furnished and decorated, the kitchen is amply stocked with all cook wear and utensils you will need to cook full meals, washer and dryer upstairs, 2-3 car garage (depending on how well you can park), lots of extra towels and linens, we were pleased to find a BUNCH of kids books and toys (which was awesome because our family had a 22 month old with us), pack n play in the twin room closet, the location is GREAT (close to Target, Costco, highway access to the rest of Bozeman), neighbors on the other side of the house were quiet, master bed was comfy, twin beds were easily moved around to make room for a pack n play, check in was a breeze and home instructions were well laid out and explained.
Cons: the internet was mediocre, two flights of stairs inside (and one outside to get into the home) is a lot to worry about if you are traveling with a small child or mobility challenged, there were a few burnt out light bulbs in key areas of the house and we ran out of toilet paper with none to be found to restock (for the price per night, it would have been nice to find a few extra rolls under the sink!), twin bedroom had blinds but the room was very bright for putting kiddos to bed. Lastly, and this is definitely a personal preference for our family, all the linens and towels were washed with a scented detergent that was extremely strong (to us).
Overall, our stay was very pleasant and the Maywood was a place of quiet respite. We enjoyed it and are thankful for our time there.

Nice, clean house with almost everything you would need to enjoy your stay.
Just one thing would make your house a little nicer....a paper cup dispenser in the master bathroom. Some of us older folks take meds in the morning or before bed. It would be convenient to just use a small Dixie cup to drink with. Other than that...we enjoyed everything.
