During spring break, we decided to take a quick family vacation to PTown. While looking for somewhere to stay, we came upon this property and couldn’t pass it up. Check in was easy, Glenn was very communicative, and when it came time to leave we didn’t want to. We will definitely be planning another trip/stay!

Bright, cozy, and comfortable for a quiet off-season weekend. A perfect location to walk to town and short drives to outdoor activities.

A very good experience. Only down side was that I could not sign into my prime video because someone else was signed in and the cleaning person could have been more fastidious. Beds comfortable and house layout perfect for people who did not want to be up late and for those that did. No noise issues.

Clean, quiet multi level townhome. Away from, but close to Commercial Street. Walk to restaurants and galleries. Some appliances were older, but everything worked fine. Want new and fancy? Pay $3000 for a week, and fight for a parking spot!

Clean, convenient, comfortable. Great communication with owner, who was flexible to our needs. Overall excellent value, which is not always easy to find in PTown in the warmer months of the year.

My friends and I had a great stay at Glenn's town home. It's really large with ample parking for 3 and private bedrooms on separate levels. The gas fireplace in the living room made for cozy evenings. I should also mention the King mattresses are super comfortable. The kitchen was also well stocked with anything you'd need.
Communication with Glenn was excellent. Check in was easy, and he generously offered us an early check-in and a late checkout , which was greatly appreciated.
I would definitely recommend staying at this property.

Glenn's townhouse was a cozy and light-filled getaway for a winter girls' weekend! The kitchen was super well-equipped, the beds were cozy, and we loved the spacious, sunny, and warm living room- especially the gas fireplace and the panoramic views of the entire harbor. Easy to walk to Commercial St, the water, and especially Liz's Cafe just around the corner. Hope to be back soon!

Glenn was fantastic to work with and always responsive. The property has a lot of space and 3 king size beds, and a beautiful location perched atop PTown with views of the water! And easily walkable to Commercial. Kitchen was well equipped and the fireplace was so cozy for our winter stay.

Condo set up well for visiting friends during covid times. People could enter first floor and test themselves before walking up stairs to living areas. It was convenient and parking was able to fit 3 SUV's. Check in a bit frustrating because driveway being used by neighbor but was quickly rectified by phone call. Condo was very cold and took a few hours to warm up because heat was left at 50°. Owner apologized graciously. Views were lovely because leaves were off the trees. Unit is very worn and floors could use some refinishing but price was fair for spaciousness and was pleasantly stocked. There were chunks of dirt on living room floor but bathrooms and kitchen were clean which was important. We had a lovely stay in a quiet time in town. It is a good value for the size if you do not mind it being well weathered.

Owner is super helpful and friendly. Although I was on a solo trip with dog, this place would def work well as a share - layout is great for that!

The 3 of us had an absolutely perfect time. Each bedroom had a king size bed. We all slept great. There was plenty of room. The location was great. The weekend was just too short.

/Overall, we found the condo to be fine for us. The unit was quiet and clean, with the exception of something in the microwave. The top-floor entertainment was clean and capacious, BTW, there was no DVD player. The place is a little rough around the edges, but clean snd serviceable. It constitutes a good value in a nice area.

This place is comfortable and the owner is accessible and helpful. Love the layout and the views from the back deck. Kitchen had everything we needed. Plenty of space to spread out. It's an easy walk to town, about 15 minutes. Would rent again!

This unit has the potential to be spectacular. Floors were filthy as were the some of the bedding. The kitchen could use a good scrubbing as well as both bathrooms. Beds were comfortable. Some of the furniture needs to be repaired or repainted as it was clear they were old.
Disapppointed with the dirty floors. AC units were very good.
