You'll appreciate the amazing unobstructed beach and ocean views from the oversize balcony. Enjoy your morning coffee as you watch a spectacular sunrise over the blue Atlantic. This condo has everything a vacationing family needs including a washer and dryer. The master bedroom has 1 king-size bed, the guest bedroom has 1 queen-size bed and 1 full size bed. The living room has a queen size air mattress. The kitchen is fully equipped with extra appliances, blender, coffee pot, toaster, and service for eight guests. The living room contains a queen size sleeper sofa, a single-size sofa, table with 6 chairs, FLAT SCREEN HD TV plus hi speed wireless internet connection right in the unit. Lots of linen and towels, service for 8, and everything you could want for a great vacation! The spacious balcony has a table and 2 chairs, is Oceanfront and THE VIEW IS INCREDIBLE! They are perfect for dolphin watching with your morning coffee. Amenities to make your Oceanfront condo feel like home away from home include: • Kitchen with Refrigerator • Dishwasher • Stove • Oven • Microwave • Coffeemaker • Cookware and Dishes • Dining Area • Washer and Dryer • Full Baths • Flat Panel TVs in Living Room and Bedrooms • DVD Player • Iron and Board ALL RESORT AMENITIES ARE INCLUDED: Amenities on site include an enclosed indoor heated pool, a outdoor pool, a lazy river, kiddie pool, outer door and indoor large whirl spas, and an indoor cascading 10 foot waterfall. All are heated and enclosed in the winter (Nov-May approx.) for year round enjoyment. Next door to the indoor amenities is our one of a kind Atlantica Beach Club. The Beach Club features two meeting areas for small groups and separate private Men and Women lockers with showers and restrooms. Perfect for early arrivals and/or extra time at the beach before changing clothes on your trip back home. Atlantica Resort is located in the heart of Myrtle Beach. It is just few blocks (few minutes walking distance) to the beautiful downtown - the new Beach Broadwalk, the Market Commons, the great sky wheel and the pier. It's only half mile to the Family Kingdom, and water park. It is about one mile to the Broadway, shopping mall, movie theater, golf course and airport. The Atlantica Resort phase 3 is relatively new in this area since it was opened in 2005. This resort has been a favorite Myrtle Beach vacation destination for many, many years. We can accommodate last minute guests. We hope to build long term friendships with our guests and hope you will give us and our unit an opportunity to impress you! ** THIS IS A RENT DIRECTLY BY OWNER PROPERTY - (Not the Hotel Property Mgt Co.) -Booking from a direct Owner will make all the difference in your vacation stay! We also have multiple direct oceanfront 2-bedroom condos in this resort, multiple 2 and 3-bedroom cottages in a very quiet new neighborhood. They were built in 2013 and only 1 block to the beach. They can host 8 to 10 guests each. We also have few direct oceanfront 1-bedroom condos in other Resorts. Please let me know if you are interested in these properties. Please contact the owner before you book if you have service animal. $300 refundable deposit will be required to cover the deep cleaning cost if the service animals make the property messy and smelly.

Beautiful view of the ocean from the balcony. Nice layout with separate bedroom for kids. Perfect for our family of four. You'll want to use the North Elevator as the South Elevator is VERY busy and gets jammed up mid-day with cleaning crews. Property was great overall. Master Bath could use a little TLC (slow drain, wobbly toilet), and the couch has seen better days, but a comfortable stay regardless and a wonderful vacation thanks to Frank!

We walked in to ANOTHER FAMILY IN OUR CONDO!!! At 3am, the owner was nowhere to be reached (phone was off) and this family had their paperwork showing they rented the condo the same dates we did. Our family, 4 children and 2 adults, were now stuck in an unknown town at 3am needing a place to stay. Thank GOD we found one, and HIGHLY recommend Courtyard by Marriott Springhill Suites! "Frank" the owner, who turned out to be Yan Wu, called the next day. Said he gave us the wrong room and check in information! We could have been SHOT walking into an occupied condo at 3am! We got a SORRY, MY BAD, from the owner. Said he'd comp us a night's stay if we stayed the rest of the week! It was a HORRIBLE NIGHT and I would never ever recommend renting from "Frank Song" . Not to mention, the condo we DID walk in to was NOT nice, clean or what we would expect for the price we were going to pay!

We wouldn't rent this property again. Myrtle Beach is beautiful and we love it. However the issues with this unit soured our getaway. We wouldn't have come to resort to air mattresses and closed pools. Also several creepy guys ogling our teen daughters. Just terrible.

Perfect location! We have stayed at this resort several times in the past and it's the perfect location. This condo was clean and the kitchen was perfect. The only thing we had an issue with was the hide a bed couch frame was bent and hard to put back in. We ended up using an air mattress instead. Host was nice and gave us lots of information before our stay. We would definitely come back.

Great place to stay. The only bad thing was the elevators broke down twice while staying and had to walk up 14 flights of stairs several times. Sleeper sofa was not very comfortable and did not have sheets so we had to purchase. Overall was perfect for our family vacation.

Not our best experience. The property location and check in code provided was to a different location - which was occupied. After working out the correct location and code we arrived to what I would call just a marginal property. The overall appearance is very dated and in dire need of new comfotable furnishings. Would definately Not rent this again.

This was a great rental property with everything we needed for the week. Clean and had great views. Great balcony for sipping your morning coffee with views of the ocean! Walking distance to great restaurants and easy access to the boardwalk! Will rent again if we visit Myrtle Beach in the future.

The view was nothing short of stunning! Upon arriving I had a couple little hiccups and Frank was very fast to reply and address any and all concerns I had. We spent a lot of time on the balcony. The pools were perfect for the kids. I did not want to go home! The beds are extra firm (I'm pretty sure) and we slept fine. Walmart is a 7 minute drive and was super convenient. I would rent this condo again in a heart beat. I would reccomend this to others.

My family and I came down for short vacation and we absolutely loved this condo!! It was clean and spacious. The kids really enjoyed the pools. Frank was very accommodating and made it so easy to check in/out. They were very quick to respond to questions leading up to the stay as well. I highly recommend this place for families who are looking for an easy relaxing vacation. We will definitely be back.

My wife, myself and our three children stayed here for a short weekend vacation and loved it just as much! Very well kept and clean condo! The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed and more! We went to the beach everyday, the resort pool was very nice, we played miniature golf at night which was tons of fun for the kids and more! The kids love coming here and we feel right at home ! We definitely plan to return again and again! Thanks and see you next time! :-)

Place was great. We stayed on this ocean front room and it was a gorgeous view! Very clean rooms and hotel. Frank took the time out to check in on us to make sure we were happy with everything. Hotel staff was very friendly. Would definitely recommend to anybody. Very family friendly!
