Summer weeks require Saturday to Saturday stay. Fully renovated half duplex beach cottage provides a perfect stay for guests leaving no comfort ignored. You are steps from the beach allowing you to watch the birds soar, and dolphins jump while the kids swim, fly kites and build sandcastles. Eat breakfast on the deck while watching the sunrise or enjoy your favorite cocktail and catch the most spectacular sunsets anyone could imagine. Bring your pole and try your hand at some surf fishing. Completely remodeled inside and out this 4 bedroom and 2 bath, half duplex provides you the perfect oceanfront getaway. An open kitchen, dining, and living area compliment the master bedroom with a queen bed and full bath on the first floor. The 3 bedrooms with queen beds and a full bath upstairs include 2 oceanfront rooms with a private deck. 5 flat-screen Roku smart TVs allow the family to chill out on those rainy day breaks or curl up for a night in watching a family favorite. Stainless steel appliances, granite countertops with custom backsplash, and luxury vinyl plank throughout complement the beautiful beach views you will find from every room. The oceanfront decks offer a table and 4 chairs for dining as well as ample seating to lounge in the sun or to read a good book. We offer an under house 12 x 14 patio for grilling and entertaining which includes a gas grill, picnic table, patio chairs and family games. If you choose you are only 2 blocks from the sound where you can launch paddleboards and kayaks for a day of paddling or fishing adventure. You can launch boats or jet skis from several near by public ramps. This home is on North Carolina's Crystal Coast along the laid-back Southern Outer Banks. Emerald Isle is located on Bogue Banks, a beautiful barrier island separated from the mainland by a short bridge ride over the two-mile-wide unspoiled Bogue Sound. Emerald Isle features many attractions such as a water slide, miniature golf, jet ski, water sports equipment rentals, shopping, fishing adventures, hiking and disk golf parks. Golf cart and bike rentals, boating, fishing, sea kayaking, golf, and great restaurants are just minutes away. Each summer the town hosts free weekly music events. The historic and charming towns of Swansboro, Morehead City, and Beaufort with their additional restaurants and amenities are all just a short ride away. In Beaufort, you can take a short ferry ride to Shackleford Banks, an unoccupied and unspoiled barrier island populated by 130 wild ponies, for a fantastic hiking tour or picnic lunch. Please note: Linens and towels are included in your package. The home is cleaned and disinfected each weekend between guests. Bed coverings may differ from pictures shown to allow for cleaning. Large enough for 6 adults to be comfortable. Great location that's close to everything. The views are spectacular from coffee in the morning to drinks in the evening. This property was the perfect family-gathering place! Perfectly situated on a quiet beach with four nice rooms and 2 full baths. The kitchen had everything we needed and the double decks gave sun and shade options for guests. Check-in was simple and owner was responsive and accommodating when we had a question.

Our stay couldn’t have gone much better. Emerald Isle never disappoints. Neil and Francine were able to accommodate our early checkin on such a short notice (my fault) with absolutely zero hassle. We had sunshine and perfect weather all week in October. The rental was very well maintained. I’ve stayed at others in very close proximity and though it might sound foolish To some let me just say these beds make all the difference in the world, so comfortable. You have everything you need at this place. Do not hesitate to book with them.

The bathrooms were very clean, bedrooms were nice and had plenty of space, new mattresses, and large closets. We were surprised how much room we had for it being a smaller unit. The seating in the living room, kitchen area and porch were very comfortable and accommodated our group of 8. The kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans, griddle, toaster, and Kuerig. The only thing I would suggest is more hooks in the bathroom and on the deck for wet towels, and mirrors in the bedrooms would be helpful for the ladies. Thanks for the great stay!

Very clean and right on the beach!
We had to cut our trip short due to the hurricane but we still had a good time. The place was very clean and well stocked. It's an older home but was updated nicely. The access to the beach is great, steps away. Just wish we could've stayed longer.
