Nestled in Emerald Isle, this charming house for R 6,428 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. 2nd Row Duplex Welcome to Sunset Dream East - A pet-friendly property! This bright, beautiful, clean home has panoramic ocean views from the main living area. This home has a reverse floor plan with the living room, fully equipped kitchen, one bedroom with a queen bed, and full bathroom on the top (3rd) floor. The bright living room has generous views, plenty of seating, a 42" flat screen television complete with cable, a blue-ray dvd player, and stereo. The kitchen has granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. There are a wide variety of cooking utensils, small appliances, spices, and cookware. The second floor has 3 additional bedrooms. The master bedroom is ocean-side and has a king bed along with an en suite bathroom (including a double vanity, jetted tub, and walk-in shower), and two closets. This bedroom also has a sliding glass door which opens to a second deck. The second and third bedrooms are on this floor as well. The second bedroom has one queen bed and the third bedroom has two twin beds. In addition, there is a second full bathroom on this floor. Our home has high-speed internet and each bedroom has a flat screen television, cable, and a dvd player. Each bedroom also has a ceiling fan. The public beach access is conveniently located right across the street. There are beach chairs, boogie boards and sand toys available for your use. There is also an enclosed outdoor hot/cold shower. Located approximately 3 miles from town, our home is convenient to restaurants, shops, and Bogue Inlet Pier. Linens are included with your stay. Absolutely no smoking or illegal drug use anywhere on the property. We are dog friendly. A vacuum cleaner & a broom are provided for your convenience for dog hair clean up. 2 dogs maximum stay for free. Insurance liability restricts the following breeds of dog: German Shepherd, Pit Bull, Rottweilers, Doberman Pinschers, Wolf hybrids & other aggressive breeds. Sorry, strictly NO CATS. We have severe allergy to cats. PLEASE NOTE - Our property is only available through VRBO and their affiliates. We do not rent through Craigslist, Facebook, or other social media outlets. The opposite side of the duplex may be available for extended family. The VRBO property ID# is 1406255. Please note the adjoining unit has different owner.

Property is very well maintained. Nice ocean view from the upper deck for a 2nd row. Public beach access is just 1 property over. Outdoor shower and hose is really convenient when returning from beach. We enjoyed having our golden retriever with us, which was the first time we ever brought a pet on vacation. Walks with the dog on the beach or along Ocean Drive were really nice. We really enjoyed our stay.

Property was clean with the exception of some pet hair but knowing the home is pet friendly that is to be expected. Kitchen was all very well stocked and included linens are nice to have as well. Beds were comfortable and we had no issues at all with anything.

We were there for our son's wedding. Very nice, clean. Well Stocked. Haven't rented anything through Vrbo will definitely do this again. Cottage was everything as listed on the website. Owner very nice to deal with I understand, but would have loved 1 more day. Thank You

We had a lovely time at Emerald Isle! House was in a great location- close to beach access and close to restaurants/grocery stores. Dog fur was on the couch and master bed- may have just been a fluke with the cleaning that week. Wonderful welcome basket with essentials. Outdoor shower was great!

This was our second time renting this property and we’ll be back again. The property is clean with a good layout. The communication is pro-active and provides helpful information. The house is well equipped with nice touches like the welcome basket. Access to the beach can’t be any closure unless you are beach front. Simply a great rental!

Nice quiet neighborhood with the beach access within easy walking distance. Although it was a duplex, we didn't hear any noise from the unit next door. There was a lot of stairs for each level, which was unavoidable

We had a wonderful stay at Emerald Isle! The house is lovely and clean - exactly as pictured. It’s a 2 minute walk to the sand path to beach access. We loved the layout and all the beds were comfortable and everything was in very good condition. Owners were super easy to work with. We’d definitely stay here again!

We had a great stay! The house was clean, up to date, and had a perfect beach vibe decor. There is plenty of space in the main living area for relaxing and entertaining, and lots of fun games to play on rainy days! The location was perfect, beach access is literally across the street, so it made coming to and from beach super easy. Outside shower area was key too! Definitely enjoyed our stay on Emerald Isle.

We are regular visitors to Emerald Isle, but this was the first time we’d tried VRBO property - and it as fabulous! Everything about the property was perfect - literally, just steps from the beach, in a quiet neighborhood. We could hear the waves from the top floor deck! Our hosts were friendly, communicative, and kind - the welcome basket was a huge blessing, with all of the little things we usually forget to bring from home. Beautiful home, excellent experience!

Our family loved this house and it’s location on Emerald Isle! So convenient to a beach access (across the street), NC Aquarium in Pine Knoll Shores, Swansboro and Beaufort. Catherine was the most gracious hostess. A welcome basket was waiting for us on arrival and the house was stocked with many extras. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

Sunset Dream East is a beautiful vacation home. It is in a very convenient location in Emerald Isle, close to restaurants and stores, but in a very nice neighborhood filled with other vacation homes. The home was immaculate, and well-stocked with supplies and kitchen items. It is very spacious, and the open space of the living room, dining area, and kitchen was very inviting. The two decks are large, and the top deck provides for gorgeous ocean views. The owners left us a nice basket of items including wine, and even dog treats for our 4 legged family member. This is a great home for couples or families to spend a truly relaxing vacation.
