The apartment is old with a decrepit master bathroom. The owner did not email the entry code until I called VRBO support.

We stayed in the condo for three nights, and overall found it to be a good value. It's a close walk to Dollar Point and nice hiking trails. The kitchen is well stocked and appointed, beds relatively comfortable. The one flag is how close the condo is situated to others--something like four condos' decks all back up immediately adjacent (not noticeable from photos) and sounds travels easily into the master bedroom. Not great for light sleepers, but it's probably a minor complaint overall.

We have been going to Tahoe every summer for the last 5 years and always stay at different places. This condo was perfect for our family and I can definitely see us staying here again! We have stayed in this area before and love how close it is to the beach. We brought out bikes, but having the beach cruisers with baskets on site was wonderful for toting stuff to the beach. The condo was very well equipped with everything we needed making our stay quite comfortable, including fans in every room. When booking, Mick was very prompt in responding and answering any questions. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Very clean, comfortable and nicely decorated condo. Kitchen is well equipped with everything you need to cook meals. Very nice outside deck with large table (seats 6) and propane grill. There's extra parking for your boat and its very convenient to boat launching ramp and downtown Tahoe City. Highly recommend.

My family and I really enjoyed the condo. Everything you needed for the kitchen or snow stuff, it was there. I most definitely recommend this condo for your vacation needs. It is so close to town but far enough to be quiet! As we were leaving the kids asked when we could come back to this condo again!!! Thank you for a beautiful home to share!!

The place was well equipped, great kitchen with everything needed to cook breakfast and dinner, outside bbq, all the necessities. It accommodated 4 people comfortably, my parents were visiting from abroad and were surprised with everything that was offered, they had not so great airbnb experiences in europe and this place will definitely change their perception of it!

we were in town for the big Spartan Race weekend at Squaw. It was a very comfortable condo and located close enough to the resort that we got there very easily each day. It was very nice to come back and relax there after each race. Would stay there again!

Very professionally managed property with fine amenities. Excellent furnishings, pool, spa and ease of use and access. Very close to town and not far from larger cities. Many fine restaurants and stores available on this end of the lake from basic to high class.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Mick's condo at Tahoe City. Walked to the beach each day, enjoyed the lovely deck, relaxed and unwound. Shakespeare festival was fun; Evan's restaurant in South Shore was delish and we highly recommend the convenience and amenities of this lovely home away from home.

I had a wonderful stay here with a few of my closest friends. We definitely felt like this was our own Tahoe condo even though it was only for the weekend. Can't wait to come back. Oh and it is in the perfect location... close to all the best North Lake Ski Resorts! Thanks Mick!

Nice little 2-story condo. Thoroughly appreciated the well set up kitchen and the sauna and outdoor hot tub just a short walk away. Very convenient to all north Tahoe ski areas. Mick was easy to communicate with. Would love to stay again in the future!

We really enjoyed your condo, except that we couldn't regulate the heat. The heater would go on every 5 minutes during the night even though we had it down to 65. Everything else about the place was great...the location, the condo itself was very comfy, the big screen TV and the bed. Thanks again for the use of your place. Bianca
