Nestled in South Forest Beach, this attractive condo for R 4,971 per night is a great option for your next vacation. 77 Ocean Breeze This 3 Bedroom 3 Bath condo in the Treetops/Ocean Breeze community sleeps 6 adults maximum per community guidelines. (2 adults per bedroom). On the main floor you will find the open fully equipped kitchen with new countertops just installed the end of 2021. Stainless-steel appliances include a smooth top stove, over the stove microwave, refrigerator with ice maker, dishwasher, a Keurig & drip coffee maker, electric griddle, blender, and toaster. The dining area features a large table with bench seating and chairs to seat 6, and there are 4 bar stools for additional seating. The living room features a sleeper sofa and chaise loveseat. For your entertainment there is a 50" Samsung Smart TV with Samsung sound bar and Blu Ray DVD player. The sliding glass doors from the living room lead to the rear deck with an electric Charbroil grill. Here you will also find a storage box with 4 beach chairs, a beach wagon, assorted sand toys available for your use. The bedroom on the main floor has a queen sized bed, private bath with a walk in shower and a 24” Samsung Smart TV. There are two bedrooms on the second floor. The master suite has a king size bed, full bath with a tiled walk-in shower, and a Samsung 32" Smart TV. The second bedroom a twin over full bunk bed, bathroom with a shower/tub and a 24” Samsung Smart TV. The laundry area is also located upstairs with a washer & dryer, there is an iron/ironing board and a steamer in the master closet. **PET FRIENDLY Your well-behaved small dog (under 50 lbs) will be considered with $125 nonrefundable pet fee. Our invitation to your dog is not an invitation to allow him on our furniture or beds. If this is not followed, we may charge you an additional cleaning fee. The complex has 3 Pools, one just steps from condo, and an onsite tennis court. South Forest Beach is a 10-minute walk or 5 minute bike ride from the condo. *All full week non discounted rentals get 4 free adult bicycle rentals. 77 Ocean Breeze is located in the South Forest Beach area. Coligny Plaza is one mile away with shopping and lots of restaurants, including the iconic Coligny Piggly Wiggly. Park your car upon arrival and ride bikes all week to the beach, shopping, and dinner. The Sea Pines Ocean Gate is less than a mile away. Harbour Town, Harbour Town Lighthouse, South Beach Marina and the Salty Dog Cafe are all just minutes away. ADDITIONAL RENTAL INFORMATION: Cleaning fee is $160.00 Thank you for NOT Smoking in our condo All in-season (June-August) rentals are Saturday to Saturday. Contact me for out-of-season rentals for shorter periods of time. A deposit of 50% is required to hold your reservation. Balance is due 30 days before arrival date. Reservations made within 30 days of arrival require full payment at time of booking. We require a $300 security deposit. This deposit will be refunded within 3 weeks of your departure date, provided there is no loss or damage. 10% State of SC tourism tax will be added to your rental fee. Renters must be at least 25 years old. Parking is limited to two cars per condominium and must display a current parking pass. Community pools open April 1st and close October 1st. We always like to know about our guests when we get a booking request. The house was exactly as pictured! Clean and well stocked with all the supplies needed, especially the kitchen. We had the best, most relaxing week and would most definitely stay there again when we are in Hilton Head next.

7 days was just not enough. This place was absolutely perfect! I cannot say enough good things about this rental. The kitchen was perfectly stocked and spacious, the bedrooms were large and the beds were super comfy. Having a bedroom on the ground floor was perfect for my aunt and her bionic joints. The bikes that were available made cruising the island magical, especially at night and the beach chairs that were provided had backpack straps that made trekking back and forth to the beach a breeze. The attention to detail the owners have put into this unit definitely shows. I loved being able to just show up with my family and feel like we were home. See you next year!

One of the best vacations we've had at HH. Townhome was super clean, beds were unbelievably comfortable, furnishings were so cozy we felt right at home. Pool was just steps from front door and walk to beach went by quickly. Definitely a property we would stay at again. Ricky was so helpful and responded quickly to answer all my questions. Stays like this are why we keep returning to HH.

Overall great experience with our stay . We have spent many vacations throughout the years and this unit was furnished as a up to date regular home. The condo was spacious and comfortable for 6 people. The area is close to shops & restaurants, but the only slight negative was a 16 min walk to the beach. Thanks for a great week!

The condo was exactly what we expected and needed. Very clean and well-equipped. Beds were very comfortable. We loved having the beach equipment (chairs, wagon, etc.) The location was a comfortable walk to the beach. We would definitely visit again!

We look forward to coming to HHI every year for a much needed relaxing escape. This condo was super. Cleanliness is #1 top priority for us and this unit was tidy with updated furnishings. We loved that every bedroom had a bathroom…that was a bonus. Ricky was quick to respond during the booking process and we found him to be very accommodating. We took full advantage of the 4 bikes that come with this unit. The bike paths are awesome. We think that the beach chairs that come with the unit could use an upgrade but that’s an easy fix and not an issue for us as we brought our own. The beach buggy however was necessary in getting our chairs, umbrellas, coolers etc… to the beach. Thank you for providing that. We thoroughly enjoyed our week and as always were sad to leave.

We enjoyed our stay at this rental property. The place was clean and in a great location, just minutes from all the best dining areas, beach, shops. Everything was up to date and the air conditioning system was great. It was such a blessing to come back from the hot sun and be able to cool off and relax with the family in this large town home.
Just a few minute walk to the beach and the beach was dog friendly. My only complaint was the limited grass in the neighborhood for my dog but she adjusted to the terrain quickly. The hosts were quick to respond in communication. No difficulties checking in or out. Can't wait for next year's stay!! 10/10

We had a great experience at this property. The renters went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable with the extras that were included. We've stayed at many VRBO properties and it's nice knowing we're staying at a home were the owners really care about the property versus just having a rental home with the bare minimum.
The bikes included were used daily along with the pool across the street. This was a first time visiting HHI and we'll definitely be back.

Wow! We have been renting through VRBO for 10 years and this was the best rental experience. The condo was exactly as described in the pictures. The layout was great and decor theme is so cute. Beds were comfy, full size washer and dryer were nice, wagon and beach gear were very helpful and the owners provided so many little extras. We enjoyed riding the bikes and the easy walk to the beach. Some of our favorite restaurants were The Salty Dog Cafe, Kenny B’s and Doughboys Pizza. We will definitely rent here again if we get back to HHI.

All went well, except for construction workers leaving a mess on the front entry way and deck. There was dirt and debris everywhere and you could not hold on to the railing to walk up the stairs. They said they would clean it up but only blew some of the leaves away but left the dirt behind on the railing and steps. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay and the property inside was beautiful and provided all the comforts of home, including anything you could possibly need for the beach. The beach was super close and you could easily walk, bike or drive.
The master bed was extremely comfortable and the master suite was beautiful with plenty of storage space for all your belongings. We didn’t use the other bedrooms but they looked great with plenty of room. This property is a great place to stay when visiting HiltonHead Island.

My sisters and I took our first sister trip to HHI this past weekend. The condo is absolutely beautiful. It is beautifully decorated making us feel right at home. It was the perfect size as we all had our own bedroom and bathroom. It was in a great location, close to restaurants, shopping and the beach. Wonderful vacation at a beautiful property. The property was very nice, fully equipped with everything you would need for your beach vacation with family or friends. The place was clean, comfortable and welcoming! It was a nice bike ride to Everywhere. It has been updated and probably the best of Ocean Breeze of all the places I've stayed there. The Condo Was Wonderful
We had a wonderful 5 days. The place was immaculate, fully stocked, and really comfortable. The beds were comfy and the showers amazing. Ricky the owner, answered us immediately when we had a question and replaced something that broke within 2 days. We were in a great location - close to the beach and close to

Great townhome
I have stayed in South Forest Beach the last few years and this is the best place we have ever stayed in. The location is great- 2 minute walk to pool, short bike ride to beach and Coligny Plaza. The townhome is really well designed, the kitchen and bathrooms have been updated, which is great. All of the furniture and beds are new and comfortable. It’s also great that it has 1 bedroom with a queen and full bath downstairs if you are traveling with grandparents, etc. Will definitely look to stay here for future trips.
