This extremely large, north to waterfront home offers open plan living areas which all flow out to large undercover balconies adjoining the pool area and overlooking the extensive waterfront views. Please note we do have a minimum 4 night stay policy unless it is filling a small gap within 60 days of booking window. The billiard room is ideal for the big kids and opens out to a terrace style BBQ area. There is a large sandy private beach right at your doorstep and two kayaks for your enjoyment. You can moor your boat on the huge private jetty or simply through out a fishing line. The home enjoys beautiful breezes and a sunny north aspect to the waterfront, and also has ceiling fans and air-conditioning for your comfort. The interior is spacious and modern while also ensuring that you can relax in comfort. Located in popular Broadbeach Waters, directly behind Jupiter’s Casino, it is only a short walk to the restaurants, Pacific Fair Shopping Centre, cafes, public transport and beautiful beaches. The property has off street parking/secure carport for 2 cars and the pool and waterway access is fully fenced. Please Note a $500 refundable bond is due cash on arrival to the Property Manager and this will be refunded back to your nominated account within 48 hours of departure. Location and size of home is exceptional. The property is tired, and there are just not the luxuries you expect with the inclusions. Bedding from mattress to pillows are basic. No reading lamps beside beds unexpected for f a house asking this tariff. The furniture is very basic and tired but it did the job for our family. The games room, pool table, strollers, canoes etc were really good and loads of air conditioners. Close to pac fair, quick walk into broad beach and the view at night was astounding.

The house had everything we needed as a family. It was spacious and had plenty of room for our large group.The location was fantastic. We were able to walk to the shops, restaurants, playgrounds and the beach. We recommend this property to everyone and hopefully, one day, we will return here ourselves.

Spacious home, fabulous pool, had most things you would need . Furnishings a little basic but adequate. Good location in relation to the Pacific Fair Shopping centre and the light rail was a little further on. The walk to the beach and the park was 20 minutes- it was too far and too hard with little kids

We stayed here for 2 weeks and visited from England! Wow, the photos don’t do this beautiful house any justice! We were all shocked when we got it and could see the size of the house! Everything about it is amazing! My son absolutely love the climbing frame and pool table, it suited all of us with a range of ages in the family! The house is plenty big enough to be able to get away and some of your own space also so was brilliant! The location, again was perfect and the views are absolutely breathtaking! Thankyou for letting us stay in this beautiful house! Everything about the process and communication was excellent also!

This is a great property, particularly for multiple groups staying together. Lots of space to spread out with multiple bathrooms and bedrooms. The property was well equipped, clean and in a brilliant location with only a short walk to Pac Fair and Broadbeach. Dealing with Debbie was easy and efficient. I highly recommend this property.

Great family holiday home. Very clean. Location is the best. A bit dated & the beds are very hard. Pool isn’t really suitable for toddlers & no shade was a problem. We couldn’t use the pool for the first part of our 10 day stay because it was too cold. Overall a good home & Debbie was excellent in organizing the booking.

Beautiful functional house in and idyllic setting. We had everything we needed. Having direct contact with Debbie from time of booking right up to after our arrival was also very helpful. Debbie appreciated that we reported to her, one or two defects/ marks that were discovered after check-in (one of which she knew about; perhaps these could be pointed out at check-in). We would definitely recommend this lovely home away from home and come back ourselves.

House was beautiful, great location, everything you needed was there, and weather was perfect. Being a family friendly home the Only problem we had was having 4 children under 4, the stairs were an issue. We needed to block them off. Gates would be handy. Otherwise everything was perfect. Thankyou for your beautiful home, we highly recommend it.

Huge clean home with everything you need, we had 4 separate groups stay and there was lots of room and bathrooms for everyone, everyone thoroughly enjoyed the property, kids playground, pool, fishing, kayaking although I would suggest some life jackets so the younger kids could be safer on them. Very close to everything and a really cool vibe with broadbeach skyline lighting up at night, local swans feeding everyday from private beach area which was a daily highlight. The kitchen has everything you need in the cupboards, comfy beds very spacious home. We basically never left the house all week and it was very relaxing stay.

Excellent property. What you see in the photos is exactly what to expect. Owner was always prompt in responding to me. Property was extremely clean and ready for us to move in for our stay. This was a great place for families- the whole downstairs was a place for the kids to sleep and play (room with 4 single beds). The pool was excellent and the fishing was fun for all. Excellent location to shopping and restaurants. Kitchen comes well equipped with everything you need to cook with. Such a wonderful layout that we never felt like we were on top of each other. Would definitely recommend this place and stay here again.

We have stayed at a number of waterfront properties at Broadbeach Waters. This was fantastic for our extended family with young children & multiple adults. The open plan kitchen/main living area leading to balcony overlooking canal & pool were the best part of the house. There were lots of rooms and activities for everyone to have their own space (eg pool table, air hockey, kids room, outside playground for toddlers, swimming pool, pontoon/kayaks to use in the canal & multiple outdoor/indoor communal areas). There was a nice surprise of daily visits from a family of swans & their cygnet who would come right up to the properties along the canal.We were also really impressed by the cleanliness of the house with minimal dust/dirt/hair/sand across the large property... probably one of the cleanest holiday houses I've ever stayed in.Be aware there is only place for 2 cars in the car port and the cul-de-sac is very cramped for extra cars to park. It is close to the Star casino & the massive Pacific Fair shopping centre. Very easy to deal with property agents & helpful check in process. Thank you for a lovely stay.

The home was perfect for our family catchup. We literally did not leave the house for the entire stay. Very relaxing and kids /teens had an array of entertainment with extra items such as kayaks, billiards table, air hockey, fishing rods and their own media room. The home was very clean and comfortable we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
