Le Riad était très grand, avec de nombreuses salles de bain (appréciable en grand groupe), dans une résidence calme et sécurisée, bien que l’insonorisation ne soit pas optimum. Plusieurs petits cafés sont disponibles pour prendre un petit déjeuner ou manger. Nous avons également pu profiter des services de Mohamed, guide sur place, qui a su s’adapter à notre organisation et nous proposer des visites super pour un très bon tarif. Il ne faut pas hésiter à faire appel à ses services

Absolutely stunning house in a beautiful and very safe location.

The house is absolutely gorgeous and it’s huge! Different rooms are on different levels so it’s really spacious. And it’s beautifully decorated. The roof terrace is lovely, too. And the location is great inside a secure residence so it feels really safe and quiet. There are shops and cheap but good restaurants inside the residence which is very useful. it’s not inside the medina but very easy to get to by foot.

The riyad was well decorated and had everything close by.

Unfortunately, the pools were closed, and that was a shame.

Excelent place to stay

We stayed as a family and children 08/07/2022 to 15/07/2022, excellent place to stay.Apartmment with 4 floors!3 bedrooms one each floor ,downstairs sitting room,dining room,toilet,kitchen. Last floor beotiful terrace for bbq and relax...Owner Abdou very kind and helpful ,our guide and airport pick up was Muhammad, very kind,good English speaker and took us many places around Marraquesh.always ready to help,3 large swimming pools,clean,secured even there is a beotiful mosque inside the riad. Enjoy your holidays.

The only thing i can say probably is the distance from the apartment to jamaal finah ( centre ).But easly you can take taxis ,as there are plenty of them ,or Muhammad is always happy to take you to city centre or any other places to visit.He does good price.

Perfect and would definitely recommend.

The riad was fantastic. From the driver that picked us up (included in the price), he was fantastic telling us where we were, answering questions and sharing some history on the journey. We were greeted and shown around the property which was a lot bigger than expected. The location was fantastic, close to the Medina but peaceful, quiet and secure and safe. Facilities on site were brilliant, shops, restaurants, Salon and you could book/enquire about excursions. The riad was clean and had everything needed to self cater although we only really used the kettle so can't really comment on anything else. The rooftop was fantastic for relaxing at the end of a busy day. Departure was perfect, taxi was booked by the staff in the office, picked up on time at the riad, keys deposited in box on the way out. All in all, a fantastic place to stay and will definitely be back.

If I wanted to be really picky, the electrics were a bit dodgy, one bed was really hard and WiFi wasn't great but there were 5 of us using it and none of these things affected our stay.
