The room was very clean, it is small but good enough for 2 people with a small luggage. You get a lot of free stuff such as bath salt and drip coffee. The location is really nice at the end of the shopping street so great to take walk around the city. Beautiful view. They also have an interesting entrance with Neputa art and a brief history about Neputa.

The room was too hot, even when it’s -5 outside the inside was more than 25 degrees. It was not possible to adjust the temperature of the room as this was regulated by the building. Even with the windows open it was unbearable.

Excellent business hotel. Very new. Many restaurants nearby. Don’t miss the adjacent saloon!

I checked in around 11:30pm, and there was no problem. But, unfortunately I couldn't park my car in the hotel parking lot because it was already full when we arrived. They provided a car parking map nearby, and we could park our car cheaper than hotel parking fee. If you look around, you can find more cheaper parking lot nearby.

Everything was ok

The hotel rooms are very comfortable and the reception staff friendly. The hotel was close to the water area, so it was lovely to feel the breeze in the heat. Foyer was stunning and informative with the many Nebutas. Easy to walk to various restaurants and museums

The lifts were very busy in the mornings and we often had to let 3 go before being able to enter.

Fairly central with good size rooms and comfortable beds. Breakfast (not included) was good value with plenty of variety and good coffee. Rooms was serviced everyday with clean linen (no way to tell them it was not necessary). Very helpful staff although limited English. Great displays of the upcoming Nebuta festival artworks.

Bathroom was small. Shower over bath (tricky for older people) although it's rare to find separate showers anywhere. No English language TV.

Everything was great , unbelievable breakfast served in pleasant surroundings. The staff were extremely helpful.

Great central location - we walk all around the city centre. Very clean and comfortable hotel.

I like the arts at the lobby

We like the art in the hotel interior, and the layout of the hotel. We also didn't - but really should have- had breakfast there, as it looked scrumptious!

We arrived at a smallish room with a strong smell of bleach that carried through to the next day! Sadly this is one of the only things that let the hotel down. the streets around are a bit uninspiring too!

If you travelling to aomori you probably heard about the famous festival taking place around August why I'm writing this ?because the hotel will present you first of all with a beautiful artwork of special aomori ''nebuta'' festival this is something very unique about this hotel and why I liked it even more seeing it as in person location is great 15 minutes walk to any direction you get many kinds of activities and things to see and to do Main Street of restaurant in shopping is 5 minutes away

The hotel was lovely, really well presented with some amazing lanterns adorning the lobby. The rooms were great, a lot bigger than expected and well laid out. We had a twin room that came with a sofa, seating area to remove your shoes as well as a separate dressing area next to the bathroom. (Though they could have used this to separate the toilet from the bath!). The rooms were nicely presented, well maintained laid out. The breakfast options were really good (though catering for a Japanese clientele) with a local selection of foods on offer. Location wise it wasn't too far from the railway line or the coast, and we were able to walk to all the attractions we wanted to see.

Art hotel has a bigger property in hirosaki and it seems it is an aomori brand? Nice decor with Nebuta. Room has view to the city and I guess it's an advantage of smaller town hotels compared to big cities' hotels.

Didn't realize winter and heavy snow can affect the walking conditions to the hotel. But still doable as long as you don't bring heavy/big luggages.

Overall clean room. clean lobby. Close to the areas I needed to go to.

The water was not draining from the tub drain. I removed the clean out access panel and it appears the cause was periodic cleaning was not done. Restaurant for buffet breakfast area feels crowded and the food was ok.

The property was clean and well decorated. There were no issues during our stay.

There was very little personal attention given to customers.

The location quite far away from Station, take about 15-20mins walk
