A large room high up in a faded palazzo dating originally from the 14th century. The owner is charming and very helpful. The palazzo is in the narrow streets in the middle of the pedestrianised old town close to the port. All the main sights and museums are in walking distance as is the metro to the main rail stations. The funicular ride to the Ridge is spectacular. The history and art museums are exceptional. Don't leave without trying the ice cream by the Palazzo Rosso.
At night some of the narrow alleys nearby can be threatening. You are advised to take care not to follow suggestions from Google, Moovit or Citymapper that take you off the street system.

3 flights of stairs to walk before getting into the room: stairs to the lift, stairs to the apartment after coming out from the lift, stairs to walk up to the room after entering the apartment

No me esperaba que fuera tan lindo y céntrico. A 300 metros del Acuario. La calle donde está ubicada es peatonal. Hay varios comercios cerca. Nos servían un desayuno muy rico todos los días. Tiene mini-frigider en el cuarto y hay un Carrefour cerca por si quieres poner cosas heladas. En la cocina-comedor también hay una refri que es para el desayuno de todos. Patrizia, la administradora, una excelente anfitriona.

goede beschrijving van eigenaresse hoe je er moet komen, want het is lastig te vinden. Simpel ontbijt met alleen zoet beleg, maar wel verse broodjes/croissants. Midden in het centrum.
B en B is absoluut netjes, maar Genua zelf is overdag erg mooi, maar na 20:00 uur is het niet prettig om door de smalle straatjes te lopen. Alle winkels zijn dan al dicht en er hangt een dreigende sfeer met alleen maar zwervers, prostituees en migranten op straat.

The location was perfect, right in the heart of the old city.
The breakfasts were very nice.
Our hosts: Carmin, Gaia & Patricia, were wonderful.

Die Lage ist ideal! Das Zimmer ist groß und sehr nett eingerichtet. Der Empfang war besonders freundlich, mit vielen wertvollen Tipps. Im Zimmer gibt es einen Kühlschrank. Die Gepäckaufbewahrung ist sehr gut gelöst.

Initially it was difficult to find the property entrance but as soon as we got inside we were happy with the room and B&B. The bed was comfy and the bathroom clean, we especially loved the breakfast in the morning! Thank you!
We would have liked to have a hob to cook on but we understand that this is a B&B so it makes sense that there was none, the stairs and hallway outside the apartment were dirty but we know that this is not the fault of the host! :)

Challenging to get into the apartment for the first time without a host to greet us.
Location in the middle of a series of very narrow streets wasn't ideal, especially late at night.

Great location, close to the port area and the old town, nice basic place to stay for a couple of days, comfortable bed and good air con, nice little breakfast to put you on for the morning.

The room was spacious and clean.. and it had an air conditioner..
The staff is very friendly and gave us tips on what to do and how to go places..
Close to a big public parking for those travelling by car.. also close to the center and the port..
Breakfast was OK for those who like typical Italian breakfast🤷♀️
It's sometimes noisy at night and the sound isolation between rooms isn't the greatest..

Spotlessly clean, nice window a view of the piazza, nice breakfast, easy checkout, good communication with the staff. Great historic building in which the B&B is located, . On high floor with good natural lighting and away from street noise.
Need to walk some stairs to get up to the B&B as the elevator in the building is not that useful.

Cute apartment hidden in the small streets of Genoa, just few steps away from the sea and aquarium. Clean, nice breakfast and the host was always approachable.
It's in an old building, so if you have issues with stairs, maybe it better to avoid it. There is an elevator to go up, but stops in between the floors.

The location was excellent, right in the centre. The room was clean and comfortable and the breakfast was lovely. The owners were very friendly and helpful.
The kitchen is adjacent to the bedrooms so could be noisy.

Peaceful, beautiful and Cozy accommondation. Really excellent contact keeping to us. Good breakfast and possibility to have vegan etc. Dishes. Strong recommentation.
Little bit tricky to find, but with good instructions and photos, its easy to reach (owner sends instruction). So even trickiness is positive 😊

Nice staff! Clean room! Checkin went smooth.
The street didn’t feel very safe in evenings. Also a bit smelly. The rooms were quite noisy. Earplugs are highly recommended.

A very central location with a Metro stop just around the corner. We had a lovely big room with lots of daylight. Very clean and with a comfy bed.
Not that there is anything the owner can do about this but sadly the central location meant the area was a bit ropey. The red light district is just a few streets away and there are a few shady characters hanging around. I wouldn’t feel comfortable walking there without my husband.

Fantastic location in the heart of the old town. Instructions from the owner were great. Good aircon which was helpful as the double glazing needed to be shut to block out sounds from the street below.
We didn't have a poblem, but the three rooms open out into the kitchen area where they serve breakfast so if someone puts the lights on or is up earlier than you it could be a bit disruptive.

Such a nice, clean and comfortable place!! Really enjoyed my stay here, and the lovely lady who gave us breakfast every morning and looked after us she was so kind. Definitely recommend this place
