Cancellation Policy Cancellations: All cancellations will incur a $100.00 cancellation fee. If your booking is cancelled 2 months or more prior to your arrival date your deposit will be refunded less the cancellation fee & booking fee. If you cancel your booking within 2 months of your arrival date any refund is subject to us rebooking the property for the same time as your booking.
