Walk to the slopes of Keystone Resort from this spacious, third-floor condo, ideally situated between River Run Village and Mountain House Village. Inviting, this condo sits directly on the Snake River, offering vaulted ceilings, frequent sightings of moose and other wildlife, and gorgeous end-unit views of the slopes, the Continental Divide, and spectacular sunsets. Leave your car in the convenient parking area under the building, walk to and from the ski lifts in minutes, and come home to relax in a classic, lodge-type setting. There are two private balconies - one looking toward the slopes, one hanging over the river, and each with a grill - as well as WiFi, a wood-burning stove, and a 55-inch cable TV with upgraded access and HBO. This cabin-style condo is located on the third floor of the building and sports a beautiful view of the valley and area mountains. The clubhouse is located nearby in a separate building, which features a pool, hot tub, and shared laundry room. It also has a comfortable club room with several couches, a large TV, a dining/gaming table, and showers for your après ski. In the winter, you can walk or take the complimentary resort shuttle bus, which stops at Key Condo, to the lifts - you'll be one stop from the Peru Chair and Mountain House Village in one direction and one stop from River Run Village and the gondola in the other. A ski locker is provided, and a ski check is available in either village if you don't want to carry your skis for the short walk. You can also walk to restaurants, a market, a cafe, cocktails, and ice skating in either direction. If you want to explore A-Basin, Breckenridge, Dillon, or Silverthorne, you can catch the free Summit Stage one bus stop away. Keystone offers a wealth of summer and fall activities, including two world-class golf courses, the Keystone Downhill Bike Park, and numerous festivals. There's plenty to enjoy within a short walk of the condo, from playgrounds, bike paths, and hiking trails to fly fishing in the river right outside. SHARED AMENITIES -Pool -Hot tub -Sauna -Clubhouse THINGS TO KNOW The shared washer/dryer is in the clubhouse. Firewood is provided. Elevators are not available. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle. This rental is located on floor 3. Ski shuttle details: Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation. Great property. It was just as advertised.The check-in instructions from the Vacassa email and the printed instructions in the condo are outdated. Vacassa email said to check in to the office- there is no office. Also signs and instructions indicated that our car would be towed if we did not display the parking pass. There was no parking pass. Otherwise wonderful piece of property!

This location was amazing. The Snake River was right below the unit and you can hear it from all rooms in the unit. Easy walk to Keystone Square. The unit itself was plenty big for 3 people, but would work for more. It could use a refresh and updating, but I really did not care about that. The dishwasher did not work. and had to deal with maintenance twice due to a pane of glass falling out one of the windows, hence the 4 stars. Having said that, I would rent again based just on the location.

A very nice place to stay. Amazing views. The only thing I could say needs improvement, I was trying to get in communication about a receipt. I havnt heard from anyone. I’ve tried to send a message multiple times.

This was a very nice condo! We were very excited to escape the heat and get up into the mountains; wanted to hear the river from every room, which was advertised, however, only ONE screen was on the windows; when we opened the windows, every bug in Keystone came in, so we had to shut them all but one. Hot nights on the third floor. I would recommend the owners get new screens on the windows-ALL OF THEM!

This condo is ideally situated within a short walk to the Mountainside lifts. It's also right at the bus stop if you need it, and it's a short walk (without ski boots) to River Run. Three comfortable and big bedrooms, big living room, nice views, great facilities. Pool and outdoor jacuzzi, easy access to laundry, etc. Very responsive property managers.
My only room for improvement is a simple one: there are no blinds on the uppermost windows in two of the bedrooms. Given that we were skiing, we wanted to get up with the sun, but it was a problem for afternoon naps for our one-year-old. It's an easy fix, either with real blinds, or temporary sheet or something for anyone in a similar situation. Or make sure anyone with young kids knows about this.
We would definitely return.

Great condo, cozy well kept, well stocked amenities (coffee pot, toaster, pans etc) and short walk to the lifts. We had 5 people and it was just about perfect. I think it would be tight for anymore than 6 but it was perfect for what we needed.
