This warmly furnished 19th floor condo at the spectacular Golden Sands Club, 109th and Coastal Highway, offers all of the comforts of a fine hotel. Beautifully appointed master bedroom offers a king bed and floor to ceiling views of the ocean sunrise. The bay side bedroom accommodates guests with a luxurious queen and a cozy day bed. A queen sleeper sofa in the living room makes available additional sleeping. Both bedrooms have TV/DVDs. The living room provides a DVD player as well. Sliders open from the living room onto a private balcony. Additionally: Fully equipped kitchen with microwave and dishwasher. Washer and dryer. Cable. Private WIFI Internet connectivity available (must bring own computer). No detail has been overlooked to facilitate your comfort and enjoyment. Amenities: The Golden Sands Club offers an indoor swimming pool year round, an outdoor swimming pool, a children’s wading pool, a large oceanfront deck with tables, chairs, umbrellas and a beach bar/grille. Men’s and women’s saunas, a large exercise room with nautilus equipment, a sky lighted atrium and a game room are located on the 22nd floor. Paddleball, tennis, shuffle ball and volley ball courts are located on the recreation deck. Along the deck is a promenade of shops including a sandwich shop, an ice cream parlor, a convenience store and gift shop. Area: Located within 30 minutes of Tanger Outlets with over 130 brand name outlet stores in Delaware, the home of tax free shopping. My family and I had blast on our 1st vacation to OCMD. This condo was great for the price. The Kitchen was well with everything we needed for a 1 week trip. We may have had an off season week because we had no issues with the elevator wait times. The views from the beach and bayside were amazing. We hope to stay here again in the future.

We enjoyed the actual condo itself but the building and some staff were lacking. Getting moved in was a lengthy process with long waits for elevators. The $50 charge at check in for amenities is ridiculous. The building should be in much better shape with just that income alone. The gym was not great quality. People were going to outside gyms for better equipment .My car was damaged by another guest and we asked the manager to look on the cameras to see if the incident was recorded. She said she would but never did. One parking slot per condo with the option of renting another for $20/day, need I say more? The entertainment seemed to be fun for families with young children.

We really enjoyed the accommodations. The condo was very neat, clean, and very comfortable. We had total control of the AC so we could control the temperature which made everyone happy. The views were amazing! The building itself was not very accommodating. 3 of 4 elevators worked and were very slow. We stayed on the 19th floor and there were a few times when we had to wait 30-45 mins for an elevator. Check in day took over 1 hour to get a “cart” (which was dirty) and get an elevator to reach our condo. The “carts” were either laundry/garbage bins or random shopping carts. There are no restrooms in the lobby so you can imagine how uncomfortable we were after driving 6 or so hours and then waiting for the elevator. One of the overnight security guards was not very friendly. He was rude and did not address our question. We waited until the day security personnel arrived. If the condo was in a different building, I would highly recommend it. However, unfortunately, it is in a building that I would not recommend nor will consider for my next stay in Ocean City.

The property was clean, well supplied and had the best vibes. Thank you for having nice kitchen supplies too! (One year at a different location we had to buy cooking utensils). We felt welcomed and at home during our stay and are already booking to come back.

It was a mini but AMAZING rental,! Everything was there that we needed. The place was clean comfortable and beautifully decorated. We look forward to next year hopefully we get the same place!

You are paying fir the view. While place was well kept a bit outdated. Also hidden $50.check in fee with property management company. Beds were made no sheets, but owner responded well to lack of sheet dilemma. Additionally there no toilet paper and no paper towels when qe arrived. I have had much better experiences with hosts than this

The condo was very clean, provided many amenities ( paper products, cleaning supplies, bedding, bath towels, well appointed kitchen), great view of the morning sunrise and ocean, and games ,puzzles, books, and WiFi/cable. Will defiantly book for another stay.

This property really exceeded our expectations. The floor to ceiling windows on the 19th floor make you feel like you are on top of the ocean. The beach was a blast, our little kids (8 &5) loved boogey boarding, body surfing, and playing in the sand. The home had some beach essentials like an umbrella, beach chairs, and boogey boards. Golden Sands is a really unique resort with a great beach front sitting area to get drinks and food. They had trivia night as well as family fun night which was a lot of fun. The condo is surrounded by great restaurants, we ate out one night and it was hard to choose from all the great options. The home has everything we needed to make our meals right there at the condo. It was also a nice surprise to see they had all the spices needed to cook. This condo was comfortable and it really felt like home for the week. I honestly cant think of how you could find a better place than this. Thank you for having us!

The check in process was very easy, and we loved the private beach and drinks available the mini mart and ice cream shop made it very convenient for our daughter

Everything was as it was listed and Kevin always got right back to me when I had a question. The unit was well stocked and very comfortable. It was a beautiful week with my husband, daughters, son-in-law & grandchildren. We hope to come back in 2 years and make more memories.

Decent place but definitely could use some upgrades
The condo overall was fine but it did have a moth ball type smell as you walk in. A lot of the decor and rugs need to be replaced. And the cleanliness could of been better. The fans were covered with dust and all the baseboards. Could use a great deep clean but the owner was nice and we had zero issues!

We stayed at the golden sands on the 19th floor for a family wedding being held in the reception hall up on the 22nd floor. The view from our condo unit 1908 was breath taking and perfect location. We will be returning to rent again !!
