The ski-in ski-out condo is ideally located in the heart of The Village at Palisades Tahoe, Northface building #2, which sits right at the base of the Palisades Tahoe USA ski resort. Enjoy a day of world class skiing with only a 30 second walk to the Tram! At Palisades Tahoe—that’s ski in/out! Take lunch or a break in the middle of the day – all without the need to drive, fight traffic, compete for parking and hike with your gear. In the Village, there are dozens of restaurants, entertainment venues, day spa for massages and yoga studio, general services and shops all within a minute’s walk. To help jumpstart your mornings, Starbucks is located directly downstairs and accessible without leaving the building. The condo is above and beyond typical rentals in the Village. You won’t find any place more cozy! The well-appointed approx. 900 sq. ft. 3rd floor two bedroom condo is an ideal fit for couples or groups of up to 4 people. It receives wonderful morning sunshine and has partial mountain-top and plaza views. Great for 4th of July Fireworks and plaza entertainment. The spacious living room has a custom sofa and is equipped with a gas fireplace, DVD player, PS3, Apple TV, AC and ceiling fans. Heating throughout the unit is provided by a hydronic heating system under the floors. Wi-Fi high speed Internet access included. The full size kitchen is stocked with all cooking utensils, a full size refrigerator/freezer, microwave, four burner range with oven, toaster, coffee maker, pots, pans and bakeware set. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed, spacious closet and second television set. The second bedroom has a Queen bed with a third television. The private, covered terrace includes chairs and a small table to take in the mountain air. Tall ski lockers are included for your convenient storage of ski/snowboard equipment. Coin operated (bring quarters) washer and dryers are located in the building. Spa, sauna and fitness area within building. Covered and heated unassigned parking spot, direct elevator access to unit.

The condo is amazing and only a couple of minutes walk from the gondola if that. Bob was incredibly helpful and was always available to help us with any issue. The place has great parking that allows you to avoid the chaos in the main lot. Would love to stay here again!

Great location and cozy home! Would definitely recommend! Not the fault of this property, but the whole building is super insulated so it stays warm all day and night. The unit does have 2 ac units to help cool it down at night. Bob was super communicative and helpful too!

Ideal spot for Ski in/Ski out. Modern condo, well appointed. The lifts are 100 ft away. Perfect spot. Stay here if you can. Right in the middle of the village.

We had booked the property for both 12/31/2022 and 1/1/2023 but Mother Nature had other plans. On 12/31 she decided to dump a lot of snow resulting in road closures on I-80 from Reno to Truckee but she allowed us to come up on 1/1. Throughout the entire ordeal Bob the property owner was extremely supportive and accommodating in arranging our check in with his housekeeper Juan and crew. The property is as advertised with all the amenities. We enjoyed our one night so much and our only regret is we could not stay both nights . The property is clean , comfortable and the location is perfect. We will definitely stay with Bob and his amazing property again.

I stayed in Bob’s condo for my recent trip to Palisades Tahoe. The location of the condo was great, ski in and ski out. Bob was also a great host, quick responses and very helpful. I highly enjoyed my stay, and I would recommend this condo!

My husband and I had a great stay at Bob's condo at Squaw Valley (Palisades Tahoe). Bob was a great host, anticipating my questions before I could ask them. And he was available immediately when I didn't understand that the bed was a Tempurpedic. At first look we thought it might be too firm for us. Once he explained how it worked we tried sleeping on it and it was very comfortable. Hope to stay again.

Lovely Olympic Valley condo
Super great location, comfortable, and Bob was very accommodating. We had a wedding to get to by 5 pm, and he arranged an early check in so we still had time to get ready. Thanks Bob!

Spartan World Championship
This is our 2nd year visiting Lake Tahoe for the Spartan World Championship. After staying in Truckee last year we decided that we would be in the middle of everything this time. We couldn't have been happier with the location. It was right in the middle of everything with the last obstacle just outside the balcony.
Even though we didn't cook, the pantry was well stocked with various spices to use. Bob was also very quick to respond with any questions or concerns that we had. He also reached out to us to make sure we had everything that we needed.
The condo is very well insulated. It was a cold weekend with some light snow (it was September and we are from NC) but the condo stayed very comfortable without needing to turn on the heat. We actually like it really cold and night and slept with the windows slightly opened to enjoy the fresh air.
The balcony was a decent size and had great views of the mountains.
I would highly recommend this place and if the Spartan race comes back to Squaw Valley next year we will certainly be staying here again.

We were right in the middle of the Village at Squaw, a few steps to dining, shops, and the lifts. Bob was responsive and helpful. Super nice having the garage underground and Starbucks in the building. Hot tubs are on the 1st floor and we used them each day after skiing!

Awesome condo near all the action!
Great condo, well kept, everything works and amazing location. See the Saturday night fireworks, fall onto the Tram or KT-22. We loved it. :)

Warm, comfortable condo right next to lifts, restaurants, rentals and gondola. Nice sized, feels bigger than most of the 2/1s. Hot tub close by, parking inside the building garage. What more could you ask for?

Great place, great location, great experience!
We were lucky enough to find this place available for a last minute ski trip to Squaw Valley. The owner (Bob Zehner) was very responsive in all of the communications prior AND during the trip. Bob was proactive at providing information about the property, restaurants and the area to ensure that our stay was perfect!
We travelled with our two kids and 2-bedroom unit was the right size. Underground parking, guests ski lockers on the ground floor, walk to the lifts, Starbucks and a variety of restaurants around make this place a perfect winter getaway.

Loved the place !
So convenient to the lifts and all the restaurants in the Village. Never had to step foot in my car for 4 days. Never had to walk more than 100 yards to get anywhere. Could not have been a better experience.
