Walk into a spacious main floor with an open kitchen and stainless-steel appliances. You can't miss the dining area with a farmhouse style table featuring a bench and views out the many windows. The dining table seats 6 with an additional 4 stools at the kitchen island extending your dining seating to 10. The living room leads to the screened porch to extend your space even further or even just fresh air! Let the kids enjoy their space as well, the basement is perfect for imaginations to grow and explore. *Allergy warning* the owners 1 cat and 1 dog periodically visit OUTDOOR GATHERING SPACE Have a seat in the screened in porch or around the custom-built fire pit. The complementary golf cart is available seasonally for your convenience. HOUSE SPECIFIC AMENITIES Cable TV, Wi-Fi, Linen and Towels, Wagon, Gas Grill, Screened in Porch, Main Level Bedroom, Ping Pong Table LOCATION Located in Beachwalk Resort just a short walk to the amenities and the beach. PARKING 2 parking spaces along the street in front of the house. Please do NOT park in the sand or in front of the neighboring homes. Nearby overflow parking lot for additional cars. HOUSE RULES -No smoking or vaping indoors -No pets -No PARTIES -No Prom Parties -No Bachelor/Bachelorette Parties -No fireworks -Must be 25 years old and present for the duration of the stay to reserve. PROFESSIONALLY MANAGED Professionally managed means peace of mind during your stay. Front desk associates, housekeeping and maintenance staff are nearby should you need anything during your stay. It’s your vacation, we are here to ensure you enjoy it. RESORT AMENITIES AND INFO * indicates a seasonal amenity. 4ft heated pool*, toddler pool, basketball court*, tennis court, bocce ball court, shuffleboard, Sandcastle playground, putting green, paddle boarding and kayaking*, catch and release fishing. Parking Passes ($5 each) and Wristbands ($15 each) are required for all guests ages 4 and up mid-May through September. Captiva House rents with a 7-night minimum with check-in and check-out on Friday during peak season (mid-June to mid-August).

This was our 14th year staying in Beachwalk where we rent a different house each year. Captiva is not a house I’d rent again and not one I’d recommend to a friend. It is a beautiful, updated house with nice furnishings, Is in a good location and comes with a wagon (was full of stuff and broken, but we made it work). However, the toys, junk, and overall clutter from the home owners is out of control. While the bedding looked and smelled clean, I cannot say the same for the floors as there was food and crumbs on them when we arrived. There is also a broken bed and some structural damage or serious settling to the house which makes it feel as though you are going to fall through the floor while in the master shower. We did let Beachwalk know of all of our concerns so they can be addressed. If the home owner fixes these things then this would be a great house. Overall, we had a wonderful week and didn’t let these things effect our vacation. We will be back to Beachwalk again next year!

There are only two minor issues which wouldn't deter me from staying - a couple bedroom doors didnt close well and there were too many personal items left on front and back porch.

It was pretty clean and had fun driving the golf cart! Love how close it was to the beach. Was a little confused on somethings but everything was on the sheet that u scan for info! Loved it and had a great time!!

I do wish there was a dresser or luggage stand in the bedrooms. The house was clean so we thought...we checked in a 4:00 and got to the house. Took our shoes off at the door, by the time we sat down a few hours later we looked at our bare feet and they were black. I let the office know about it and they sent someone to clean the floors. This is the third house at Beachwalk that we have stayed at and I think it’s our favorite. We went to the zoo and outlet mall. We Had dinner at Shoreline Brewery that was awesome! We made new family memories that we will treasure. Thank you!

I loved this house. Kitchen was great for entertaining, basement was good for the kids. The fire pit was a nice gathering place at night. My only issue was closet space. One bedroom did not have a closet. The other closets were very tiny and some rooms didn’t even have dressers in them.

Loved our stay at Beachwalk. Captiva House is large and open - perfect for a large group or family. The house has a large, open, well stocked kitchen which was perfect for our family. The bedrooms were plentiful and well sized. The house was fairly new and well maintained. There is very little parking, so be aware. There is a nearby overflow lot. The backyard is small but has a great firepit and grill. The only issues we had were the mechanicals - the sump pump alarm went off, and although someone came to fix it, they ended up unplugging the wireless network equipment - and the sump alarm started again 24 hours later. We also woke to no hot water one day due to a tripped GFCI outlet on the water heater. All were easy fixes, but I don't want to be fixing my rental house.

The Captiva house was a great place to stay. The home has a beautiful layout, and the property has amenities to keep everyone busy. My only downfall for this property was that there was not enough cooking supplies which kept our breakfast and dinners at a slow pace. I have stayed in other properties which offer a great amount of pots, pans, and bowls. There is usually baking equipment as well. My other downfall for this property was that there was only 2 tv's one in the living room and one in the basements and of course the kids took over the one in the basement, so all the adults had to share the other...I felt sorry for the guys.
