Located in Bethany Beach, this lovely house for R 15,306 per night is a great choice for your next vacation. Walk to the beach, boardwalk and town from this exceptionally located, recently renovated 5 bedroom, 3.5 bath home! The house is on the ocean side and there is no need to cross a highway or major road to get to the beach. Only 1 street over from Garfield Parkway shops & restaurants, this house is an ideal place for a beach vacation. Inviting and completely equipped with 6 flatscreen TV's (great room and every bedroom) and wireless internet. Large open living room/dining room/kitchen area with wood floors, fireplace and decks on every level and an outdoor shower. Graciously appointed and very clean with comfortable furniture in great room & bedrooms as well as on the decks outside. The house is perfect for family gatherings or a beach vacation with 1 or 2 other families. The house sleeps 12 people with 1, King 2 queens, 2 twins and a full/twin bunk bed and trundle (Twin). Lots of room to spread out and find some personal space for our group of 5 adults and four children (3,4,6 and 7). Bonus was the puzzles—kept us entertained for hours.
We’ll stocked kitchen supplies for all breakfasts and most dinners we prepared; everything we wanted was in walking distance; easy access to beach.
Only downside was having to head home after the week’s end.

Sean’s home is spacious and equipped with everything that our group needed, both inside as well as beach gear. The short walk to town was a big bonus for all of us. We had a wonderful week!

The property is beautifully decorated with a beach theme throughout. Wonderful location with a short walk to the beach, boardwalk, shops and restaurants. Great outdoor shower and plenty of beach chairs to use. Very well stocked kitchen.

We were completely satisfied with this home for our beach vacation. Sean was very responsive and answered many questions leading up to the trip. The house was wonderful and well stocked as well as in an excellent location. We would highly recommend this rental to anybody.

This was our second family vacation in Sean and Joanne‘s beach house. We had seven adults and three children under seven with plenty of space for everyone. The addition of screened in porches were a bonus this trip to sit out on and have coffee or drink wine. The kitchen had everything that we needed, we cooked in almost every meal. Sean is a wonderful host and he’s quick to answer any and all questions and goes out of his way to make sure that the home has everything that you need. It’s really nice not to have to worry about dragging beach chairs with you or umbrellas. I highly recommend this beach house.

This was our 2nd year staying at this beautiful beach house. It accommodated 6 adults and 4 children very nicely. Everything you could possibly need is included. The wagon to haul chairs, umbrella, cooler and sand toys is a nice bonus. Sean communicates quickly whenever you have a concern. We have already reserved for next year!!!

We had such a great experience at the house. Everything was clean and the space was great. Easy walk to the beach and downtown. The house had baby gates and a high chair which made life with the little ones easy. Would highly recommend for a family vacation

Perfect property for your family’s beach getaway!
This Bethany beach house has everything you can ask for in a rental. The house is beautifully decorated, rooms are large, the furniture and beds are comfortable. The kitchen is so well stocked with cooking utensils, you don’t have to bring a thing from home. There are books, games and puzzles for everyone to enjoy on a rainy day. There is plenty of parking, the beach is a short walk away and downtown shopping and restaurants are only a block away! Would definitely recommend!!!

Beautiful Beach House
We had a rental all lined up but in January the owner decided not to rent so we had to scramble to find something available. We were so lucky to find this awesome beach house that accommodated our family of 10 (6 adults & 4 kids). It is updated and decorated beautifully and is about a 5-7 minute walk to the beach. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you would want & need. A collapsible wagon is available to haul the beach chairs and umbrellas that are provided -what a plus!! So many decks to choose from to relax on too. The king size bed in the upstairs master bedroom was very comfy. The two queens were too firm for our adult children but since I didn’t sleep on them I can’t attest to that! We had concerns about being so close to the firehouse but there’s no need to worry about sirens -only heard one and that was in the afternoon. The owner Sean is very quick to respond about any concerns you might have during your stay. Would highly recommend staying here!

Great family vacation home!
Our family, including, seven adults and three children under the age of five Had a great vacation week in this home! There was plenty of room for all of us, multiple decks for private time when needed. The kitchen had everything that we needed to cook, there isn’t one thing that I could think of that would need to be added to the kitchen.
Honestly I don’t think the pictures do the upstairs area justice. It is much larger than it appears and certainly gave us plenty of space to move around.
Sean was so responsive, and easy to contact and made sure everything that we needed was taken care of.
We love the town of Bethany and will make this is one of our returning beach rentals in the future.

Amazing Stay!
The house was perfect for our family vacation this year. With several teenagers, we loved being so close to town that everyone could just walk in and back. The farmer's market right across the street on Sunday was an added bonus as we got all of our fresh produce for the week from these local farms. The house was gorgeous inside and had plenty of room for everyone. It was fully stocked from the kitchen to the soap & cleaning supplies and even hand sanitizers. I typically stay on the beach and was a bit worried about the walk beforehand, but it turned out to be easy, even looked forward to it after sitting on the beach all day. The owner was great, responding immediately to any questions and making sure our stay was perfect. We would definitely stay here again!

Great beach house and the owner is part of the super experience
I reserved this beautiful beach home last fall. Who would have known that we would all be wrapped up in this COVID19 thing! I found the owner to be a very good communicator about what was going on, what to expect and being very responsible with cleanliness and communication of that. Aside from that, the home is quite lovely and spacious. Well appointed, close to the beach and the heart of Bethany. A super stay..would recommend it to anyone. He clearly loves the home, takes good care of it and wants to share it with YOU!

This was a great family vacation. My daughter, her friends, my brothers family and a cousin all managed to flow easily through this vacation place. Comfy space, well-appointed, 2 blocks from beach and Town and easy for 5 to 78 year olds.. Your home has every convenience from TVs in living room and bedrooms to spacious decks, beach equipment., games, puzzles. And best supplied kitchen ever. Thank you.

Beautiful property right in the heart of Bethany
This house was perfect to accommodate 2 large families. It is a very short walk to the beach and an even shorter walk to shopping and restaurants. The owner Sean was amazingly responsive, answering every question and responding within minutes even when traveling. The house has everything you could ask for to make for a wonderful stay in our favorite vacation getaway.

Amazing house and vacation!
We couldn’t have enjoyed our week at the beach more! House was beautiful, in great condition with great amenities. Location was perfect. Was a tad worried about noise from fire station but that wasn’t an issue at all. Owner was great to work with and very responsive to any communication. We hope to be back again next summer!

Wonderful beach week
Our family of 12 spent a great week at the Diver’s lovely home. The location was perfect for quick walks to town, and convenient to the beach. The house was very comfortable, with plenty of space for 5 young kids as well as the adults. The kitchen was well equipped for large groups. Communication with Sean was very easy, with quick responses to our questions. We would definitely stay again.

Could not have been better!
The property is stylish and "fresh". Plenty of space for our party of 12 (6 and 6) -- everyone found a spot to relax. The property is fully equipped and lacked nothing in amenities. Great internet access, etc. Plenty of outside deck space. A short walk ( 3 blocks) to town and the beach with no need to cross a major street. Owner could not have been more helpful. A great experience -- we hope to go there again!

Great Bethany Beach house!
Our Family, (my wife and I, our two sons, two daughter-in-laws and four grand kids) had an awesome vacation in Bethany Beach at this beautiful beach house. The decor, furnishings and cleanliness were great. The location of this house was in ideal walking distance to restaurants and the beach. I would without hesitation, recommend this home to extended Family and Friends. The owner was very quick to respond to any questions we had once we booked the house.

A great week in a great house!
My family and I really enjoyed our stay. The house is well-maintained, the layout is perfect, and the location can't be beat! With 3 small kids in tow, having baby gates and a high chair on hand was an added bonus. The owners went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommend!

Perfect house! Comfortable, clean, spacious with all the amenities
We had a perfect vacation, this House is just perfect, and the owners are great to deal with, very helpful and cordial and always respond quickly. The house has just been renovated and we loved the layout. Easy to get in, shower outside, plenary of room on bedrooms and spacious laundry room. 2nd floor with family room, we loved having a drink on the decks (it has 4 to choose from) walk to the beach 2 short blocks, super easy. We can’t complement this house and the owners enough this is the best experience we ever had in Bethany, we will be back next year. Highly recommend!!
