This sophisticated and stylish, recently constructed, four bedroom home with a pool offers modern high end finishes and top of the line appointments. Miacomet Preserve is a stylish new community of nineteen homes, tastefully designed by architect Andrew D. Kotchen of Workshop/APD, taking full advantage of the surrounding pristine Conservation Land and the nearby unspoiled south shore beaches. These sophisticated properties offer modern high-end finishes, top of the line appointments and an attractive layout ideal for summer living and enjoyment. This home offers three finished levels, with four bedroom suites and four bathrooms plus 2 half and an outdoor shower. The home is surrounded by mature landscaping and enhanced with a private swimming pool, lounge and dining furniture and outdoor shower. Enjoy the natural beauty of the area as you stroll or bike by nearby Miacomet Pond on your way down to the lovely beach found at the end of Maicomet Road, 0.8 miles away. First Floor Description Open living, dining and kitchen area with glass doors opening out to the blue stone patio and pool area on one side and a fenced-in yard with blue stone patio and dining furniture out back. The first floor includes an en-suite bedroom (queen bed) and also a powder room, laundry room and mud room. Second Floor Description The master suite has a king sized bed with private deck, cathedral ceilings and large shower. The two guest bedrooms also have their own private baths (one with a tub/shower). One has a queen, the other has a king. Lower Level: Spacious media room with sleeper sofa (2 pull out beds), 65" TV, custom built-ins, seating and ping pong table. Large separate bunk room (4 full beds) and half bath.

Excellent stay, family friendly and all ages in our party enjoyed their stay!

To continue about the pool, when we arrived it was full of dirt, leaves and debris. We contacted Jeff that afternoon and he told us he would have his caretaker/pool guy stop by to clean it and they never showed up for the duration of the stay. Unfortunately, the pool was too dirty to enjoy, which was a bummer. Otherwise the house worked out great.

Great place for our annual summer vacation on Nantucket. House has lots of bright space and is great for large or multiple families. Convenient to town and beach. Nice quiet neighborhood. Jeff was easy to work with, responsive, and accommodating.

We had the best time staying at Jeff’s property in Miacomet! The house was perfect and beautiful and outfitted so well for kids. Plus the location was amazing. We had the best time on nantucket and would love to stay here again!

This house was absolutely gorgeous and slept our group of 15 very comfortably. There was endless supply of towels, beach chairs, games, etc. It was fairly close to downtown and to the beach. The owner Jeff responded to all questions and was so nice. Highly recommend!

Lovely clean home, nice quiet neighborhood location. Beds were very comfortable and bathrooms were very spacious and nice. Lots of room to spread out with our family of all different ages. Easy access to the wharf and shopping/restaurants. Owner gave some nice recommendations. We really enjoyed the home!

This house was perfect for our family. Well appointed, clean and Jeff was so accommodating. He allowed us a late check out as our party had all different ferry times . The house has beautiful furnishings while being very comfortable at the same time.

Great Stay
Summer stay for a week August 2021 two families with total of 4 kids. House is perfectly set up for a Nantucket rental property. Spacious living and great separation from kids if you want or need to use the additional downstairs kids tv/playroom! Has everything you could want and more. Pool is automatically set to perfect temperature and was a welcome escape after the beach with the kids. Jeff was prompt in answering all questions (although we didn't feel like we needed a lot of assistance). Location is ideal for Nantucket as it takes you away from the more crowded town center, but provides easy access to town, Miacomet beaches and Surfside. Also provides for easy access to other highlights of the island including easy access to Stop and Shop, Bakeries, Etc, while also being close to town. Biking to and from Miacomet beach is amazing as was biking to Surfside for a longer biking destination. Will definitely try to stay again next summer!

House was as advertised. New. Clean. Spacious. Great yard and pool. We had 12 people from age 3 to 70. Awesome house. Has everything. Jeff is very accessible and in constant contact to answer any questions or provide recommendations. Our entire week was spectacular. You can’t miss with this property.

This property can accommodate large gathering easily. There were plenty of beds, dining areas, and longue areas. The house was well maintained and very clean. It is only a short drive to town, the airport, or the golf course. The beach is an easy walk and very secluded. All of the amenities promised were delivered. The owner is very friendly and easy to get a hold of. Great place to stay on island away from the business of town.

Our stay at Jeff’s home was incredible! He was an awesome communicator from booking and throughout our stay. The house was perfect, the kitchen was amazing, the fire pit was fun, and the heated pool was a game changer. Gorgeous bright, sunny home in great location! Walking distance to Miacomet beach and a short drive into town. Every amenity including beach towels, chairs, lovely heated pool and gas fire pit. Would love to return to this special place! Thank you to Jeff for a wonderful long weekend for us empty nesters.

Jeff's home is beautiful and has a great layout for a small group. The kitchen/dining area is amazing and having a private bathroom in each bedroom was such a nice touch! The pool area and backyard was perfect, the fire pit was great for the the cooler evenings. Jeff was very responsive before and during during our stay. Great spot in Nantucket!
Jeff's home is beautiful and has a great layout for a small group. The kitchen/dining area is amazing and having a private bathroom in each bedroom was such a nice touch! Dream house!
Jeff's property was unbelievable. We were blown away by how nice, spacious, clean, and stunning the home and grounds were. We had a group of 10 women and the house fit us perfectly with plenty of extra space. The location was amazing - close enough to town/Cisco but also far enough away to feel like you had privacy, and walking distance to the beach! We had such an amazing time and would definitely rebook next time we're back in ACK :)

Best weekend ever
Jeff is the absolute best host on VRBO with the most breathtaking property!
I booked the house for a girls weekend, expecting that the house would be nice enough and spacious making it more comfortable for my friends attending. The house blew my expectations away!!! We all slept comfortably in our OWN beds and had room for yoga in the backyard and playroom as well as cooking in the spacious (and dreamy) kitchen. The home is located centrally on the island so we rented bikes from a nearly next door spot and bikes to common attractions on the island like Cisco brewery and downtown hotspots. The weekend could not have been more of an incredible and relaxing success all from the beautiful space we had to call our own for the weekend.
The owner Jeff also realized that there was bad weather scheduled for our stay period and proactively reached out to help accommodate our groups travel better. I thought it was so sweet that he had concerns about us and he was flexible with check in times too. My closest friends and I will never forget this weekend thanks to this property! Highly recommend booking for any of your future trips to Nantucket

Beautiful new home close to beaches and town!
We rented this home for a week and had a great time. The property was beautiful and exactly as advertised! The pool was a plus and much needed for days we didn’t go to the beach. We would definitely rent this property again !

Perfection!!
Our stay in Nantucket at this beautiful, homey house was just perfect for our friend's 50th birthday over Memorial Day weekend. It was everything she imagined. The house is just gorgeous and has anything you could think you may want in a rental home. We were able to enjoy the pretty heated pool during the day and the gas fire pit at night. The best part, however, was how welcoming and accommodating the owner, Jeff, was. He really was the icing on the cake to make our stay just tremendous. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us!

Beautiful & Serene Nantucket Gem!!
To say that we enjoyed our time at this stunning home would be a huge understatement. The pictures don’t even begin to do justice to how spacious and well maintained this home is. We had 14 people staying here and never once felt cramped or uncomfortable. The owners were also incredibly responsive and so pleasant & kind to work with! An added bonus was the location — We were only about a 5 minute drive from town but were able to still capitalize on the peaceful & quiet neighborhood. Morning coffee outside by the pool was the perfect way to start our day, so calming & relaxing! The house provided everything we needed for our long weekend. I could not recommend this home more!!
