The rooms were clean. Very quiet.
The entire place is ‘tired’… needs a lot of upkeep as it is old and hasn’t been maintained. Pictures make the courtyard look way nicer than it is. Rooftop could be really nice but run down.

The location was perfect and nice quiet corner of sayulita super close to the beach. The kitchen was well stocked and clean. The family that runs it is lovely my son made friends with their kids and had a great time playing with them.
The refrigerator was a little load but I just unplugged it at night and everything still stayed cold enough

Location was good for town and beach.
More kitchen supplies needed and hairdryer not available.
Patio too small to sit on and adjoining dirt road made it very noisy and dusty.

The price was too high for the value .

I love this hotel, the hotel itself was so beautiful, such amazing artwork throughout, comfortable rooms, close to town , close to the beach, awesome roof top, golf cart rentals and the staff were super friendly and helpful. I will definitely be back !

Location staff very nice the room was very clean
Very quiet close to the noisy town
We will go back
The way we get back in after 6;00 p.m was hard to open the door for us
Sure there is another way better
Also staff should be there longer than 5:00

rooftop lounge in poor condition. few inviting places with comfortable seating in lobby area. tiny balcony on very dusty road. pool patio seating uninviting. poor sidewalks and very rough dirt road difficult to walk on.

Great location, very clean and super sweet family who runs the hotel
No food or breakfast but plenty of options for breakfast nearby

I loved the location because it's just two blocks from the beach but much quieter than other places (other than a little light construction across the road).
I like the character of the place, the layout of the room and great kitchen. most of all what makes this hotel special is the fact that it's run by a sweet extended family.
The shower is low pressure and takes a long time to heat up. The heat is solar so it's warmest in the afternoon.
You have to request maid service each day. Otherwise, they don't come. But they do a great job when they come and I really enjoyed practicing my Spanish with the owner, Margarita. She is very accomplished and has a great sense of humor.
The kitchen is great in that there's a beautiful four burner gas stove and a full sized fridge. However, if you want to take full advantage of kitchen, you do have to request all the supplies including pots, dish soap and rags, a working plug for the sink, a toaster...
The internet is good except in the area where the bed was.

The location was good, close to beach but far enough from the noise of the centre. The staff was wonderful even though we had some linguistic difficulties. Everything was very clean. A nice and cosy place!
The roof terrace had seen its best days.
Breakfast would have been welcome

It was clean, the pool was nice, close to the beach. The staff were helpful and friendly even though we don’t speak Spanish.
They could use a few more pots and pans for cooking. There was some construction noise across the road, but this is no fault of the hotel.we

location is very good
the person at the desk was very unwelcoming
the rooms are unattractive
the refrigerator cycled 24/7 and was very loud
garbage right outside the door on the street
SAFE was unsecured and could be removed easily
No pots and pans, just dishes so couldn’t actually make anything to eat
Always out of TP
Surprised us with an exorbitant extra charge for our third guest whom we added at the time of booking.

We were looking for a room with two beds and you cant beat the price of this one. I think it is family owned and ran so it has a homely feel. The staff were very responsive and accommodating. I love the location, its in the quiet side of town and there were really good restaurants around and several yoga places nearby. The beach is walking distance and you the town center is a few minutes away. I will miss the abuelo that greets us everyday.

beautiful rooms and hotel area
I accidentally got too large a room. Then they moved me but the room had bad WiFi and had a large garbage area outside the balcony

close to beach and downtown, but far enough that the club music was not heard - quite
there is an amazing rooftop area that could be better utilized

This is the best place to stay ! We wish we didn’t have to leave…The hotel is nice, clean, really confortable ( our room had space and a little kitchen which is perfect with kids ! ) - There is a beautiful rooftop and a pool.
Its really well located - near from the center but far enough to be calm at night. Its two block away from a calm beach as well.
People who works there are juste the niccest people. Always helpful and really kind. We felt so welcome by them and were sad to say goodbye to them. They have 3 kids which are very cute and polite - my daughter felt in love with their’s. They play together all the time we were there.
I highly reccomand this place, for me its the best place to stay in Sayulita ! 💚
Nothing ! It was perfect 🙃

Very friendly staff, very accommodating
Option to have a breakfast or at least possibility to buy a coffee in the morning

Great family owned boutique hotel. Tried very hard to be helpful, even though there was a language barrier from both sides.
A few more pots/pans and a colander would have been helpful as well as a drying rack.
