How close it was to where I needed to go which was good.

The room was fine but wasn't very clean. Light in the room also was very annoying.

Very dirty! Blood stains in the bedsheet it cost us more then 4 hours to fix it because they had no employees.

I will never return.

Breakfast was okay, I did notice quite a singificant amount of food wastage on the tables, so I decided to pack and take my left-overs away (3 small bread roll sandwiches}. I was then approached by a lady who was cleaning the tables and she warned me about taking left-overs away and her approach was loud, rude and condenscending. I informed her that I was quite happy to pay for the 3 small egg bread rolls and she presented me with a receipt for 260 kroner!!! I did want want to argue with her because I was attending a family funeral later that day and I was still seated at my table, in the presence of other guests and my son was still eating his breakfast. She walked away then came with a bank card machne and charged me the full amount!!. I iasked her politely for a small take-away bag, as she was charding me for taking away the food, she refused and walked away. I was very upset that I left the bread rolls in the room upstairs. I was charged nearly 300 kroner for 3 small scrambled egg rolls and it would have cost me nothing, to leave the left-over food on the table, like the other guests were doing!!

The rude woman who was cleaning the breakfast tables on the 21st of July, 2023. I enjoyed my breakfast the following day, because she was not there. The rest of the staff were very helpful and nice.

Does not worth the money!

Hot water does not work properly and the pressure of the water was very low. Breakfast was not enough for the guest and very limited.

Passable

Breakfast was the best thing of the hotel. However I was very disappointed that a 4 star hotel doesn’t provide tea bags or instant coffee bags in the room but makes you pay cca. 4€ for a tea. Not even a bottle of water is provided. If you want a cup of tea, you need to get downstairs to the reception, make yourself one and pay for it straight away. For a pregnant woman in the last trimester, those kind of things are very impractical and we didn’t pay little for our room.

Hot beverage options provided in the room, there was no fridge in the room so we couldn’t even bring our own drinks and keep them cool.

Really nice hotel. Very comfortable.

The hotel interior was very nice and clean. The bathroom was nicely presented and clean. The bedroom was clean and tidy. The bed was comfortable. Check-in and check-out was easy. Breakfast was very nice.

There were no coffee or tea making facilities in the room. I would expect this in any hotel room, and I was surprised when there was none there. Maybe I should have asked.

Not worth the money

The room itself had a nice size. The design of the hotel was modern and nice.

The room was not very clean. Dust on the lamp, people drew already on it, so it’s there for a while. Mirror was very dirty. In the hall was a area for kids to draw, wasn’t tidied at all during our stay and a mess. Breakfast options were a bit limited. Soft boiled eggs were hard boiled, pancakes were super dry and hard. Made me a cafe latte and the milk in the machine was split. Disgusting. The room was towards the highway and quite noisy. A lot of sound from the rooms above and beside.

Dissapointed

The breakfast was interesting, with a lot of varied organic food. Rooms were fine, clean and furnished with a modern design.

This was my first time in 10 years when a hotel refused to match the price with the one on the booking app despite speaking with three different employees. Only after opening a dispute and a couple of conversations with Booking.com’s customer service did they agree to refund me the price difference. They refused to acknowledge their mistake and didn’t present their apologies to this date.

Nice hotel just outside.Copenhagen

The room was perfect and was clean. We stayed with my family (2 kids and 2 adults) Bathroom was also ok and had a nice shower. Glostrup is just outside Copenhagen but within 15 minutes you are in Copenhagen. Breakfast was very good.

Although we had a ventilator Inside the room. It was sometimes very hot but we stayed their only in the evenings and the nights.

Great value for money!

Great breakfast (included), free parking, close vicinity to both city centre of Copenhagen as well as Roskilde.

We booked a family room and it was alright but really, really small. There was no airco and hardly no other way to cool down the room. Pillows could also be better but that might just be me :-)

Location was good, breakfast was great and staff were very kind. It is good for a stay with family trip.

No cooling, peaceful, good breakfast

The room had no cooling. Thus, I would not recommend this hotel when the weather is warm. Otherwise the hotel suits well for travelers who just want a bed to sleep in and a proper breakfast.
