Optrækkeri absolut ikke 2704 kr værdt Max 1300 kr , vil have mine penge retur. Det er svindel.

Dårlig stand , møbler der var i stykker lamper der ikke virkede, gulvet var spættet som en sæl trængte til og blive slebet. Dørkarm og indfatning på badeværelse var der hakker der manglede maling. Ledninger som var knyttet

It was good but not great.

The location is strategic as it is located in the city centre where it next to restaurants & convenient stores. It is also walking distance to the main attraction Roskilde Cathedral & Viking Museum.

The room is missing the amenities for eg, kettle, drinking water & coffee. Breakfast variation can be more. I was staying at 3rd floor with no elevator. It is difficult and carry the luggage to the room.

Værelset var meget slidt og manglede vedligeholdelse. Morgenmadens kvalitet svarede ikke til prisen.

Disappointing

The location was the best part, which is kind of sad

Nail in the floor to the bathroom was uncomfortable to get into the foot, asking 3 different staff about a half working TV and only getting I don't know answer is frustrating, most of the young males that work there, give you a feeling that they have no experience in the business sadly forgot to mention the leaking sink also that they knew about before renting the room, because under the sink was a black plastic trash back that was used to try and stop it from leaking, shouldn't d be allowed to rent that room out honestly hard to see on a picture but the tap is leaking and the rusty nail hurts like he'll to step on

Room was very disappointing and a poor value (even considering festival price hike).

Staff were efficient. We saw them only at reception, so have little to say.

The room was very poor. It smelled of sewer (coming from the bathroom), was hot and on a busy street so opening windows also let in lots of noise. Very dated and worn out in general (towel ends were literally shredded from long use). I understand that prices were very high because of the music festival in town, but at least the minimum standard of quality should have been maintained.

Smack in the centre- yet quiet! great base to walk to everything.

Great town location. Right in the middle of the main precinct. Free 24 hour parking all bookable when you walk in (and allowed to stay after check out as long as you declared when entering details). Self check in available at the main desk. We requested a kettle in the room and it was there waiting for us to collect. Our room had double doors to a balcony which was fantastic to see our hire car and ventilation during the heat wave. We had a twin room and just pulled the beds apart for more room. Room was clean and tidy although we couldn’t work out how to get the sockets to turn on when the switch is at the door. I had to go to reception to ask. The room was good value. However breakfast was around £14 each and too basic for us. Very limited options. Best ask before ordering if you’re a fussy eater. Bedding lovely and clean and fresh. Bathroom (private) clean, white towels, and hot shower. Would definitely stay again for another city break.

Finding the carpark!!! It was the worst one I have ever had to find as the postcode did not help. 4 laps later of the one way system and driving at 10 mph we found the tiny left turn into the correct area to go right under the tiny arch to park. 4 spaces were there. However, super secure when found. Breakfast was too limiting - we paid extra as to fill us up before a busy day but we were hungry by lunch. Not the hotels fault but the town is dead after 9pm and there is no way of getting any food, however it does mean the area is very quiet even though you’re in the middle of it. Room was slightly dated with its dark wooden decor, however we were told this is the renovated side. Lift was broken however stairs are wide with good rails.

Perfect location in Roskilde

Perfect location. Clean and nice room. Good bed. Peaceful room. Free parking. Friendly staff. Roskilde it self. Several restaurants nearby.

Breakfast not included and the separately paid one available but it was quite expencive.

Nice hotel in a wonderful location.

We had the misfortune of becoming ill during our stay so we did not get to enjoy your hotel or your town. We spent 4 days in the room in bed.

Parking seemed to be an issue. We kept getting parking tickets. The hotel staff said they would take care of the tickets and we should not worry.

Very poorly serviced hotel.

the Location was excellent

No phone in the room, No safe, No Mini-fridge. Shower did not work on 3 mornings and I had to walk down 3 flights of stairs to have the issue dealt with.

Rooms were ready, we were given a little grace period for check out. location was superb.

Didnt order breakfast as room rate was already high. no coffee/ tea/ kettle in room

Good

The location is great, right in the middle of Roskilde, and a short walk to restaurants and the train station/buses. The room was very comfortable. I stayed in a double, due to an upgrade. I didn't take the breakfast.

Central, friendly and welcoming!

The staff were very attentive and friendly. Room was large, warm and clean.

We had an odd bathtub with two levels in it. Made it very awkward to stand and use the shower. Were we staying longer I'd have requested a room change for this alone.

Perfectly located right in the center of the town. Very quiet.

Old looking room, stained carpet. Could have used an extra towel to dry the floor since the shower curtain can't keep the rest of the bathroom dry. Only one plug by the bed, so you have to pick between having some bedlight and charging you phone.

Exceptional

This is a formerly-grand kind of place that is working hard to get back up to that level. The location is unbeatable, parking free and easy (very convenient), good food nearby. Staff very helpful and friendly. Convenient bar up front.

Good value, in Roskilde main street!

Great location, very nice hall and common spaces, nice and confortable rooms. I definetively recommend Prindesen also for the delicious breakfast!

My room did not have a safe and the bathroom was very small and essential.

An enjoyable stay marred by the need to carry our luggage up a long flight of stairs.

This is a very well-located hotel in lovely Roskilde. The rooms are pleasantly old-fashioned but clean and comfortable. Breakfast is ample and varied. There is parking next to the hotel but be sure to register your car at the front desk as soon as you check in. Wifi was good. We had two excellent dinners at the attached restaurant.

This is our second stay. The first time we had a room that was reached by elevator. This time we had to slog our luggage up a long stairway to reach the room. We are both over 70. The staff did not offer to help. They did not assess the situation when I limped in the front door with a cane. If you don't want to have to lug your luggage up and downstairs, be sure to specify that you want a room reachable by elevator.

Overpriced for dated hotel.

The location was central and parking was easy. Two members of staff were helpful.

It was dirty and dated and we had to walk three flights of stairs to our room with heavy cases as there was no lift in the wing we were staying in. We have spent two weeks in Denmark and this was by far the most expensive and worst of our stays.

Enjoyable

Rooms were comfortable. There was a communal area to meet both inside and out. Staff were helpful.

When we arrived there was a terrible smell in the bathroom, we had to spray with our deodorant. We worked out it was coming from the drain in the shower. We were on the 3rd floor, with only one small window, it was very hot and we could get little ventilation.
