Good

The dinner and breakfast were excellent.

The room was very hot and stuffy. We had to sleep with the window open, unfortunately it was very noisy outside during the night.

Cheep - if you want to eat outside the hotel - I ecceptec more of the journey.. but I got disapointe

Breakfast was ok,,, room - we know that it was a cheep one... and that was it was.. location - very good.. the dinner that was included was a miss... it was not what I eccepted.. or what to say.. I couldnt eat none of it... it was terrible... sorry.... I am not going to take this hotel any more ...

Not quite First but comfortable.

The bed was one of the best so far in Sweden. The room size was ok and the property was easy to find and easy to access. The main pedestrian mall and the river walkway was a short walk away. Parking is very convenient but very expensive for the town. WiFi was reliable and fast enough. Reasonable black out curtains (for Sweden) as was the breakfast (for Sweden). The included supper was edible.

The elevator to the parking was out of order and there were no signs indication this or directions to get to reception or our floor. No signs to find the main elevator from the car park stairs with baggage. Half board support was a single choice and really not worth doing. Reception staff were not very helpful but don't know if was a language issue or lack of training. No air conditioning but noisy when opening the window. Breakfast layout was a bit unhealthy with tong handles resting on the food and children coughing directly onto food due to no protection and height of food (and poor management by their parents).

Could barely be better

Fantastic breakfast. As we say in Sweden, it was lagom. Enough different sorts of bread, egg and bacon, pancakes, yogurt and Müsli.

Our room were close to ventilation or something like that, which made a drumming sound all night.

Great stay

Absolute beast of value for money. Dinner and breakfast included, great room and service.

Parking is outside in a parking house, have a parking app ready.

Neat and cozy

I enjoyed the relaxed vibe and the neat environment. Breakfast and dinner were delicious.

To be very picky, the only tiny drawback was that the wardrobe in our room was very small.

Breakfast and dinner were very good. The staff are very friendly and helpful. And the location is near the train station and the center of town.

Great stay!

The beds are comfortable and the breakfast was great - nice assortment. Easy walk to the river - a great trail along the river.

Wish we had a window in the room.

Great dinner, good breakfast, not a great sleep

Dinner included was a bonus! very clean and good location

Dinner service was slightly odd, but the food was lovely. green lights in windowless room kept us awake, would not recommend booking one of these for that reason

Convenient, comfortable, accessible with very pleasant staff.

I really appreciated the accessibility efforts by the hotel and the staff. It was very helpful to be offered a dinner box of food I could heat myself given my late arrival. Dinner, bed and breakfast made my short stay easier.

Staff clearly weren't used to vacation travellers using public transport so couldn't answer my questions about buses, the sculpture park location. It's understandable, most guests come by car and many are probably there for business but given they are already doing so well on other things it is an area they might like to develop for staff training and knowledge.

Satisfied

Good location and nice staff. Pleasant breakfast and dinner time with good food.

The room is not well soundproof so we can hear clearly when people from other rooms opened and closed doors, and dog barking two floors away.

Good hotel for bigger family

Good free evening dinner and breakfast. Clean room exellent for bigger family (6 person room). Car park house is in the same buildning
