I loved the room, bathroom and staff. My son got 2 tickets to swap for goodies. I liked seeing dogs around and allowed in the hotel
I found the bed and pillows very firm

Comfortable room
Breakfast was poor with limited choice and after 9 am frequently empty receptacles. Our booking was not found despite confirmation - it took an hour to resolve.

The location
The bar service was very slow, they didn’t have ingredients to make a cocktail that was on their menu and they ran out of Prosecco. They offered no substitute for the Prosecco, I felt they could have offered champagne. I was amazed that they ran out of Prosecco.

Breakfast was good, the fact that we could enter the room with our children was great (so called family room).
for me we shouldn't use carpets any more in the rooms, tiles or parquet is a lot cleaner and better.

Good city location but by the waters edge so quiet . Good room size . Breakfast excellent . Some of the staff very helpful - helped organise a trip . Allowed a later check out :)
Had a few problems with our room being double booked out ( someone tried to come in our room ) so our key card was cancelled too . One day no room service was done when we returned at 5pm . air conditioning stopped working .So we had to chase things , but they were resolved .

There was a member of staff who was particularly attentive. I can't recall her name but she was a student from Nigeria.
Decor could have been nicer, but it was satisfactory

Very tidy and clean, comfy bed, powerful shower.
A pretty standard room with not a good view.

Nice enough. Slightly dated and the bathrooms were not the best. Water pressure was awful and the shower had seen better days.
For the price, it definitely wasn’t worth it.

No products in some bottle in bathroom. Disappointing as I was looking forward to a bath.
Did not change my opinion .
Small oversight

First time in Belfast and will definitely be staying here again when I return, staff were exceptional and very helpful, asked for a taxi at half 6 and taxi was there at exactly half 6, room was very comfortable and great for ourselves and our newborn,
Only a very minor thing was my 15 year old ordered food saying mash potatoes but got given chips instead, bare in mind he didn't care but I am struggling to say something I didn't like 🤣

Habitacion y baño con mucho espacio para poder circular y utilizar. El desayuno es variado, muy rico y abundante al estilo Buffet. Personal amable y dispuesto a resolver consultas.

The lack of coffee machine or coffee making facilities. Instant coffee is not coffee in my mind.

It is in a great location, nice bathroom
The staff at reception were cold & unfriendly,
The evening we arrived we went to the bar with our 2 teenagers after dinner for a drink & were asked to leave the bar as it was over 18’s only
There was another lounge beside reception but were told only those in the executive rooms could access that lounge,
Our friends asked for assistance to book a cab - after circa 1 hour when they asked for an update on a cab they were told “ what do you expect on a bank holiday” our friends rang a cab themselves & it came immediately? The reception staff gave they impression that they really did not want to assist us,
Our room was on the 7th floor, it was very small & the double beds appeared much smaller than a standard double, it was uncomfortable & very tight,
The wardrobe was small & didn’t open sufficiently to access it so we left our clothes in our cases,
Our room was not serviced over the 2 night stay,
The room was unbearably warm- we had someone look at the air on twice but it didn’t fix it, there was no thermostat on it but it was very very warm so we couldn’t sleep in the room,
Reception didn’t answer when we rang from the room over 3 days,
I raised these concerns during the stay and during check out & was shown no concern or appetite to remedy anything for us,
We are not sure why staff were so reluctant to assist,
I have to add the staff at breakfast were very friendly,
Breakfast set up is basic, no teas or coffee served to the table, it’s self service at a machine,
Disappointing for a 5 star hotel

Staff very welcoming our room was upgraded we had a great view / kids loved getting a ticket for the confectionery at reception and the kiddies corner for breakfast was handy as all kids stuff nicely laid out / location of hotel perfect walked to w5 and titanic / taxi back but so cheap / bar is lovely and good food being served . Nicest salt and chilli chicken. Staff are so nice always chatting to kids even went to the bar to get a drink that they didn’t serve in the restaurant /decor is lovely would stay here again/ less than 5 mins to Victoria square for Shoping
Loved it all

We book this for the location and it was in the perfect spot to the Arena
There was nothing we didn't like about the hotel, but as the car parking is not part of the hotel, you have to enter a different building, it would have been nice to have an entrance to the hotel from the car park, and better instructions on how to apply hotel discount before going to your car. As you have to pay full price at the gate to get out

Very poor customer service, the reserved charge on my debit card had not been released after I made the full payment. Had called and email the staff there and had several conversations, even had them talk to my bank directly, however they did not release the additional payment. After a while they refused to replies to any of my emails, completely blanking me.

A well located, clean and comfortable hotel a short walk from the city centre and the covered food market. The pub on the ground floor was also very cosy. We would recommend parking at the nearby Cromac car park rather than the car park nextdoor to the hotel as it was considerably cheaper. Our top recs would also be: the Pocket Cafe for brunch; the Spaniard pub for a Guinness or several; the Titanic Museum; peace wall taxi tour; taking a hire car up the coast to the Giant’s Causeway; and the Smuggler’s Inn for dinner (amazing seafood).
