Excellent, had a few peaceful days away to relax

Bed was so comfortable, I slept very peacefully and pillows were good too, that I’m going to order some for my bed.

Cupboard doors slammed a little, need some plastic stick on rubbers to prevent this ( Under the sink cupboards)

Management should do better

Quiet and in a good location

The rooms now have televisions that have to be used via your phone app. Very modern if you have the latest phone, ours weren’t and came up not able to connect. Even the technician who came to our room could only make the bedroom tv work, not the main one in the lounge room. On principle we won’t be staying there again.

Luxurious apartment with excellent staff.

Spacious, very comfortable, extremely helpful reception staff.

Water pressure in the shower was a bit disappointing, and the chairs were a bit low for the dining table.

Great location, super spacious apartment with everything we needed.

This was a low level apartment which meant it was close to the highway. No view.

Location, location, location. Great for families

Location was excellent! Everything you needed was within a short walking distance. For those travelling with young children the Kurrawa playground is excellent. Patrolled beach is directly behind the playground. Pools at the hotel are great. Staff were very friendly.

Water goes all over the floor from the shower even with the door shut. Could do with more than one tea towel in the kitchen. Overall I would stay again.

Lovely staff. Great location.

Sitting room in 705A is not well furnished. Bedside table has faulty wiring. Dining room chair leg about to break. Prefer to have normal TV with local programming.

Our back door didn’t lock, coffee machine didn’t work, thought the drawers in the bathroom seemed a bit grubby (hair inside them), check in seems late at 3pm

We had the most wonderful stay in an excellent location!

It was phenomenal stay.

Location: The hotel is conveniently situated in the heart of the Broadbeach , making it easy to explore all the nearby attractions and restaurants. It is also within walking distance to public transportation, making it a great choice for travellers looking to explore the area. Room: The room was spacious, clean, and well-appointed with modern amenities. The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was a good size with a shower and plush towels. The decor was tasteful and created a cozy atmosphere for a relaxing stay. View: The view from our room was absolutely breathtaking. We had a stunning panoramic view of the city skyline and could see the beautiful sunset from our window. It was a truly unforgettable experience to wake up to such a picturesque sight every morning. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for its prime location, comfortable rooms, and spectacular views. It truly made our stay memorable and enjoyable.

The bathroom could be bit more modern.

I had a worker come into my apartment to check if I was checking out that day or the next. This was at 12pm. I would have liked some notice as I could have been getting changes or something and she just walked in.

Particularly impressed with Cian - he was so welcoming and professional

Lovely stay in central location. Is our go to when coming to Broadbeach for a stay.

Amazing high floor with views. Staff were kind and generous in providing a bottle of champagne as a surprise as we were celebrating our wedding anniversary. Lovely surprise

It is a little tired in the room with paint missing, wonky wardrobe door and cobwebs on the balcony glass.

Clean, location and efficient staff.

Lack of enough free coffee and milk. I guess a sign of the times, but running the TV through my phone is not my idea of ease but understand. What happens if I don't have a phone. No bear glasses.

Central location close to restaurants and bars within easy walking. Very comfortable and spacious.

We were so close to everything including restaurants and bars so we were able to walk everywhere without the hassle of driving. Plus the tram was within easy walking distance to access to go to Surfers Paradise.

Very enjoyable stay in a fantastically convenient location.

Room was great for what we needed with good aircon and a nice balcony.

Being on the road side, it was a little noisy at night.

Great stay in a lovely hotel after a disapointing check in process.

The rooms were great, spacious, clean and comfortable. The location was also very handy.

The staff member at check in was extremely slow and did not give me any confidence that she knew what she was doing. She was a trainee but after about 30 mins trying to check in it became extremely frustrating. The manager ended up coming out to help her and then the process was very fast. I think it would be better for everyone involved, including the trainee that they have someone assisting them until they are more confident.

Pleasant stay, bit pricey for current quality of rooms.

Location was great, easy walking distance to shops and dining. Also close to Pacific Fair Shopping centre. Had a great room location, nice view of hinterland, partial ocean view. Staff were very lovely and friendly and accommodating.

Rooms are abit dated, not fresh, doors had chunks missing and exposed - could do with some paint and tidy up, shower screen was dirty and also had rust and build up. The toilets smelt and weren't cleaned properly you could see the stains at the bottom. Prices do not reflect the current standard of the rooms - they are not new anymore, bit dated, small kitchen, TVs in bedroom would not allow internet connection to watch staycast. Was promised compimentary parking when i called but then told no we dont offer that when i got there. When paying $1000 for a two night stay i think parking should be included. The quality of the rooms needs improving, lounge and dining chairs need a steam clean, looked dirty, shower floor grout was dirty, cushions were dirty on lounge, wobbly furniture. Outdoor pool was dirty, the one indoor spa was small and not sufficient for the amount of visitors staying at hotel. Prices should reflect quality of facilities.

Great location, friendly staff and parking is easy. Great place for a family stay as there is an indoor and outdoor pool

The location, size of the rooms and the staff were friendly and accommodating.

There was no daily clean of the apartment, beds were not made and we had to ask for fresh towels every day. Given the price per night per room and how comfortable/luxurious the Meriton is, the minimum would be a daily quick clean of the room with towel top up.
