A good choice in Polanco

The location is simply great, in the center of Polanco, the stuff was absolutely lovely, the rooftop bar is really nice, and the room was very spacious. They have free snacks in the lift areas which is incredible nice. Our driver Enrique was absolutely amazing, we recommend him completely. The hotel can book him for you, he can be your tour guide and be your driver around Mexico, he was great to us.

The hotel rooms feel a little bit old, you can hear someone showering upstairs or next to you. The prices in the restaurants and bars are very overpriced

Not your regular W hotel

Comfortable rooms, good facilities (big jacuzzi), small gym and lounging area.

The hidden charges for ordering room service. 2 charges that aren’t mentioned on the bill when you order room service, but will show on the detailed statement when checking out. It’s ridiculous to have charges for ordering room service-it defeats the purpose of staying at a reputable hotel like the W.

The room is poorly designed. The cleanliness of the room is below average. House keeping is below average. The room is definitely not worth more than $100 per night. Value for money is zero.

Good ambient and location but need some upgrades.

Friendly staff, great location, good restaurant and bar. Good ambience in the lobby. Good amenities.

The outdated decor, layout and furniture of the room. Not enough natural light. Heavy doors of the toilet and dark shower. The main door was often locking up. The water flow in the shower and the faucet was not good.

It is in the heart of Polanco ,the property was clean and the staff was friendly.

Black out for the room did not work , it left a big opening in a room filled with mirrors that reflected light all across the room starting at 5am. shower handle did not work properly and it was hard to find the right temperature for the water.

The staff was amazing and the food in the restaurant was delicious.

The bed was very hard and squeaked every time I moved. Other than that, the accommodations were excellent.

I forgot my passport and documents in the safety box upon my check out. It was found by the room maid and was kept for me by the staff to be picked up next day, including money. Speaks volumes of the employees, staff and management.

Beautiful Artsy Hotel

Awesome hotel, great art, excellent location in Polanco, delicious breakfast, very nice staff

the only thing I did not like is the room did not have a blackout drape, there was still light coming through the room in the morning

no real , normal coffee cups, the paper ones that were provided were too large to fit the machine, coffee machine is not user friendly, terrace was closed all the time. only one shower cap was provided

Very convenient comfortable Hotel.

Very convenient safe location. Lovely staff. Nice quality bathroom products. Great airport pick up and drop off service. Coffee machine. Comfortable bed.

Free bottled water would be very much appreciated. Missing towels and coffee etc that had to request from housekeeping after room serviced.

Overall, good hotel. Not amazing but good hotel, great location, overall good value.

Great location in a very nice, clean part of Mexico City. We went out each night and walked home from the restaurants and clubs we visited.

The hotel met my expectations.

¡Can’t be better! 💯🥇

A very well done, very comfortable hotel! Easy to do, easy to handle, incredible people and service, plus the location is out of this world … in the best part of CDMX; Polanco, Lincoln Park and Masaryk Avenue. My room was just amazing: Ultra full Mini-Bar, closet, sound system, very fast wi-fi, one-touch air conditioning, size, sink and WC just great, the view … wow.

the bed sheets were very uncomfortable and the facilities looked a bit run down. the gym was unimpressive.
