Impresionante y encantada

El Riad está genial , es precioso Ubicación a la plaza está a 15 min andando pero se hace ameno . La primera impresión del Callejon un poco peligroso pero para nada éramos dos chicas y todo genial . El desayuno de 10 y ellos igual de 10 súper amables todo un encanto Nos imprimieron los billetes del aeropuerto y nos guardaron las maletas Nos vamos con un gran sabor de boca ☺️

How gorgeous and cute it was hidden away from a busy little street but so peaceful inside. Loved the terrace and the pool, if it was warmer outside I would have used it. But definitely next time

Would of been good if the breakfast added omelettes some days. And better lighting in the rooms. Also a mirror in the room A full length one, so you can do your hair and see your outfits when getting ready.

Amazing riad!

The little cute swimming pool saved our lives! We stayed on the hottest days in Marrakesh and we were able to cool down in the pool when the temperatures were extremely high. There was even a rooftop with beach chairs and parasols. The staffs were all very nice and helpful. The breakfast was good too. It’s located near many shops in the medina and going on sightseeing and tours was very accessible. Highly recommended!

A great experience, nice place, I would highly recommend it.

The staff were excellent, very friendly and helpful. Majid was amazing. He is a great asset to the establishment.

It was very good. We had to get used to the Moroccan breakfast as we were expecting continental and it was different. I was hoping for eggs and sausages etc. The tea was mint tea and not regular tea. The breakfast they provided was still good.

Really nice experience

We felt very welcomed at Riad Karmanda. Nothing better to live a true morrocan experience. Very nice breakfast with some traditional plates, varying each day. The pool is really really nice for freshening up and relaxing after a day of visiting the city. The staff is very welcoming and gave us a lot of helpful advice. P.s. really nice and soft bed sheets.

Superb

The main entrance of the riad with the swimming pool was a very beautiful place to chill. The room was quite big and comfortable, good breakfast and the staff really friendly and helpful. They welcomed us with some tea and cookies and gave us a map with all the recommendations. They booked us a taxi to the airport with a normal price and held our luggage for a phew hours since we checked out in the morning and our flight was at night.

The only thing I could say is that the air condition was leaking when it was on. It didn't affect us as it was not falling on the floor but I am not sure if it was safe to put clothes in the wardrobe as it was above it. The bathroom doesn't have a door, only a courtain which we figured out that must have been a traditional riad thing as we noticed it in another riad as well. I am mentioning it though as it might affect some people.

Charming Riyad in great location.

Location was great for all Marrakesh has to offer, short walk from the square. Amal on the front desk was super helpful and welcoming and gave us plenty of advice on the places to go and gave us a map. The roof terrace was really nice and the interior is well kept and presented.

Marrakesh can be a bit overwhelming, it’s so busy and everyone is trying to sell you something it’s hard to have a leisurely wander around, but that is Marrakesh and any other market so you just have to accept and embrace it.

Overall, it was a great experience. Thanks to the staff who were really supportive and made us all feel at home.

It was such a nice, cosy little place. It was clean and the staff was really friendly, specially Taha who made us all feel so comfortable. We were served with great breakfast and loved every bit of our stay there.

The only problem with the Riad was the location.

Incredible customer service, tips , helpful suggestions. The breakfast was amazing and we were treated with incredible care. A real attention to detail each and every day. Tjevrooms are spacious and comfortable. They cleaned and made our beds daily. I will 100% return again in the future and trcommrnd this to our friends.

Take warm clothes regardless of the weather forecast because there is no insulation so you feel cold at night. They did give extra blankets - so thank you for this kind gesture! We still love it here!

Everything was great!

My friend and I booked this place for 4 nights and it was the best decision we could have made! The property was very clean and had a cozy vibe. You can even smoke downstairs which was great for my friend who's a smoker. But the most important thing was the sfaff!! The people working there were the most friendly people ever, they instantly made us feel at home. Unfortunately my friend and I had to leave early due to an emergency and MAJID helped us SO much! He let us use his phone to reschedule the flight tickets, went to get us food from outside the hotel and even paid for our taxi when we left out of his own pocket!! This man definitely needs a raise! When we arrived, he even sent us a text to make sure we got home safely. I asked him how we could repay him for everything he did for us and he just told us to pay it forward. "Maybe in the future if you have the opportunity to help someone help him". We are really happy with our choice, thank you for everything!

Exceptional

It's been a lovely stay in Riad Karmanda. Once open the door we have found a peaceful place. We were welcome by Amal, lovely young reception and with hot the explain us the old city and suggest us what to visit. But the cuddle start the day before with Majid, with a couple of message organize the transfer for us, and ensure we arrive safe at the Riad. In all our stay the staff always ask and made sure we were happy and satisfied. The place in common and the room were wery welcoming and clean. Very good position. Superb

The room was clean and bigger than our last Riad. There is AC in the room, and quite big bathroom. Friendly staff.

The shower head was leaking a litttle bit, and missing shampoo and showergel. Also there was just one toilet paper, which is really soft, but really thin. I recommend to ask for another one.

Home sweet Home ;)

It was a pleasure to stay for my birthday week in Riad Karmanda although they forget to greet me on my birthday which is today 13th of October but of course they are extremely busy. Special thanks to the Manager Matsu who welcomed us on Monday and Amal the friendly receptionist who always smile which make us felt at home, The night staff Majd whos always supported us in our needs and Mohammad during the first night his very nice too. Of course the amazing cheft who prepared our first dinner in Morocco delicious food thank you so much and above all the cleaner who cleaned our room every day. Your all amazing and highly recommended. I cant wait for my next visits with my other friends. Once again Salamat Po from Ross and myself. Michael from London

Amazing stay at a great Riad!

Majid & Nadia we're both amazing! Extremely friendly & helpful, made sure we were comfortable & had everything we needed, accommodated any particular needs we had without issue (ex: providing breakfast earlier than usual as we were being picked up early for an excursion). Nadia has such a lovely personality & an infectious smile. Majid gave us lots of tips about the local culture & anything to look out for or avoid & was generally lovely to speak to. The rooms were immaculate every day, very comfortable & the whole place has a lovely charm to it. It's a little more tucked away than another riad we stayed at a few years ago, though this suited us & meant we were a little further from the most touristy parts & got to discover some new areas of Marrakech. Freshly prepared breakfasts which varied slightly everyday, from crepes to eggs, all very tasty. We also had a tagine one evening which was delicious 😋 We'd all highly recommend staying at the Riad Karmanda & would happily return. Especially if Majid & Nadia we're still there!
