Nothing
Everything ! Receptionist took about half an hour to attend to me. Was on phone having conversations while I wait. No restaurants, only good thing about the hotel is only the bellboy spoke good English . They refused accepting Euros (universal currency)and asked me figure out another method of payment . Had to go back to the airport just to do exchange and back

the price per night in all hotels in Tijuana is expensive, and other prices in this city are also high, for vacations it is better to chose Cancun or Playa del Carmen

Quiet with nice views clean room
Stayed on the 5th floor with no elevator, pool was too far and to many stairs, staff was kinda rude sometimes, beds were very firm, price was more from price on booking.com and wasn’t honored no ice machine

Very modern and lovely staff

Staff were very helpful. The AC worked well. The TV had a good variety of streaming services. The in room coffee maker was well appreciated. The pool and deck area was enjoyable.
The restaurant was closed which may be temporary. Later in the morning the shower hot water was not available.

Convenience store in the corner was a plus since we got to the hotel past midnight we could buy snacks and leave them in the room for when we got back hungry.
It was only 2 of us staying and our friend stayed with us for a bit waiting on her boyfriend to land. It was a looongg day and we fell asleep until a little bit past 9 (which was curfew for visitors) the front desk kept calling about how our guest hasn’t left. I told her my friend was staying and I gave her permission to charge me for the extra person but she made us go in person to the lobby because it HAD to be done that night just to say she can’t run the same card twice in a day and she can just do it tomorrow -_- she made us put on clothes and leave the room after I told her we were sleeping when she could’ve said that over the phone.

The pool is a perfect size
They had to keep my ID just because I asked for towels. They gave it back when I returned the towels.
