first place was super cold! no heater of any kind, no tv access, and super dirty spiders everywhere. dirt all over the entire place.

RUN!!

felt-tip pens were stolen from my child in this house!! someone got a delivery from the store for me and no one admits it. the owner of the house said it was my problem! This is not a private house, this is a hostel! it's not safe for you and your things here! there is no drinking water in the house. tap water is very dirty. normal hotels supply bottled water. and here they just put a dirty bucket with dirty water under the door 😕 the gas water heater does not work stably - either boiling water or ice water in the shower. hordes of spiders and ants, they are everywhere, even in food. it is very cold in the house, after 2 days of life we got sick. very dirty house. mold and mildew everywhere. the dishes are all broken, the pans are 500 years old, it is impossible to cook something, everything is on fire. NOT SUITABLE FOR LIVING!! Washing machine one for 6 families. You can only wash at night, when everyone is sleeping, during the day it is always busy. The owner of the house does not care about your problems! he says so, I quote "deal with your problems yourself" 🙁 dogs and cats stomp on the roof all night, and dogs bark all over the area. sleep is impossible. in normal hotels in such cases they offer earplugs. but here no one cares about your comfort. You should pay and shut up. By the way, Pepe does not return the money. pay, be patient and be quiet! Wi-Fi one for all houses. he does not work !!! Page loads in 10 minutes! want internet? Sit with him at night when everyone is sleeping!! living in this house should be free!! Too many people live in this house. If you think that you will live here alone, then you are greatly mistaken. this is a hostel. audibility is such that even dialogues are audible. dogs, cats, birds live in the yard of the house… everything is infected, everything is in faeces. the owner of the house is an exceptional boor. I don't understand why there are so many rave reviews.

I would rather pay a bit more and get a legit hotel or a rental home that has hot water and heating

The location was nice. Off to the side but it was still really loud at night. The space was big

No hot water, The place was dirty. Looked like it hadn't been deep cleaned in at least a few months but likey longer. One of the rooms looked like a jail cell only fit a twin bed . it was advertised as 2 bathroom but the 2nd bathroom only had a toilet no shower. The shower was super small and we never had hot water so we didn't use it. But I am 5 feet and would barly fit for the water to be on my head, It was super cold. We messaged the owner to ask about the fireplace but he said we would need to go to the store to buy wood if we wanted to use it. It would have been nice to know that ahead or if he had some on site to buy since it was so cold. Also we tried to check in around 2:00 ( check in was at 3 ) and there was no one there, I tried to call the number provided but no answer, There was a locked gate so we had no access. Finally at 2:30 another guest let us inside and we found the owner, I thought we would be able to check in at least a few mins early but no we had to wait till 3:15 and again the place was dirty. Ad said parking but its only on street parking but the area did seem safe

the location was great, artisistic decor, comfortable and clean accommodations

it’s located on the 2nd floor. not easily accessible for someone with mobility issues, Pepe did provide another way to go up where the steps aren’t as steep so that was very helpful

I will not be staying here ever again.

It was not advertised as a shared stay. There was a whole other family downstairs, no safe parking, not elder friendly. Very narrow stairway to come into house my mother was terrified going up and down.

The house is cozy. Staff is super nice. We got there early and Pepe was able to accommodate us over the phone.

nothing everything was dirty y there was spider webs everywhere and the bathroom was disgusting

it was freezing cold and there’s was parties all around us which made it hard for us to sleep

I really wanted to like the place but just couldn’t.

Pepe is so sweet and informative about nearby places to eat and things to do. I really liked him, so nice! The decor and the place itself is very cute.

I asked to check in a little earlier and was messaged that was not possible, totally understandable. Check in time was 3pm, we got there about 15min early. The place was not clean, it reeks of cat urine and even the toilet was full of urine. My husband actually had to clean it. The bed linens were not clean, also smelled of a mixture of cat urine and old sweat. Left with no other choice but to lay on the beds we were grossed out by, and felt could be a danger, we attempted to get some sleep. The beds make a ton of noise, even turning a little disrupts sleep; Lastly, The WiFi is terrible.

Would be great if properly cleaned and maintained

The place is cute and unique in design. The host and property manager are very friendly.

It’s filthy, filled with junk and fake plants that collect dust and create clutter. Couches are unbearably uncomfortable, mattress and pillows are not much better. There was dust and cobwebs all over the place. Old soap and hair in the shower and crusty towels that I’m sure were clean but just need to be replaced.

Everything was nice and clean communication was excellent 👌 they leave you sodas and water by e every bed 🛌 I'm looking forward to my next trip definitely booking this little retreat again

The patio area was nice. The location it's near the ocean. The maintenance guy was nice.

The place wasn't that clean it had a lot of spider webs everywhere. No Ac, no good parking, the TV didn't work, the hot water would take a long time to heat up and it wouldn't last a long time hot. I was in the upper floor and the stairs were really small not good if you have a baby.
