About this apartment rental
Two king bedrooms, two full bathrooms, with a queen sleeper sofa, full kitchen, washer and dryer, balcony overlooking the large pool, reserved covered parking spot, 2nd floor end unit with enclosed hallways and an elevator. NOTE: Guest will need to bring their own linens (sheets) and towels. Guest must have at least one person 21 or older staying in the rental. No exceptions. The Lucayan is a Smoke Free property, smoking is prohibited everywhere on the property including condo's, balconies, parking lot and pool. Violators will fined up to $150. This fine will be assed to the renter if the association provides proof of smoking by renter. Located in midtown Ocean City, MD within walking distance of restaurants, bars, mini golf and shopping. Walking distance to the beach and beautiful sunsets over the bay. You can't go wrong staying here.

Wonderful place, excellent location, beautiful bay view, fun pool with other kids around that our kids played with. Besides, so easy to make the last minute reservations and got prompt support on our check-in questions. Thanks a million.

Loved the location and clean condo. Very quiet and perfect for family. Kids loved the pool and 2-car parking was a plus. Owner was very responsive. No toilet paper or hand soap and bring your own sheets although blankets and pillow were provided. Would stay again.

Gorgeous sunsets and convenience to the boardwalk and several restaurants/stores…. Close enough but away from the madness…. . Comfy king beds and great deck space. Less than a 5 min walk to the beach was perfect for our family. The condo building itself is showing it’s age a bit but the unit itself was great.

My boggest suggestion is to have the cleaning crew remove the cushions from the hide a bed couch. The amount of crumbs and debris we cleaned orio to being able to use it as a bed was unacceptable. I have had hide a beds for years and did not expect to find that in a rental. Otherwise the condo was very good.

We were in Ocean City for a dance competition and wanted a little extra space for our family of five(kids ages 3, 7 and 10). This location was perfect-close enough to the convention center, food options and beach. We didn’t have much downtime for the beach but we did walk to it once and it was not a bad walk at all. Bayview/sunsets were beautiful as well. The kids enjoyed the pool. Beds were comfortable and entire condo was clean with everything we needed. I would definitely stay here again and recommend if you’re looking to an alternative to a hotel for a family or small group.

This place was perfect for what we needed. We were just meeting some friends in OC for the night so we just needed a place to sleep. It was very clean and check in was easy!

This is a nice little place near everything to keep the little ones busy. Short walks to the beach, mini golf and plenty of good restaurants. Location is very relaxing on the bayside with a great view of the sunsets. The community pool for the condo is relaxing and adequate for everyone staying in these condos.

Condo is exactly as described. Just the right size for 2 couples. The 2 king bedrooms was a plus for us. Beach less then 2 blocks away and pool on site was great!

This condo was beautiful and cleaned to perfection. Checking in was super easy and contactless. The view was amazing of the bay and enjoyed watching the sunset every night. The pool is super nice and plenty of chairs to lounge in and tables with umbrellas to eat at. Highly recommend staying here and looking forward to booking here again next year.

We had a great time staying here for Jeep Week! It was so nice to have a condo with 2 king beds. Everything was clean and as pictured and check in was a breeze.

This condo is in a bayside location with about 7 min walk to the beach. The view is great at sunset. The porch has 6 chairs, a table and side table. We spent a lot of time on the porch looking at the pool and the bay view. There was no trouble at all with parking on the property. One spot was assigned under the buillding and the other was in the lot.

This is in a perfect spot in midtown for my family. We really enjoyed the gated pool. The beach was just a 5 min way which was super easy with my 2 kids. The owner was very helpful and responsive! We would love to stay again in the future.

2022 Sand Soccer Trip
Overall, this is a beautiful unit conveniently located in mid-town Ocean City. We were in walking distance to quite a few restaurants and a short drive to some of our favorites. The unit was very clean and exactly as expected with the pictures. I was pleasantly surprised by the comfort of the beds - not something we run into a lot on our trips to the beach. Highly recommend.

it was perfect for a weekend getaway. Duncan Donuts is within walking distance & so is the Dough Roller - we had breakfast it was delish! Nice that you have a parking spot under the garage

First time in OC
This was our first time visiting Ocean City, and my husband and our kids’ first time in the ocean! The condo was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed! The views were beautiful and location was perfect, with just a short walk to the beach and great shops/restaurants nearby (even a Dunkin’ Donuts too which was a plus..lol!) Greg was great to work with and was very responsive to just a small issue we had upon arrival! Thank you so much for our stay…just we needed! We’d definitely come back!

We felt right at home during our stay at the Lucayan. The condo and the entire complex is well kept. Lots of stuff to do within walking distance. Easy drive to the boardwalk or take the bus and save parking fees. Short walk to the beach, beautiful sunsets over the bay. Had issues with the WiFi, Greg was very quick to respond to our messages and we were able to resolve the issue. We loved Ocean City and can’t wait to go back next year.
