Nestled in Indian Rocks Beach, this lovely condo for R 3,049 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. Gorgeous, bright, 2BR 2bath condo on the beach side of Gulf Blvd. No Smoking. Just a few footsteps to beach, no road to cross. There's a shared pool. At least 5 restaurants or bars within easy walking distance. Less hustle and bustle than Clearwater, but it’s still hoppin here. Live Music can be heard outside several nights a year. Noise from this and upstairs neighbors (pitter patter footsteps) is the most common reason I don’t always consistently get 5 stars. Feeling like splurging? Ask me about possible VIP packages - for a reasonable fee I may be able to have the fridge and cabinets loaded with whatever you want when u arrive. 10 minutes from award winning Clearwater Beach and Marina. 20 minutes from John's Pass boardwalk shops. Nail Salon, Barber Shop, Fresh Produce right across the street!! Less than 25 minutes from St. Pete Clearwater (PIE) airport. This balcony is not ocean front but it’s just steps away. Reviews prior to setting up HomeAway: I loved staying at Indian Rocks Beach in this amazing modern condo. It truly is a home away from home as it has two bedrooms and two full bathrooms and so much more. If you like to cook, you have everything in the kitchen that you would need. If you like to eat out, there are amazing restaurants within walking distance. The condo’s location is perfect and you don’t have to cross a street to get to the beach. Nice place close to the beach. We liked that it was on the ocean side of Gulf Blvd so we didn’t have to cross the street every time we went to the beach. Neighbors upstairs are noisy, like a lot of the other reviews mention.

Great location beach bars right across the street with live entertainment.Couch and master bed extremely comfortable. The condo was equipped with everything you could possibly need and use kitchen gadgets plenty of paper products cleaning products you name it it was there Beach supplies I love this place right on the Ocean side short one minute walk to the sand and pool.The only downside was the building was not constructed with soundproof board in the walls and ceilings so you did here outside noise from traffic and then foot traffic upstairs it didn't bother me that much. I will definitely stay there again

We stayed in this condo for 2 weeks and being on beach side was a real plus, didn't need to use car. Another plus was the master bed, very comfortable. Area restaurants and bars walkable. My one BIG negative to this property was that it needed a deep cleaning and update. We washed the floors twice when we first arrived because our feet were always dirty. The master bath shower had mold, we cleaned that as well. All the air vents looked so dirty. Kitchen chairs were all stained, it did not represent the photos in VRBO. Informed the Owner and sent pictures and he told me that Cleaning lady said it was fine. Well it wasn't with us and our family.

Process was easy and location was perfect. As others have mentioned you can hear the people upstairs and outside noise but nothing a pair of ear plugs can’t take care of.

Stay was nice, location was great! Condo was clean, roomy, and very comfortable. Night life and neighbors upstairs were fairly loud but would stay here again without question. Would strongly recommend.

We had a great stay at this condo. We loved how close we were to the beach. The condo had everything you need for the beach, chairs, towels, umbrellas, sand toys, and more! The only downfall was the guest noise from upstairs. The guest staying above us were up till 4am running around and moving furniture. We purchased a box fan to drown out some of the noise so our children could sleep. Overall we had a great stay. Check out the binder provided with places to eat and things to do!

This unit is located perfectly in Gulf Blvd, in great proximity to stores and restaurants. You will not have a view of the Gulf but you are steps away and no roads to cross. This unit had everything you would need from cooking to beach chairs, umbrellas and coolers! Only complaint is the noise that comes from the squeaky floors above, and the Internet wasn’t working but the owner did every thing he could to try and resolve the problem. Would definitely stay here again.

Great proximity to a beautiful beach! Quaint area away from hustle and bustle of the busier touristy areas. Close enough to amenities and attractions that were a relatively easy drive away. Enjoyed our family time in the sun, having fun and making memories!

We loved the relaxed, tropical-feeling, white and turquoise color scheme! Surfaces were immaculate. Beautiful and interesting wicker furniture. Suggest frying pan with matching lid replacement for kitchen. Not on beach, of course, but several nice trees outside balcony and good location otherwise. Easy access from sidewalk and convenient access to good beach restaurants. Wonderful sunsets. We thank you for the precious family time we enjoyed there!

We had a great time at this condo. It was clean and ready for living. The best part about the condo was the location. I really liked that we could walk out and be at the beach n like 3mins.(or less). No driving and no crossing a major road. The kitchen was fully stocked. There was even ketchup and mustard and other things in fridge and cabinets. Don't pack salt and pepper...... also, having a washing machine was great. To keep up on towels and kids clothes. I expect we will be back again. Thanks Bretton we really enjoyed ourselves.

While the location and process was good, every single night we dealt with the noise from the condo above us. We constantly heard footsteps and noise that was an issue all throughout the night. This went on at 2 am, 3 am and every time we were in the condo. Seems to me that either these are very poorly constructed. It’s too bad because otherwise I think we would have really enjoyed the space. Didn’t have a single night where we could sleep through due to all the noise from that resident.

We had a wonderful experience staying at this property. The rental was spacious and had everything we needed. We also really enjoyed how close it was to the beach. We would definitely rent again!

Our family of 5 (kids ranging from 3-9yrs) stayed here during spring break and had a great time! The location is really great, but I did miss the beach view at times. As other reviews have said, the noise level is really our only complaint and that’s to no fault of the owner. The upstairs renters partied a bit and it sounded like a herd of elephants at times. Also, the bar across the street had live music until about 10pm every night and you could sing along while inside because of how loud it was. Not a big deal if you don’t go to bed early, but it wasn’t ideal putting our 3yr old to bed at night. Lastly, I’d recommend the owner supply a vacuum of some sort because there was always a little sand that needed swept up and the broom we found was kind of worthless.

Property was just as imagined. It was spacious, clean, well stocked with towels, kitchen supplies and plenty of beach stuff. Location was perfect. Just a short few steps to the beach and restaurants within waking distance as well as a market and bait shop. Beds were comfortable. The only drawback was there was road noise at night so we slept with earplugs and the upstairs neighbors must have had children that running because they sounded like a herd of elephants at times. But other than that samll drawback we had a wonderful time.

I so wish this was beach front. We normally stay beach front when we come in June each year. I have to say, the condo was great, didn't need anything!!!
