Location was convenient, about 150m to beach, and walking distance to downtown, and it wasn't too noisy after dark.
The bus system is fairly easy to figure out. 10 pesos from zona romantica to walmart. Bus stops aren't too hard to spot, and they are very frequent.
Pool was very small with a view to be desired. We didn't use the pool facility.
The kitchen was adequately stocked for our stay: microwave, coffee pot, blender, stove, dishes, cutlery, can/ bottle opener, everything you need to clean dishes with as well.
The bed was king size, clean, and not too hard. We had restful sleeps.
The downside... the bathroom was our only real complaint. The room with the toilet and shower is very small. The door opening faces the patio door which faces condos across the street. You have to go inside and close the door to sit on the toilet. If you are off a larger build, this would be a very annoying setup.
The building is fairly old and the upkeep looks to be minimal.
The bathroom size is not something that can be fixed.

No breakfast. Location was very good.
When I booked this, the site said the studio would either have a terrace or balcony. I had neither. The only window opened to the lobby. , Bedding and towels were not changed for the entire stay. No sweeping or mopping of floors. The pool was 6 flights of stairs up and overlooked a junk yard. According to the website there was a shuttle to the airport but there was not. They called a taxi for us.

The location is perfect
Room was very out dated… we had stayed here last year and the room we had was fantastic… this year the room was very run down… air conditioner did not work very good… it was very noisy..

The best location, steps from the beach & very quiet
It could for sure use an upgrade. No safe or deadbolt on the door.

Buena ubicacion, todo estaba cercas, la persona encargada siempre disponible a lo que necesitabamos.
No se podia poner musica en alto volumen de la bocinita estando en la alberca , no realizaron limpieza los dias de la estancia, no hubo cambios de toallas, no habia toallas suficientes ni jabon de tocador, ruido en la habitancion de a lado por reparacion/mantenimiento.
Teniamos que pedir todo lo que requeriamos para que lo suplieran.

Great location, secure, so close to the beach. The room was so clean, functional and had everything we needed. Air conditioned and a fan made it very comfortable in the hot humid weather. Host was kind, fair and gave us good recommendations for food in the area. Rooftop Pool was amazing!

Location is perfect for everything. Great price and great service. Pool is nice on the top, could be slightly bigger. Awesome air conditioning. Couldn’t be better for the price. Only small negative could be paying cash at entrance but it was fine with us.

they only take cash but then after you go get pesos from the atm they want to charge you in usd$ and give you a horrible conversion rate +20%. i would skip this spot. there are way nicer places for the same price around the corner.

AVOID THIS PLACE!!.
When we arrived there , i think the owner -manager was drunk.
The rooms did not look like fotos, especially the room size was a big difference than fotos. The rooms were not descent . The asking price for the room was too high for the quality etc.
He gave us the wrong key (a key for another room). When we returned at hotel 2am, we could not enter as we realised we had a wrong key . We tried to call him, but he did not answer. We sent him a message he never replied. The whole situation was a trauma . Eventually we ended up staying elsewhere.

Location for beech malecon and lots of places to eat was excellent.
Said no stairs so got office convertated to room on the street.
Totally safe at all times. Very small pool but was nice to float in. staff were very friendly.

to pool was 51 up. No washrooms so down 51.
People could walk in room if glass door was open. Could use better utencles as only 2 forks etc. A small sofa would be nice.
Chairs need cushions on them.
Having to lock and unlock main door when closed between 2 and 4 or more.

The location was excellent! Right next to the beach. The room was big and comfortable and had everything we needed. The staff were also very welcoming and helpful.
It is not the fanciest place. But for location and price, it’s amazing.

Vallarta Jr Suites to the rescue after we found ourselves in Satan's personal Airbnb. We stayed 2 nights and found it to be very comfortable, with that old Mexican charm. We had a king size bed, working AC and HOT water. I know this might sound like basic stuff, but in old town PV, these simple amenities are not always present. Pepe and his front desk person are super friendly. The place is always booked, and I can see why. We were lucky to get a room in the emergency situation we found ourselves in.

no…the view that they show on booking.com does not have ….!! i booked the room for 85 usd including taxes ..and they charge me 100 usd
