Great stay let down by the hotel breakfast.

Room was great. Staff were great and very helpful. On site parking was a blessing.

The breakfast was disappointing. Undrinkable orange juice and a limited range of cooked items - no mushrooms or tomatoes. The signs in the car park said that you must download & pay by app. I did this, and it failed at the last stage of the payment. Fortunately the check in staff were able to do it easily on their system - so why don't the car park notices tell you this?

Exceeded expectations

The breakfast was brilliant. The USB charging ports in the room didn't work but they bought us up an adaptor and chits for free drinks from the bar. Staff were very helpful. It was the best place we stayed in UK.

Buffet breakfast was great. Staff were very helpful. Room was nice and clean.

Nice hotel with fantastic staff.

Staff were polite and helpful

Feeling like I might not pay upon arrival.this made me uncomfortable. Dirty marks on carpet in my first room, but once I told staff this was rectified immediately and I was moved to another room

Great stay see you all next year.

Great hotel n so central to everything, we arrived early and our room was ready so we was given the key straight away we had to large king size beds so we was over the moon. Breki was yummy there was plenty to chose from so you will not go hungry.

Paying for on site parking I think this should be included in the room rate.

In centro a Dundee, si arriva facilmente con l'auto e ci sono locali, negozi e market nelle immediate vicinanze. Colazione piuttosto variegata (tranne che per caffè e cappuccino, che sono all'inglese, ma questo si sa). Staff molto cordiale e disponibile.

Mancanza di possibilità di attivare autonomamente l'aspirazione in bagno (è partita da sola la notte, non ci sono interruttori per accenderla quando necessario) e finestra fissa in camera non apribile. Il parcheggio un po' caro - 10 sterline in più al giorno - ma nel complesso la valutazione è positiva. Materassi a molle, abbastanza comodi, ma non tra i miei preferiti

Convenient location at a reasonable price and perfect for our needs.

Efficiently run. Spotless room. Good quality complimentary breakfast.

Overflow car park needed on first night. But I have to say it was close and easy to find.

Great central location, good breakfast buffet and the kids can make their own waffles

Having to pay to park....it was only £10 for 24 hours but I feel this should have been included in the price of the hotel stay

Great Location

Very comfortable, would recommend and will definitely go back.

The rooms were spacious and spotlessly clean. The breakfast was lovely and the staff were exceptionally friendly, Kinga in particular went the extra mile by giving the kids a gift which they loved.

The only issue we had was a slight error during the booking process which meant we had to book an additional room and have adjoining rooms, but the kids loved having their own room in the end.

Хороший отель, удобное расположение,приветливый персонал, быстро реагирующий на просьбы, чистота в номере.

Однообразный скромный завтрак ,не меняющийся в течение 6 дней.К огромному огорчению,не было овощей и фруктов,что очень странно для сети . Если остаётесь в отеле больше двух ночей,рекомендую не брать завтрак. Стоимость завтрака не соответствует его наполнению.

A few minor gripes but I’d stay there again.

Comfortable bed, very clean, friendly staff, decent breakfast included.

Room didn’t get cleaned one day. No decaf coffee/herbal tea in the room. Would have preferred a room with a bath rather than a shower.

It did not matter to us but we never think one should have to pay for parking at a hotel - £10.00 a day and this was to a private company because the hotel has sold off the car park to them.

Poor value. Poor service. Poor sleep.

Location

Parking. Pay set days in advance. If you leave car park during stay you loose your space in car park which you have paid for. Staff refer you to a picture to scan fof parking and take nothinv to do with it. Poor customer service on arrival. Woken continuosly with plumbing from other rooms. Extremely noisy. Poor sleeep due to this. Way overpriced paid £176 as no choice. Felt exploited. Next night price dropped to £60. Came for breakfast in morning. No cups. No cutlery. No bacon. No eggs. No bread. No rolls. Really poor for money paid.

Great, have been before and would happily stay again!

Staff couldn’t have been friendlier, especially to the kids and had Easter eggs for them to choose from. The hotel is so handily located, clean and modern.

Breakfast was a bit more disorganised than our previous stay due to one coffee machine being out of order, and food coming out at slightly different times. It was tasty & filling but has been better previously.
