Great place to stay!!!!

My wife and I had a perfect stay in the B&B. Fiona and Bryan gave us a very warm welcome and we felt home immediately. The location is only a 15 minute walk away from the city center - it is a quiet area, very nice room with a big bed and an amazing breakfast. Thank you Fiona and Bryan for the excellent stay!!!! :-)

Wow, fabulous B&B with great hospitality, vegetarians very well catered for.

Bryan & Fiona are fantastic hosts, very helpful & welcoming. Their property is beautifully decorated, very cosy, comfortable & spotlessly clean. The breakfast was delicious, great for vegetarians with lots of veggie choices on the menu. We stayed at this B&B while attending the Dundee Mountain Film Festival at the Bonar Hall. It was only a five minute drive, but we could also have taken the bus which would have taken us door to door. Hopefully we will be able to return again this time next year for longer while attending the annual film festival. I have no hesitation in thoroughly recommending this fabulous B&B to others.

Wow what a great place

Brian and Fiona made me and scott feel so so welcome Rooms 100% clean Soon as you lay in bed you don't stay awake for long bed's are so comfy Breakfast was really good Showers in some places were not very good But Here that are very powerful I didn't want to get out I will come back again sometime next year Might drop in for a cuppa when on a visit to Dundee if allowed Thank you for a superb couple of days Regards James and Scott

One of the best

The Dupplin152 was the perfect choice for our one night in Dundee. From beginning til end the hosts were very friendly and courteous. The bedroom was beautiful and the breakfast was very delicious. If we ever visit Scotland again, we'd definitely stay here again!

The owners weee very friendly and helpful, the food was exceptional with plenty of choice. The rooms were comfortably appointed with all our needs take care of.

Fiona and Bryan were very friendly ,informative hosts without being overbearing. Our room was spotlessly clean and the bed and bedding extremely comfortable affording us a great sleep. Breakfast was one of the best we have ever had - from the homemade compote ,preserves and biscuits to the cooked selection -nothing could exceed the selection or quality ! The beverage selection was also very comprehensive including a pod coffee machine. If desired refreshments were available free ,self service ,in the dining room whenever required . We have never before been offered goodies to take away with us-we could not resist the homemade biscuits and truly delicious Scottish indulgence of tablet-(homemade by Fiona). We hope to return to Dundee again and would definitely stay at Dupplin 152.

Absolutely Superb

The Owners were so friendly and made us at ease right away. There was more things to eat than you needed bot is was laid out and nothing was left out. For breakfast there was every possible thing that you need from fresh fruit, cereals cooked food , fruit juice , cheese yogurt .you want for nothing

the owners were the perfect hosts - the place was spotless and we had a beautiful room -fans were provided as it was an exceptionally hot evening - nothing seemed any trouble - lovely breakfast in the morning with home made bread and jams (as well as a great variety of other foods)

Cosy place in Dundee

Unfortunately we just stayed 1 night at Dupplin152! Fiona and Bryan are very friendly and kind hosts and their place is just wonderful. After a long journey with a lot of delay, Fiona saved my live with a pot of tea just at the right moment. The place is spotlessly clean and perfectly decorated. Cosy bed, great breakfast - we loved it!

We wanted to stay!

WOW!! As soon as we stepped inside this property, we didn’t want to leave! We were made to feel at home instantly….tea, coffee, WINE….yes please 😁. Fiona and Bryan made us feel very welcome. They showed us their relaxing dining room, where we could make ourselves at home, then took us up to our luxurious, comfortable bedroom….(what a fab sleep we had) Breakfast….out of this world! A selection of fruit juice, tea/coffee, cereal, muesli, cold meat & cheese, fruits salad and finally….a fabulous full Scottish breakfast! Safe to say that we didn’t need anything to eat for a long time after! I could go on forever raving about this wonderful couple and their fantastic home that they share with us….please, book here if you want a night or more with a wonderful, comfortable, relaxing night in Dundee! We look forward to spending another night or two here….hopefully before the end of the year….thank you for sharing your home with us ! ❤️

Everything about this property was fabulous and homely. I couldn’t fault anything about it. A truly fantastic place to stay. Both Fiona and Bryan were fantastic hosts and made us feel very welcome. The breakfast was tremendous and cooked to order. Our room was lovely and cosy with a very comfortable bed. I will definitely be recommending this property to family and friends.
