New porch and stairs. New carpeting throughout and new living room furniture. Make yourself at home in our beautiful and spacious 3 bedroom 1.5 bathroom Condo. The Condo is located on 88th street, and is just a few steps from the beach, with ocean views from our large balcony. You will find the house in great condition, with recently updated Kitchen & Bathrooms. And we work hard to make sure we have all of the amenities that you will need including: Plates, Utensils, Kitchen Appliances, iPod Stereo System. The living room has a large HDTV, with a DVD/VCR player, and a variety of movies and games as well as free WIFI access. Our condo offers 2 covered parking spaces and a storage unit that is filled with beach chairs, umbrella, and beach toys. Within walking distance of many restaurants, convenience stores, and a full grocery store. We don't rent to high school seniors. Someone 25 or older is required to stay. Conveniently located near the beach,restaurants and activities.Mike was very responsive and his welcome packet was so helpful. The beds and furniture were comfortable.The porch was a family favorite hang out location. The unit could have been a bit cleaner, there were many dead bugs in the bathroom ceiling light, the dishwasher had a moldy film inside, there was an empty vodka bottle stuffed under the mattress of our bed, and the mirrors were dirty. We arrived 1 and 1/2 hours after the designated check in time to find the cleaning lady inside. She was very apologetic and polite explaining that she was unable to access the code to get the keys sooner causing her to be late. We waited outside for about 20 minutes while she finished. In fairness, she may have felt rushed with us being there. We did a quick clean up of these issues and had a wonderful family beach vacation.

A perfect space to celebrate my husband's birthday and getaway. The home was warmly decorated and comfortable. We appreciated the fully stocked kitchen, it was very convenient. The location is accessible to the beach, shopping and nearby attractions. Small hiccup when we discovered only 2 sets of keys in the lockbox and laundry in the washer but no worries we totally enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this property and will book again. We spent 2 great weeks here. The location is perfect! Just steps from the beach. Mike was easy to communicate with. We had a couple SNAFUs when we first got there, but Mike took care of things in a timely manner. The condo had pretty much what we needed. Once I organized the kitchen, I had what I needed to cook meals. (I’m sure the disorganization was due to a summer of renters) This is a great property and we would definitely return!

Overall we had a wonderful time and would stay again! It was spacious and comfortable. We only had some small issues which was a clogged shower drain that we fixed and then in the dryer the lint was completely covered and there were wet towels in the dryer but that was probably from the last people that stayed and forgot about them. Overall though, we loved the property, the convenience of it being close to the beach (especially with small children) and how close it was to main stores! We will be coming back in the future for sure! We are already sad to be home!

The condo was perfect for what we needed for a quick weekend away. We had little ones with us and the owners had a few games, toys, and things to keep them occupied when needed. The bedrooms were laid out perfect to fit everyone and it’s just steps to the beach. Would definitely go back.

Our time here was great. Communication was great, except for the last night when I had a question and never received a response. Up until then he answered very quickly. Condo was great. Our only complaint would be the upstairs neighbors. You can hear every move they make. Condo is definitely worth it though. Lots of pros to this condo, not many cons.

My siblings and I had a great stay at Fins #3! The place was clean, checkin was easy, and the atmosphere/layout was very relaxing. I'd recommend to any other group of adults or families. A great find!

Great property!! Extremely close to the beach. Everything u can think of was available in the condo! Parking was a little tricky because SUVs and trucks do not fit in the parking assigned to the unit. We will definitely be returning!!

This property really is very close to the beach. We were able to spend all day at the beach and had no problems with the short trip indoor to the restroom. Very clean and has EVERYTHING you could possibly need for your trip. Will definitely rent this property again!!!

I rented the condo to accommodate a family of 7 which included 2 teens a 7 year old and 2 year old. The baby supplies, toys and games were a very nice touch. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed. It was more than enough space to accommodate everyone. The grocery store was about a block away which was great. I was looking for a location steps away from the beach and far enough from the boardwalk to remain covid safe from crowds. I would definitely stay here again. I've already recommended the room to a friend. Only cautionary point is the walls are thin and you can hear your neighbors from time to time.

Nice location, easy walk to the beach with the little ones. Great to have the use of the beach supplies, saved some packing. Mike's welcome package was very helpful for people that do not regularly go to Ocean City, hope to go back post-COVID to enjoy more than just the beach!

We rented in February for President’s Day Weekend just to have a few days away to relax. There were 6 adults and 1 child and we felt like there was plenty of space! The condo was clean when we arrived and was exactly what we expected by the description on the site. Mike was very attentive to any questions that we had which we appreciated. The condo is just steps from the beach and in walking distance to bars, restaurants, and shopping. There was plenty of parking at the unit and surrounding area. We would definitely rent this condo again!
