Lovely Lady who made me feel welcome as soon as I arrived, room was very comfortable and clean

Breakfast was simple but all you need and great value for money

towels were very small but should have brought my own any way! It was also very hot in the hotel but I am always hot so might just be me :)

Would stay again, off street parking, 10 minute walk from Exeter City FC

En suite a bit small, but not really an issue. Good continental breakfast. Property was spotless, and well maintained

Perfect for my visit to the Christmas market.

Clean, warm and comfortable. I liked the self service breakfast which had all I needed. Friendly host. Easy 15 minute walk to the town centre or a bus stop round the corner. I was able to park my car off the road for a small charge. Will definitely stay again..

Can't believe it snowed! Nothing to be done about the weather! But nice to get back to a warm room with an extra blanket. I was cosy in no time.

A very welcoming host, Nice easy parking that took the pressure off stay. Room was pleasant and quiet. Breakfast nice range , fresh and well presented - thank you.

A really great stay in this lovely Guest House that is conveniently located for the centre of Exeter

The Host was friendly and welcoming, my room was well equipped and comfortable, free wifi, good continental breakfast selection, and a great location. The Guest house is only 10 minutes walk from the centre of Exeter, if you don't fancy the walk, there are frequent buses. A convenience store only 2 minutes away. My Single Room had everything I needed - nice clean en-suite shower room, Tea & Coffee making, wall mounted flat screen tv, and most important, a really comfortable bed! I will always stay there again when I visit Exeter.

I can't fault the St Anne's Guest House. If I was forced to write 1 negative point, it was that it was only a Continental Breakfast, but this is clearly stated, and not a major issue.

Lovely little BnB ,great value for money

Nice little BnB ,host was very natural and down to earth ,the room was very clean and comfy ,such fantastic value for money , breakfast was decent wasn't cooked but a decent continental .

I think it would be nice if had fresh coffee at breakfast I understand in the rooms that's fine ,just a little cafettiera would do the job ,would just be a nice little touch .

Comfortable and accommodating. They went the extra mile to be helpful.

The owner was extremely kind to provide soy milk and vegetarian items for me. The breakfast was ample, and the room was comfortable with tea and coffee provided. And they were very kind and took me to the station which was above and beyond helpful. It was a quiet residential neighbourhood about a 20 minute walk from the centre of town, which was fine. I was able to leave my suitcase early when I arrived and also after check out. They were very accommodating. Thank you very much.

Nice for few days

Lovely guest house. 20 minutes walking distance from the town centre. The hosters were very nice and helpful. All the spaces were very clean room and confortable.

I was expecting more from the breaksfast, something hot made in the moment a part from cereals and pastries. The regulation of our shower was very difficult, the tempeture was changing constantly.

Convenient for Exeter centre

Spacious single room with kettle and coffee and tea. Continental Breakfast available which was a good selection

Incredibly noisy with students outside in neighbourhood at night. Room got cold at night but there was a blanket provided.

It worked well and met my needs

The room had all essential facilities. Breakfast was ample - far more than I took on this occasions. Street parking was free between 16.00 and 10.00 - eminently suitable for my requirements. An electrical socket outlet was immediately adjacent to the bed - well-sited! Curtains were adequate to keep out light from the street. WiFi operated well and the long security code was not a problem.

There were no major dislikes. The television had a limited range of chennels and so I missed one programme that I would normally watch on a Wednesday.

Comfy bed and warm room. Friendly. Lovely towels.

It’s in a residents parking zone. Nothing they can do about that however was hard to find a space and a bit of local advice on places to park would have been helpful.
