Great size bedroom, nicely decorated bathroom (but did have some issues with shower head and shower taps) living room nice size Location was good, 3 minutes walk to town centre.

Needs new shower head attachment as shower head wouldn’t stay up right, also temperature control head came off in my hand The bathroom itself was great

This landlord is a piece of garbage. He only lived for one day. On Tuesday, the landlord called the immigration bureau and the police to kick me out. He also sent a message threatening that there was illegal activity in the room. I don't understand why there was illegal activity in the room that was just a house tour. It was just a damage to my reputation. The landlord who threatened the tenant like this was a garbage the first time I met him.

Overall very good value for the money.

Very clean. In centre of Exeter but tucked away from busy street. Perfect for little family with kitchen and laundry. Bed is big and comfortable!

Just very minor problems. A couple of things were broken, shower drainage is not great. Sofa bed mechanism is slightly broken.

Excellent accommodation. I'll recommend it to anyone

There is free parking and this gives me a peace of mind. The apartment is right in town and easy walk to Restaurants and it is very clean.

I stayed here for my daughter’s graduation and it was thoroughly disappointing.

The kitchen was clean.

May I start this review by saying I never normally write feedback as I feel it wasn’t necessary. We thought the property was basic and over priced, the photos made it look much better than it was. It was dated, smelled damp in the corridor. Bedroom was basic, lights not working, hairdryer not working, no plug sockets next to the dressing table/desk. The bed was small and uncomfortable. Broken blinds , and the tv was ridiculously small. Rubbish shower and poorly finished everywhere . I own rented properties and would not describe the apartment as Deluxe. Wish I had taken photos.

Good location near to the city centre and not far from the railway station.

Excellent location. Good sized apartment. Comfortable bed. Microwave, fridge/freezer, oven, hob, kettle, toaster, washing machine and dishwasher. Hanging space (in main room not bedroom). Very quiet except for the occasional seagull outside the window. Apologies for the photos as they were screenshots taken from a video.

No iron/ironing board. I did request one after arriving but the initial email was returned as I had not communicated before. I resent it. The owner did respond a day later and said someone would drop them off - which they did but I had already gone out and bought a travel iron as I needed it that day before going out. Some maintenance was carried out - I could tell as an adjustable spanner was left behind on the coffee table and the missing panels beneath the shower tray had been fitted - without informing me and it wasn't cleaned up particularly well... no vacuum cleaner used as I could feel and see small particles on the bathroom floor. A more informative description of the main entrance location would have been helpful as it is through an archway and obscured by greenery.

Apartment with off street parking in the centre of town

Good location within the centre of Exeter and a short walk to the Quay and other local sites. Off street parking on site was good. Reasonable size apartment with washing machine and oven and kitchen stuff to do basic meals if you don't want to eat out. Easy walk to M&S and other supermarkets to get self catering food.

Had a problem with the initial apartment allocated but was quickly sorted by the manager to find us an alternative space, so all ended well.

Relaxing and had everything we would ever want or need.

The place was immaculately clean and we were given so many different resources to use with such a lovely, clean establishment to enjoy them in. We really appreciated it being close to the town centre and how easy it was to access our apartment with no hassle of checking in at a desk or struggle to find the property.

Lovely apartment, just unfortunate for failure of hot water

Loving apartment, very helpful and fantastic host.

As booked on day didn’t have all the information come through via email, and little difficult to navigate. No hot water, thermostat turned off and no instructions or welcome pack to explain anything. Host very helpful offering another room although parnter had unpacked and was ready for bed due to arriving later than planned plus had early start, therefore managed with cold showers. Other then moving of room had no offer of compensation for inconvenience which was disappointing

Great location for city centre

Good location Comfortable bed

No key in the box on arrival to get into property, waited hour for a response to be told to go to another apartment. No hot water, boiler was turned off. Part of the shower was missing around the bottom

A great apartment in the centre of town with parking. Great.

Really close to the centre of Exeter but lovely and quiet.

We asked for accommodation with a bath but on arrival there was only a shower. All was resolved with the owner. Thank you.

pleasant experience

clean, modern and quiet at night, perfect for staying for a week or a weekend in Exeter. kitchen has all the facilities you need from washing machine to fridge as well as all the utensils you need to cook a meal which was great. Mattress is comfy and bed is large enough for 2 people, location is very close to the city centre. Deffo worth a stay!

Stayed in two different rooms, for 2 stays. ground floor room - difficult to open up blinds as everyone can see inside the room otherwise no problems with this apartment.

Perfect location and super accommodation

A spacious apartment with all facilities required for a two night stay. Free parking right in the city centre which was the reason I booked this accommodation.

Not what we booked. Much smaller apartment. Poor communication from owner

We were expecting the two bedroomed apartment that you see when you click on for details. The bedrooms were much smaller and the ceiling of one of the rooms was in por condition. We got a much smaller apartment with a small kitchen/front room. Nothing like we expected. I emailed to ask why and also informed the owner that I noticed blood on the duvet when I stripped the beds. He said he was on leave and would follow up with cleaners when he got back. He also hasn't contacted me again. Very disappointed.
