Je n’ai pu avoir contact avec personne de joignable . Le petit déjeuner n’est servi qu a partir de 8 h soit pas en rapport avec les besoins du travail

Eine sehr schöne Stadt, die Unterkunft war ok, waren zufrieden aber nicht begeistert.

Schönes großes modernes Appartament, perfekte Lage in einer Nebenstraße mitten in der Altstadt. Manchmal abends laut wg. der Gäste der Bar an der Ecke. Gut ausgestattete Küche, haben wir bis auf Frühstück nicht benutzt. Große Terrasse, leider nicht so gut ausgestattet. Viele Restaurants in der Nähe. Pool und Fitnessraum vorhanden, haben wir nicht benutzt. Durften 2 Stunden später auschecken (12.00 Mittags, normal 10.00) wg. einem späten Flug.

Den Vermieter haben wir nie gesehen, Anweisungen kamen per WhatsApp. Frühstück macht man selbst, was ok ist, aber es war sehr einfach. Vorteil: jeden morgen 2 frische Croissants und 1 Baguette. Für 2 Personen/5 Nächte gab es nur 2 Badetücher und 1 kl. Handtuch, zu wenig. Leider kein Safe für Wertsachen vorhanden. TV gibt es nur in französisch , keine Programme in englisch oder deutsch, das hat uns sehr gestört. Wenn man im Booking.com inseriert sollte man sich an ausländische Gäste besser orientieren. Internet hat nicht immer perfekt funktioniert. Einrichtung einfach, keine Deko, keine Kissen, Stuhlauflagen, Decken, Kerzen…schade.

A hidden gem in Bordeaux's historic centre.

This apartment is really good, the photos don't do it justice. It's huge, much bigger than expected. It is also in a fantastic location, right in the historic centre of Bordeaux, with restaurants, bars, shops and attractions around the corner. It's spotlessly clean, everything is modern and in working order. Breakfast is provided and I loved having croissants and coffee on the terrace every morning. There is a pool but we just didn't get around to using it. It looked really lovely though. Would definitely recommend this apartment.

Fantastic place to stay and experience the beautiful old town of Bordeaux.

Spacious room with plenty of space for luggage. Great location easy walking to main piazzas. Fresh croissants each day. Great bed and pillows. Air conditioning functioning on very hot days.

great place for couples

property was very clean, excellent location and Florence was very helpful, including allowing us to leave our luggage after checking out so we could do some final sightseeing before our flight

wifi was terrible, we ended up using hotspots, breakfast wasn’t great for the price you pay (cereal and bread) some fruit at least would have made it better

fabulous location walking distance to all sites. Quiet and peaceful. lovely terrace and close to restaurants and bars.

no microwave and no English tv channels and it was not possible to access any paid tv even though it did say this in description

newly refurbished, clean, well appointed, large, brilliant location, comfortable and very high spec. Florence, at check in, was very helpful.

Wi-Fi ropey, often better to switch off the Wi-Fi and rely upon data via phone

A gem of an apartment. Absolutely everything on the doorstep, and yet super quiet.

It was very satisfactory. Some fruit would be nice but apart from that, it was everything needed for a 'continental breakfast'.

There was nothing we didn't like.

The location and quality of this room (more a giant apartment than a room) were amazing.

We loved everything. This place was a perfect oasis for me and my wife on a weekend away.

Very comfortable place in a most wonderful location.

Breakfast was quite good. Location excellent. Florence was most helpful in getting us settled and in looking after our questions.

Pool furniture is old and not very stable. Many chairs were cracked. Pool towels very skimpy. Lovely pool but as a result we did not use it much. The internet was very slow and the TV service not very good as most sports channels were not subscribed. I brought my own streaming device but could not use it because of slow internet.

We loved this apartment and Bordeaux

A very stylish and very, very spacious apartment perfectly located in the heart of the historic centre of Bordeaux, just behind place de parlement. Loved the roof balcony / terrace which although had not real view to speak of (unless looking down and across the rue into some guy's bedroom counts) was very spacious and perfect for breakfast in the sun and wine in the evening. All in all for the two of us what we wanted it was perfect. We arrived by train and walked in approx 25 minites ( next time we'd get the tram - line C) and it cost 50Euro to get to the airport by taxi which picked us up more or less outside the door.

If you were there (and needed to do some work) then the internet isn't great. If you were there and wanted to watch TV then all channels are in French. But then again you're probably in the wrong city for a break if you want to do some work and watch TV.

Awesome stay if you don't rely on the WiFi

-Open and spacious unit with a great terrace. -Super convenient location only minutes from shopping and the main square in front of the National Opera House. -Julien and Florence were accomodating to allow us to check in early and leave our luggage after check out while we did some sight seeing - Quiet building, only a few other units in the building - Really bright unit with tons of natural light

- WiFi was really bad, it's shared with the building (3 other units) with no way to access or reset the router. I was trying to book tickets for some sight seeing the next day and it took me 2 hours due to unreliable internet. - Host could have been more responsive - The breakfast that is served is bread, jam, milk, and cereal - Even though there are 2 Smart TVs they only play local TV

Spacious and good location

The space, there is everything you might need except a dustpan and brush but you can use the vacuum cleaner. Bathroom is beautiful with good water pressure, pool area is lovely and so is the gym. The staff are friendly and cant do enough for you.

There is a slightly weird, damp smell in the building but they do everything possible to freshen the building

Good property, great location.

Location was excellent. In the predestination precinct and very close to lots of Cafės & Restaurants (and shops).The third floor apartment provided us with three large rooms: kitchen / dining, Bathroom and Bedroom. All were good, very well equipped and probably beyond our requirement. All of the meet & greet logistics worked well. The door lock and lift codes ell and gave a great sense of security.

There seemed to be some confusion with the neighbours about the air conditioning setting impacting their accommodation. Not really quite sure what that was all about!! My preference for breakfast was just to go to a neighbouring cafė and so what was provided was superfluous. Some late nights noise from the streets.

great location to enjoye a wonderful city

Location location location. Right in the centre of Bordeaux. Fabulous bars and restaurants within a 5 mins walk in any direction. Top class accommodation with a great private terrace

TV options could be improved to include a decent satellite TV offering. Also WIFi speed was poor
