Récupérer les clés à l'appartement est un service payant de 20€ : le rendez vous était fixé, on m'a remis les clés avec presque 2 heures de retard. Aucun message ne m'a été envoyé pour prévenir. J'ai dû les appeler pour être informée. De plus, l'appartement est très difficile à chauffer. J'ai eu froid quasiment tout le séjour. Enfin, ils obligent à payer un service de ménage hors de prix.

the staff is very closed and rude there is also little information about the apartment they tell you to pay for some things you don't need, you also pay for small things when you shouldn't that can go up to 100 francs in penalties for a very small thing. The location is bad and on top of that you have to pick up the keys in the very center of Madrid which is miles away, they overcharge you because you didn't arrive in time to pick up the keys. THEY ARE THIEVES, NEVER GO TO THIS APARTMENT.

The apartment was clean enough.

Cozy apartments deals with you as if you were a criminal. They check your police records, hold 500 euros deposit, and charge absolutely for everything, even when you ask for a couple of extra chairs for a family of six. This is a business ran by South Americans in Madrid. They ask you to get the key from an office located 15 miles away from the apartment or they charge you extra. They overwhelm you with whatsapp messages, security stuff and instructions for an overly complicated lock with a code which took us 10 minutes to open. I heard some neighbors talking about drugs on the balcony next door in the middle of the night. The apartment is very isolated in Moncloa-Aravaca, the larger Madrid area (used to be a village in the past). I would definitely recommend checking home owners and locals. I have been treated much better by them than by this private company.

Great location in a very nice neighborhood, lots of light in the apartment. Going to the city center from here was quite easy at any time of the day, bus stop was only 3 blocks away from the apartment. Very nice and helpful staff! Definitely recommended!

A comfortable 2 bedroom apartment with an additional double sofa bed. Has a small but well equipped kitchen (dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer, grill etc), and a small but adequate bathroom. Wi-fi is reliable, and air conditioning and ceiling fans make for a comfortable stay. There are several local shops within a couple of minutes walk with plenty of fresh produce (meat, veg, fish, dairy items etc), as well as tinned and packaged goods. There are also several small bars and cafes within a few minutes' walk. Has a frequent day and night bus service to Moncloa (linking to more buses and metro) for access to central Madrid, and the suburban railway station is about 1.5 km away, again with a frequent service to Madrid and elsewhere.

Key collection is in central Madrid which is not a major problem if you arrive by air or train, but would be less convenient if you arrive by car. Apartment is up two flights of stairs (in a stairwell shared with other apartments, mostly private homes), and there is no lift. Not ideal for a visit to Madrid because of its location several km out of the city, but the good transport links make it manageable. Aravaca is outside the "Zone A" area for tourist travel cards, you need the more expensive (but also more extensive) "Zone T" card.
