I had a wonderful stay here at Tha Khao Bay. It is very beautiful and I felt incredibly safe and relaxed here. You are nestled in the jungle and then there is a beach in front you can swim in when the tide is high and other beaches on the island. Everything I needed was organised for me and Mr Linh and his family were all so friendly and kind. The island is so peaceful and there is plenty to explore and do. I loved my stay here and it was incredibly good value. Such an amazing place! They also had a proper coffee machine :) I was a little warm at night in the fan room as it was hot season but I did expect this and it was reflected in the good value and meant it was so peaceful in the resort.

Séjour parfait, emplacement magique avec une vue incroyable, accueil par une famille thaï absolument adorable qui se démène pour faire passer un magnifique séjour. Les bungalows sont très confortables, le restaurant absolument délicieux (petit déjeuner non compris mais peu cher et le meilleur que l’on ait mangé en Thaïlande). Merci 🙏🏻
Pas de clim et avec 30 degrés la nuit 36 la journée et impossible de dormir fenêtres ouvertes à cause des moustiques c’était un sauna malgré les ventilateurs

L'emplacement idéal. La vue sur la mer depuis les bungalows est exceptionnelle.
La climatisation car certains jours il fait vraiment très chaud.
Le restaurant propose une cuisine parfumée.
La famille qui s'occupe de l'hôtel est d'une très grande gentillesse et qui est toujours prête à rendre service.

I know Bayview since many years and always came for the lovely food, the spectacular view and the wonderful people. This time I was lucky to stay a week in a spacious, very comfy bungalow with fantastic view. The bed was large and good, the sofa was great for some siesta and reading. There were enough cupboards and shelves for storing things and I also loved the huge bathroom with the window just above the sink. The terrace offered everything you needed including a hammock. I absolutely recommend to stay in these wooden/bamboo bungalows instead of concrete buildings as it cools down in the night, you always get a brise through all gaps and splits (no air con is needed!) and walking on wood feels so much better. Sure, my hut was not the newest with some holes in the ceiling but never mind and no need to be scared - that way I had the nice experience the host a breeding Tokeh (big gecko) hidden in a trunk. Last but not least, the owner family is simply incredibly nice and caring and cook extremely yummy food. :)

Ce sont de petites cabanes perchées dans la colline, au milieu de la végétation.
Très calme et apaisant, avec vue sur la baie.
La chambre est parfaite, mini frigo, hamac, très bonne literie.
Le restaurant propose des repas copieux et diversifiés. Le petit déjeuner à la carte est très varié. Essayez le blinis à la banane !
Les propriétaires louent également des scooters en excellent état et très bon prix.
Le personnels est bienveillant et prévenant.

Ein Traum… einfache Bungalows in mega Lage am Hang mit einem wahnsinnigen Blick auf die Tha Khao Bay (zumindest von meinem Bungalow aus). Der richtige Ort um runterzukommen. Leider bin ich nur 2 Nächte geblieben.
Die Familie war super freundlich und hat mir einen Ausflug früh morgens nach Hong Island und anderen Inseln für 2.500THB organisiert (gleicher Preis für 1-4 Personen, jede weitere Person 500THB).
Auch den Transfer nach Ko Phi Phi haben sie mir abgenommen.
Restaurant mit top authentischer Küche und super Ausblick. (Alkohol wird nicht ausgeschenkt, kann man sich unten in der Strandbar holen 😉)
Wer auf ein wenig Komfort verzichten kann, keinen Pool benötigt und günstig unterkommen möchte ist hier genau richtig…
Ich werde auf jeden Fall wieder hier her gehen, wenn ich das nächste Mal auf Ko Yao Noi bin.

Tha Khao Bay View has a lovely terrace and restaurant overlooking the bay. The property is well-kept, and the bungalows are well-spaced and not right next to one another. We stayed in the more basic bungalow the first two nights and were very comfortable. The third night, we stayed in a larger, more expensive bungalow and were even more comfortable. The staff were very kind and helpful. Scooter rental available on site, and staff gave advice on visiting and getting around the island. Food was very good, tasty and reasonably priced. We highly recommend Tha Khao Bay View to travelers visiting Koh Yao Noi.
No complaints about the accommodation or the staff.

Wir verbrachten eine erholsame Zeit in diesem Hotel, das sich durch absolute Ruhe auszeichnet. Die herzlichen Gastgeber, eine lokale Familie, sorgten für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt. Die einfachen, zweckmässig eingerichteten Bungalows mit Klimaanlage und Terrasse boten einen beeindruckenden Blick auf das Meer mit atemberaubenden Sonnenaufgängen. Das Frühstück überzeugte mit einer reichhaltigen Auswahl an frischen Früchten. Der zuverlässige Transferservice zu anderen Inseln erleichterte unsere Erkundungen.
Leider waren die Betten sehr hart, was für mich perfekt war, aber für meine Frau eine Herausforderung darstellte. Einen Zimmer Service gibt es nicht, man muss selber betten. Wasser und WC Papier erhält man auf Verlangen aber kostenlos.
In Bezug auf die Insel Koh Yao Noi möchten wir darauf hinweisen, dass sie noch weitgehend naturbelassen und abseits der Touristenmassen von Phuket liegt. Jedoch sind die Strände auf der Ostseite mit Müll übersät, was die Regierung dringend angehen sollte. Falls das Problem nicht gelöst wird, könnte dies langfristig zu einem Rückgang der Touristen führen.

My stay was exactly what I was looking for.
Comfortable, peaceful bungalow set in the most amazing sounds of nature with stunning views of the sea and islands. Each morning the sunrise was magical. The family whom takes care of all the guests are so very kind and helpful. The restaurant makes delicious Thai food and I ate almost all my meals there. Thank you to all!

Very peaceful and private with a wonderful view over the bay. The bungalows are very close to Island Yoga resort where I took part in some drop in classes and sunrise Tai Chi on the beach. Perfect for my holiday!
I was prepared for insect invasions, but actually it wasn’t as bad as I had read in other comments. I also love the sound of the jungle at night! However I did have an invasion of bitey ants during my stay which weren’t so pleasant. The cleaning team quickly helped out though and got rid of them!

The view was super beautiful. Every bungalow has a balcony with a hammock. The staff was super friendly and made sure everything was okay. You can ask anything and they will help you. The food in the restaurant was also very good.
From the description it wasn't clear that the standard bungalow with fan would be so open to nature. There were gaps between the floorboards and also between the roof and the ceilings. This way, you can hear the sounds from outside, but animals can come in. This made us feel uncomfortable as we saw various insects walking by while laying in bed and we found poop of mice in our bathroom.
Nevertheless, when we asked to upgrade to a room with airco, they were happy to help. This room was more closed from the outside and here we felt more comfortable

It is just beautiful in those little huts...and the view is stunning. In my opinion it's the best location on the island aswell. It's super easy to rent a scooter directly at the accommodation. Also the food is fantastic! And the people are amazing! Such lovely and capable people.

Staying at Tha Khao Bay View is like stepping back in time to when I first visited Thailand in the late 70s a family run property super friendly helpful staff. The accommodation is in authentic local huts most without A/C however ( there are a few units that do have A/C ). The views towards the sea & the mainland are amazing. The huge bonus is the food its excellent which is no doubt why the restaurant is full most nights. Loved every single second of our stay :)

Extremely beautiful balcony overlooking the bay. Spacious room, good AC and fridge. Great staff super helpful and let us check out slightly later, accommodating us with calling a taxi and boat.
we really liked this place, however just a word to the wise: Make sure to bring tons of bug spray and be prepared with the location that you may hear lots of branches and debris dropping loudly on the roof as you sleep. Bugs can get into the accommodation due to the location and there were a few loud geckos in the room that kept us up. This is to be expected in some of the smaller islands but just be prepared :)

We spent 3 nights at Tha Khao Bay, and we loved our stay there! For sure the best place we visited in Thailand. The Island is beautiful and free of massive tourists waves.
The bungalows are located in the middle of the nature, and the view will give you speachless 🤩
The host, a whole family of six people, are the kindest, sweetest and lovely persons I have met in Thailand, always happy to help and with a huge heart.
In the restaurant, ran by them and with a rich menu a la carte, we were able to taste local recipes at the highest level. We simply fell in love with this place, don't hesitate to book your stay here!

A hidden gem! Stayed in a lovely bungalow with a beautiful view of the bay. I enjoyed spending my afternoons swinging in the hammock and gazing at the water and the hornbills. My bungalow even had a fridge, which was great. The family that runs the bungalows and restaurant are the loveliest people around! They were so accommodating and friendly, which just added to an already amazing stay.

Everything! It was incredibly beautiful! The view was breathtaking! And being in a wooden bungalow in nature felt so special. The noise of animals in evenings always made us smile. I loved the staff as well, they were so kind and helpful every time. I wish we could have stayed longer. I would recommend this place to anyone!

Cosy peaceful bungalow in tropical vegetation with great view to the sunrise over the rocky islands of the bay. The food is realy exeptional, even for the high thai standards it was one of our best. The family is very helpfull in everything and they offer rentals and trips for good prices.
The mosquito net had holes. I tried to close them, but I think it should be renewed.
